Service took over 20 minutes. Apparently it was our fault for not using drive thru. We were the only one there. The coffee tasted off.

I tried and ice chai latte with the sweet foam... it was alright, I will definitely try something else next time. And ask for light ice bc I felt like there was more ice then there was drink lol. I walked up to order instead of waiting in the long drive through line. There is no bathroom for the public there so I had to drive over to Starbucks just to use the restroom. I hope my drink choice next time is better than this choice so I'm not going to totally knock on this place yet. read more

We discovered Dutch Brothers in Arizona years ago and we are so happy that there is one closer to home which is in Norco. This location is drive-through. The service is always welcoming and friendly. The workers always have conversations with you and ask how you're doing. The coffee is very tasty. Our favorite is the camp out freeze. Dutch bros is the hype spot right now and I don't understand why BUT I've also been to OR frequently so I suppose that's why I wasn't losing my mind when I found out they opened a spot in socal.. The drinks are very sweet and delicious. It's basically a dessert. Their menu is pretty limited but you can customize something to basically however you want. Service is fast and friendly considering how busy they are at any time of the day. Drive through is typically out of the lot so I park and order at the window. Not impressed by the customer service at this location. Really needs some improvement. The employees outside don't seem happy to be taking your order and the attitude was super thick when asking what I was ordering. They didn't seem to know the menu well and seemed extremely irritated that I asked them to repeat my order so I could make sure it was right. I love DutchBros. And one thing I love about Dutch bros is the baristas happy perky personalities. They always seem to make me feel welcome and always seem to enjoy their jobs. Well today wasn't that. That wasn't my experience and it's kinda sad because I go to Dutch Bros for a caffeine boost and a pick me up by the happy go lucky atmosphere. Today I'm very farm from home and kinda need both. I feel bad for not remembering the guy's name that took our order at the window because he deserves a big shout out for best customer service. He was so sweet and friendly and took time to make recommendations. The place is super cute and parking was easy. I went with the coconut mocha and it was so good. This Dutch bros location is beyond amazing!!!! I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars. I have never ran across a single employee here that isn't wonderful. They make sure you leave satisfied and are happy with whatever your drink of choice may be. I drive almost 15 mins everyday just to come to this location. Keep in mind that there are other coffee options on every corner on the way here and that are more convenient but I choose to spend my money and gas to go here. I'm greeted with a smile and a warm welcome as soon as they walk up to my car. Most employees know my order and say " your usual Nicole I only get an iced white annihilator or a rebel ?" I was very shocked today with my experience at Dutch Bros in Norco. From the start, I drove in- waited patiently to place my order, a vehicle comes behind us. The three ladies out there were all talking and completely skipped us, took the car's order behind us. I tried calling the girl over to let her know- which she completely ignored us, walked over to the misters and stood there. Then another girl was taking an order for the car next to us, I called out to her and she came over. She wasn't too friendly, seemed annoyed and told us to go behind a white Chevy. I said thank you and she just walked away and confronted the girl and she didn't seem to care too much. As I am coming up to the merge, I saw the white Chevy go and I inched up to get behind them and a worker told me to stop. Immediately I was confused because the lady who took my order said to go behind them. I let her know, but she didn't care too much and told us to wait. I patiently waited as then a car went in front of us, and then she stared at the line of cars and I was confused on when I go. I asked her "Can I go?" She just waved her arms with a straight face and we went. When I got up to the window I asked for the manager and told her what happened and she didn't seem too concerned and I let her know I don't complain a lot, if at all. The wait was not worth it as the drinks I got were completely melted and not made the correct way. I have been to other locations and my drinks have always been delicious. I've tried this location a handful of times in hopes they can improve their drinks since newer store. This store is so much closer to my house so I would love to come here. I have not had one good drink at this location. I even took back this morning and still it was horrible. The drinks either are overly sweet or not enough coffee and taste like milk. This morning ordered golden eagle with add shot incase too sweet. Why does just taste like steamed milk?
