I've been going to this dutch bros regularly for about 3 years now and have always had the best experiences with Mari and Isabella. Mari always takes time to talk to me and get to know me and already knows my regular drink. She's always super happy and sweet even on days when she tells me she isn't feeling the best. Isabella is also one of the sweetest people I know there, she always has stories for me that have me anxious on wanting to go back and hear more lol. Both of their memory game is 10/10 because anytime I tell them something they ask me how it's going the next visit. This is our neighborhood Dutch Bros and we have never had the slightest issue with them. Today was the closest we have come to having an issue -- and we were the issue! Asking about whether the dulce de leche freeze could be made sugar free, we gummed up the line works and froze everything for a sec. It was quickly resolved and although we ended up not getting our points scan we did get a less sweet dulce de leche which was lovely. Let's just say I come here way too often. It's on the way to my school and the Starbucks that was up the street closed. I've tried many different drinks, but I think my favorite is the annihilator. The service is usually pretty quick and the staff is pretty friendly. I think the only thing that is kind of off to me is always asking for a tip. Other than that service is good. They have workers come up to your car to take your order at their drive through even in the pouring rain. Their rain gear was quite interesting but it was raining too hard to get a clear photo to share. A few people were waiting at their door. The line was so LONG and winding but it's worth the wait. They have the most unique coffee flavors something like banana bread. I said pass cuz it was so cold I didn't want an iced coffee.
