Finally able to visit another Dutch Bros outside of California... This one was a little tricky to get to lol had to take all angles in to enjoy the building ha ha... Once we made it through the drive-through all was good. It was awesome to see that the menu was expanded here in Nevada then it is in some locations in California in regards to the food. We were able to claim a birthday drink today and add a drink that is discontinuing soon which was the fruit punch rebel, and was able to secure for additional sour straws for my son, as all of our stands are sold out in California, that I know of the staff here were very friendly, very bubbly, and very sweet and kind and answering all our questions.. but I can't say that that's not an expectation of Dutch Bros because I get that same service every Dutch Bros I go to... read more

Update: no one has reached out to me. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this location, and it was entirely due to Lily's behavior. From the moment she took my order, she was short, dismissive, and spoke to me with an extremely rude attitude. After taking my order, she walked away and slammed the outside door. When I got to the drive-thru window, she handed me my drinks so carelessly that they were nearly spilled all over me and inside my car. After leaving, I realized I hadn't received my receipts, so I had to return to the location. When I returned, I used the walk-up window instead of the drive-thru in hopes of avoiding another interaction with Lily. Unfortunately, she was the employee who came to assist me. When I asked if I could get copies of my receipts, she loudly smacked her teeth, let out an exaggerated sigh, and said, "Ugh, yeah, but that'll take me a while." Her response was completely unnecessary and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her for asking for something that simple. After retrieving the receipts, rather than simply handing them to me, she shoved them toward my face twice because I had placed two separate orders. Her attitude, professionalism, and customer service were completely unacceptable. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but that is never an excuse to treat customers with disrespect. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable for simply placing an order. I sincerely hope management reviews the security camera footage from my visit, as it will clearly show the way I was treated. If Lily is in a leadership or management position, I find that especially concerning, as this is not the type of behavior that should be modeled for other employees. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, despite its convenience. This is our neighborhood Dutch Bros and we have never had the slightest issue with them. Today was the closest we have come to having an issue -- and we were the issue! Asking about whether the dulce de leche freeze could be made sugar free, we gummed up the line works and froze everything for a sec. It was quickly resolved and although we ended up not getting our points scan we did get a less sweet dulce de leche which was lovely. I've been going to this dutch bros regularly for about 3 years now and have always had the best experiences with Mari and Isabella. Mari always takes time to talk to me and get to know me and already knows my regular drink. She's always super happy and sweet even on days when she tells me she isn't feeling the best. Isabella is also one of the sweetest people I know there, she always has stories for me that have me anxious on wanting to go back and hear more lol.
