Food- I ordered the macadamia nut coffee. Sorry, I don't know the name of it. It was very light and comforting. You could taste the hints of the different flavors. One suggestion is not to make it too hot because I had to wait five minutes to be able to drink it otherwise delicious. Service- Michael, who is working the drive-through outside, taking orders, outstanding and pleasant and went out of his way to accommodate my coffee needs. Mahalo! Shayla- I believe that is her name, was working the window at the drive-through service and I was too far from the wind to grab my drink so she came outside and gave it to me. I tried a new combination of creating your own latte option. I normally always do this since I feel as though the already premade creations or seasonal specials are not my favorite combinations or too sweet for my liking. This time I tried the chocolate macadamia nut coconut latte with oat milk and extra shots. I feel like the espresso roast that they use is pretty good quality since nothing is bitter and the combination of everything is very smooth. My one negative that hasn't been solved yet is on the in app features such as adjusting the ice to no ice. I wrote in about this several times, but I hope that this will eventually be an option instead of having to go in physically to tell them no ice for ordering. read more

I accidentally ordered on the wrong location and they were kind enough to re-order at this right location. I went with the new brown sugar chocolate chip latte and thought it was quite sweet. One of the biggest complaints that I have and keep writing it about is that the app doesn't let you customize the ice level to no ice or even no ice and pay extra to top off. This defeats the purpose and prevents me a lot of the times of ordering on the app. Out of convenience it is a nuisance to have to wait to order at the window or drive-through just because of this reason and then also wait for the drink to be made. read more

They also have the lids that you can drink without a straw but offer straws. I also feel the value and taste rivals Starbucks on some drinks.
