This review is a month overdue...I have been to this Dutch Bros on numerous occasions, and they are always efficient and the customer service is usually friendly. I happened to stop by one evening late at night, which was unusual for me and on this visit I had the pleasure of meeting Cadence. I was the only one in line, and like a glowing beam of light Cadence opens the window to take my order and she just instantly was a vibe. So super welcoming, big smile, and so friendly! Like the type of service that's so rare nowadays, I was almost taken aback by how nice she was. We got to chat briefly, she answered my questions about an obscure drink I remember ordering once and she took such good care, like the level of care you would for a close friend. She deserves her flowers, and I hope anyone who visits this location gets the chance to meet her because she was seriously that sweet and in that short interaction I left feeling so happy to have stopped by. Kindness can change the world, and Cadence has got that figured out. Dutch bros, she deserves the acknowledgment! Hope she's there next time I stop by! read more

This was my regular dutch bros once they opened near my house, half the time they did my drink wrong, the taste and they would complain sometimes about remaking, then recently I got plastic in my rebel and a about week later a bug, when I brought the drink back she explained how its normal because the window is open and the plastic comes off the lid which they forget to check if it falls in which is unexceptionable when you are being graded an A for health standards and you brush it off like nothing is not okay. read more

Horrible location! The line goes down and around on the street! No direction from manager or employees! The teens are literally out there, directing traffic to go any which way, but the correct way ' they're not disclosing who the next car is in line which is causing controversial within the people who've been waiting there for 15 minutes! The young man who made our drinks was very nice and most importantly, there was no bitterness and it wasn't watered down. If only all baristas would make coffee this way. First time Dutch Bros customer here. I went around 1:30 pm and there were about 5 cars ahead of me and an employee by the name of Roger was weaving in and out of both lines efficiently taking orders from all cars. I knew I had no idea what to order or how to order, so the thought of me slowing Roger down gave me anxiety lol. Fortunately, Roger was super helpful and recommended something that for the life of me, I can't remember what it's called but it tastes like a piña colada. Complete 180 from the visit on 2/28. Wish I got the team members name. Her made me want to come back. This morning was the exact reason I don't go to Dutch anymore. Service was trash. My drink is warm. I'm curious to know if they choose kid temp. With my recent injury I cannot walk to the walk up. So this is just a wasted trip. I'll warm my coffee when I get home? This Dutch Bros. is like a mile from my house, so I go here a lot. I agree with other Yelpers that the drive thru is crazy slow, so be prepared to wait in line awhile. The lot is also an issue, its so tiny, if you are parked to go up to the walk up window, good luck manuevering your car out if the drive thru line is packed. They should have never built the Rallys next door, lot would have been so much better. They also need to work on the order ahead feature. Put my order in from home and waited about 10 minutes before I left to pick up my order. Guess what!! My order was not even ready when I walked up to the window. It took another 10 minutes of waiting to get my order and IT WAS WRONG!!!! I ordered a Golden Chai and what I got was Iced Coffee. Unfortunately, since this is close to my house, I'll still go here, but its never a happy experience. I love Dutch Bros, I wish you guys would fix your tiny lot. read more

I loveeee this Dutch bros so much! All of the baristas are amazing and they have taken the time and energy to learn me as a regular customer and have even learned my drink order! I have been to a lot of Dutch bros around this area and none of them have the same energy and expertise as this one. My drinks are always top tier and the baristas even give me recommendations for new drinks and have learned my taste perfectly! The positive energy and happy smiles from the baristas always help to make my day better. The energy and ambiance here is the reason I come. Spencer has done a great job with hiring the best staff and making sure customers are happy. I have been going here almost everyday since the day they opened this location. I adore the staff, they are so friendly, engaging, energetic and so helpful. Especially Christine and Brenda! They are my fave! Everyone there is amazing! I've been to pretty much all of the Dutch bros in Las Vegas and this one on Cheyenne and 215 is by far is the best! Honestly love Dutch Bros just for it's friendly and kind people, the good coffee is a nice bonus. This place is no exception! Kind gentleman taking orders in the heat welcomed me back after many years away from any location and I'm glad it was this place. This is by far the SLOWEST location I've ever been to. We waited in line for 20 minutes (with only 3 cars ahead of us in line ( and each vehicle only ordered 1-2 drinks!) This happened when I came to this location 2 weeks ago too. I waited for over 20 minutes then as well. No reason, no apology, etc. I thought the first time was just a fluke but apparently this is the norm. If you don't have a lot of time to sit and wait I'd recommend finding a different location or coffee spot. I love Dutch Bros. but this is ridiculous! read more

The first time i came they took nearly 40 minutes in the drive through line and then took someone's order that literally had just gotten there! the girl tried to justify it by saying she was doing the zipper method but nevertheless it would've been my turn and not the other car that had just arrived. this second time i was waiting for 20 minutes and the worker was talking nonstop to the car in front of me. not sure if it was another employees who came to visit or a family member but come on! at least walk up to the window to talk to the employees! don't take time up in the drive through. i get dutch is all about friendliness and starting conversations but again you should not be talking nonstop to a customer for over 20 minutes read more
