I am a regular at the Maricopa Dutch, but an employee in particular, Billy, made me extremely extremely uneasy making my return to this location kind of anxiety inducing. The best way I can describe my experience was uncomfortable. This dude just kept begging for my social media even though it was evident I was in a relationship. Come to find out he's asking his employees to ask me for my social media too. I want to keep coming, but as long as that worker is working there I don't feel safe returning. If anyone else has had this experience with this individual I encourage you to reach out so we can get him out of here. read more

Went to the car wash next door to Dutch. My car wouldn't start, so while I waited for AAA to tow me I walked over to Dutch for my energy drink. Dutch staff is always so nice and friendly and after they heard of how my day was going they gave me my drink for free. Truly a blessing read more

This place has gone down with customer service. The morning crew sucks!!!! Everytime the staff sees someone they know or an employee they give them precedence and hold up the fucking line talking to them I waited an extra 10 mins because the car in front of me was an employee (she took the iPad in her car and placed her own order) gotten her drink already and set there at the window for 9mins just talking while there was a line of fucking cars!!! Usually the service at this location is great. Unfortunately today when I went there it was complete night and day difference. As I'm waiting in the drive thru, two crew members were leaving and were swearing and using foul language. You may be off the clock, but we saw you walk out of the building and it looks unprofessional and unnecessary. A woman came and took my order and that went well, I asked about the seasonal specials and she was able to readily give that information for me and repeated my order back to verify. Great job there. Get to the window and pay and get the drinks. I've brought them home and brought the two rebel drinks in. One was supposed to be blended, it was not and then they both tasted like straight Red Bull. No flavoring of any kind so quality of food/drink was poor there and usually this is never an issue so I'm hoping this just flags something training opportunities at the store to avoid future occurrences. read more

This specific location is always greeting us with friendly smiles, quick service and accurate orders! Every first of the month, they give out free unique stickers. As this is my first time trying this place I was extremely excited to try this. Megan approached our car to take our order then once we said just one moment she took half of our order then completely dismissed us and said "you guys just go to the window" and walked away in the most disrespectful way. She then cowardly hid inside as she knew we wanted to complain. If you are in this area I advised you to skip this on your list of places to try. I just want to give a big shout out to Madison for being so kind to me yesterday. I was having a very bad day and was crying which I haven't cried in 8 years since my mom passed away. Madison was very sympathetic towards me and even gave me a "BAD DAY" drink on her. I moved here because of a job offer and have no family her and I was assaulted in my home and had to move in one day and now I reside in a hotel until I find another home. So, yes my week has been awful. Not to mention I work 2 jobs and is gone all day. I ABSOLUTELY love DB and I was excited when I heard there was one in Maricopa. WAY TO GO DB...I LOVE U GUYS AND ALL THE WORKERS THEY ARE ALWAYS SO NICE!!!! By the way, make sure Madison gets a raise and the other employees as well they all deserve it. read more

I usually frequent chandlers dutch bro this is based on my experience from maricopa location. I pulled in and the girl on her iPad asked me to drive up closer to her to order. She followed me and took my order. They had me drive up, while I waited. I drove to the window and I went to pay cash. They said we don't accept cash. I was like well my card is was stolen that is all I have. The lady was rude, dismissive and almost laughing at me. Her demeanor really made me mad. I said why don't you tell people before they order. Her response, well it is posted somewhere on the menu back there. I'm like they told me to keep driving and didn't tell me. I was trying to figure out how to use the Apple Pay but since my card was locked it wouldn't work. Meanwhile she had a attitude and the girl behind her threw my stuff in the trash. Terrible attitude from a "gentleman" working the drive through. Waiting in line for a while, while two employees weren't allowing cars to pull up and get in. After waiting 12 minutes, a car pulls up besides us and within 5 minutes gets there order taken first. Waiting in line for a while this morning, another car pulls next to us and gets their order taken first, we proceed to pull forward to have our order taken and employee comes up to us telling us we cannot "ruin the flow of the orders" when he's taking an order. We proceed to tell him that we had been waiting much longer than that other car to which he states "we are not traffic control". I'm sorry but maybe next time ask who arrived first, don't assume and don't be rude when we were stating that we had been waiting longer. We are already very skeptical of Dutch Bros and this experience was one that ensured we won't be back.
