Dutch bros is not like a party like they used to, but I really love coming here because of the service and I love the coffee. Last year, I was having a bad day. I came when it was busy and nobody got my order. When I was ordering at the window, I think she sensed I was just having a crap day and she comped the drink. I was ready to pay and she didn't have to do that. I have been grateful for this gesture. This isn't the only time. I always have a nice experience. Nobody is short with me or in a hurry. The girls today were no exception. The one who took my order was really nice and the one at the window was nice to. It's service like this that makes Dutch bros exceptional. They are the best. I had a very disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros location. Brooklyn had a rude attitude from the moment I arrived. While I was waiting for my drinks, she kept giving me dirty looks, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service should make people feel valued, but this experience was the complete opposite. The overall service was poor, and I left with a bad impression. This time... the girl running the medial line was too busy telling her life story after the driver paid so when the guy running the lateral line eventually walked out, he went to the car that came in WAAAYYYY AFTER ME... the. He spent solid 6 minutes flirting with the girl in the Jeep. Then you want a 20% tip?! For what??? Letting people cut in front of me and the taking forever?? After all that, my drink was ENTIRELY ice cubes. They're ripping us all off... and IF this isn't happening to every person's drink, they ripped me off because I didn't tip their terrible service. We ordered our beverages and three times I asked if she wanted my scan for my points and three times she didn't acknowledge it. I've been coming this Dutch for years but I have noticed within the past year it's gone down hill. Customer service sucks especially today when the line buster was very rude didn't even say a word to us when he walked up to our car, and also proceeded to input our drinks wrong and didn't read the order back to us. This was my first time trying Dutch Bros as my friend gave me a gift card. 5+ stars for service! Everyone was so nice! The coffee is on the sweeter side and I ordered an iced Golden Eagle no sugar added. I had to come home and mix it with some cold brew concentrate as I personally enjoy my coffee on the stronger side. They made it hot on accident, but I asked for softop when I ordered which melted bc it was made hot instead then I asked the two ladies to remake it then watch them pour it over ice instead eliminating the soft top and I asked for more soft top they refused. Then I just drove around and went to the walk up window for it to be remade. I was waiting for her to remake it as I waited I watched one of the male workers touch ready to eat food that's came out of the oven with their bare hands. after I got my drink it didn't even taste like it had a flavor in it. My friend and I swung by here after a class we lead on Tuesday evening, and we were treated so kindly. I thought it would just be a run-of-the-mill Dutch Bros experience, but our Broista (pretty sure his name was Alex?) was so funny and sweet. He didn't seem put-on like, "I have to be this way because my job requires it", rather genuinely very nice and easy-going. Sad to hear he will be leaving this location soon, but wishing him luck wherever he goes! His next venture will be lucky to have him! Another Dutch Bros I haven't reviewed even though I stop here quite a bit you say? We come here almost every time we visit my man's parents (they live very close) and I actually really like this location. I love the length of the driveway here. I will say it's a bit annoying to come in from Rancho because they've chained off the line so you have to make a U-turn in the parking lot/gas pumps but it's fine when there's no line and if there is one, we just swing around and enter from Craig. And I know that the chained off portion makes the line easier so no real complaints. I love the employees here. They are always so friendly and helpful and most importantly, happy. I've never experience slow service here myself. We have gotten into line when it was past the walk-up windows but we were out within 30 min which probably averages out to about 2 min per car and I think that's pretty darn good. read more

Their drink selection is absolutely superb. They constantly have new and delicious flavors that are tasty and mouth watering. The service is fast and they always seem to have help outside in line to take orders quickly and efficiently. I tried their breakfast sandwiches for the first time and they were awful. The eggs were powdered and the sausage and bacon pressed. It was obvious they were pre- packaged food that was terrible. Don't waste your time or money getting this garbage. This is my most frequent dutch bros ill visit and even when its out of the way ill still come to this location because I found they have the best personal interaction and efficiency than most dutch bros, although most I have gone to are fairly quick. This particular instance that I wanted to make sure to recognize is that, I pulled in and was not paying attention to flow because I was distracted by my son who was confiding in me that he thought, "sonic might come eat him at night??!" I was trying to explain to my 4 year old that sonic the hedgehog could never do something like that, when this lovely young man came to take my order and I apologized for making him wait and explained why I wasn't paying attention..he as very kind and polite. (wish I could remember his name.) Either way, I got up to the window where he greeted me again and said.. "here, I made your son a sonic lemonade." my son squealed in excitement. This location is my Go-To. I used to have this complicated order that the employees started remembering me by! PROS: -Usually friendly employees -Close to home (for me) -Great coffee every time, only ever had one drink issue and they ended up giving me a new one... so an extra free drink! CONS: -This line gets crazy around 7am and again around 3:30-4 -You HAVE to allot at least 35 minutes in your morning if you plan on going before work. The morning line can and probably will make you late. -There's not much of an exit late from the line, so once you're in you have to commit. SUGGESTIONS: TRY YOUR DRINK FLAPJACK STYLE! Sooo yummy. Tastes just like a stack of pancakes. Flapjack chai & hot chocolate are the best. Give Sugar Free options a shot. A TON of their syrups have SF counterparts and it's a super yummy low cal option. I've never been a daily coffee person, but when we moved to the neighborhood and noticed DB so close- I've been going far more than I would have expected. That said, I go less than I'd like because the lines are often out of control. It's been a couple weeks since I've tried, but the last two or three times, the wait was 20+ minutes with one person taking orders for both lanes. The waiting cars then stack up in the adjacent gas station parking lot making it a pain for the whole plaza. I know it's not their fault they're in high demand, but every other location I've been to has set a high bar for efficiency and this one hasn't consistently been hitting it for me. That said, friendly staff have introduced me to two new favorite drinks: the OG Dutch Mojito (green tea base) and the Strawberry Hula (summer special). read more

Definitely one of those coffee places that is popular the line was long probably waited about 30 to 45 minutes but customer service was on point and super friendly. I tried the Carmel iced coffee golden eagle with sweet cold foam and I have to say it was well worth the wait. It was perfect sweet just how I like it. I think they won me over over my typical Starbucks. Dutch Bros coffee taste amazing and they have so many different options of flavors you can get along with other drinks that aren't just coffee. Loving this new location even though I've only been here a couple times since they opened. It's located conveniently off North Rancho at Craig, and like any other Dutch Bros location features both a drive thru and walk up window. The drive thru typically has a long line, so I'd recommend just walking up. You'll typically be able to order right away! The baristas are super friendly and quick. You can make any adjustment to your drink and they'll accommodate it. I usually go for the americano or latte. Don't forget to ask for a stamp card so you can earn those stamps towards a free drink! read more

Ordered a golden eagle over ice, decaf, with half sweet based on his first timer recommendation. It was perfect!!! We also ordered a cotton candy frost at half sweet. Flavor was light (probably because of the reduced sweetness but very good! The banana split frost at half sweet was spot on! Super flavorful also and tasted just like a banana split. A medium was a good enough size and a large is plenty to share. Five stars for the great drinks but also because their customer service was awesome. read more
