The snatcher replied, as she waved the item around, "Not a tipper!" My husband didn't realize he was expected to buy something extra. Didn't know it was there, never tipped a cashier for ringing up an item before. A grocery clerk would be deserving and we don't tip them. The cashier was embarrassed at her colleagues rude behavior. My husband was confused. The fudge/chocolate cake was not worth $47. It was horribly dry. We could have gone to a grocery store, picked up a yummy cake, self checked, no rude cunt to deal with, and had a nice birthday cake for my hard working daughter.
