This place has an infinite number of different options and combinations available so definitely look before you show up! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly though so if you can't decide they'll definitely steer you in the right direction. If you're looking for a nutty, higher caffeinated coffee try to substitute any coffee with "white coffee"! This is my second time having Dutch Bros. This experience was very unpleasant. I had to wait 30mins to get 4 drinks not that hard to do! They supposedly cleared the order without giving it to anyone. I kept seeing people after me leaving with a lot more drinks. I was being patient since they had customers. However when they approached me it had been already 25mins giving me this excuse. I couldn't help but notice that my daughter and I happen to be the only Hispanics there. I have never had this feeling before. I really enjoy their coffee when I find a place since I do live in LA and we happen to be in the area. I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. They should have a better management system in place. We are paying for our food/ drinks you shouldn't be voiding items if they haven't been cleared. read more

Opening day was today, with a huge line cars and an hour of patience. The flow cars was well controlled and the facility had several of their employees taking orders outside in addition to the walk-up windows. I ordered the oatmilk cocomo (sp) which was made just right though I'd say their medium size is more on the large size vs medium; I'll be ordering smalls from now on. All in the cold coffee choice was made just right. Not too sweet and not bitter. I'm not one who frequent "corporate" coffee shops and perfer the small businesses but this is far better than any Starbucks. read more

I signed up for updates on this Coffee Shop and was so glad I did! I got a text the day before they opened for free drinks! Yippee! Of course the lines were long, but I'm glad they have two lanes and the moved at a good pace. The employee who helped us was so nice! It was out first time there so he gave suggestions! I was really looking forward to checking it out. My son was surprised about how excited and energetic the employees were! Very festive! I have returned twice after that initial visit. Both times have been pretty early to avoid any of the long lines I've seen and heard about. Plus the early bird gets the worm, or in the case espresso ! Don't bother with this place. Average quality coffee, poor organization, and staff have no idea what they are doing. They have 2 lanes for cars. They take all orders out of order. I understand 1 or two cars cutting in line when it's busy but to allow a total of 8 cars cut me and the two people in front of me all because the staff don't know what they are doing??? Not happy. Their logo and blue building is not the most attractive, but their double drive through line is great. There were two drive through lanes and three people taking orders. You order and then drive up and pay at the window. Espresso is mild. Next time I'll order a double shot. Prices are cheaper than Starbucks. Staff was super friendly. I'll choose this company over Starbucks any day. I didn't know they had energy drinks, next time I'll try that. read more

Love Dutch Bros. I don't have one anywhere near me so anytime I'm close to one I always stop. Had never been to this location and when I arrived the drive thru line looked pretty long. I got into the line and then started second guessing if I had the time (had about another hour to drive and needed to arrive promptly). They have two lanes and I was about 15 cars back combined. They had about 3 or 4 staff outside taking orders so I decided to hope and give it a chance. Less than 10 minutes later I was on the freeway again! The efficiency is extraordinary! read more

Dutch Bros is the place to go for fantastic frozen coffee drinks. For me that's it. Not hot coffee or iced coffee, but those amazing frozen coffee blended drinks. Be aware they are very sweet, but you can request they tone down the sweetness. Largely a drive through place with great service, that keeps the traffic moving when there are car lines. Staffed by young people who are nice and cheerful. Normally, the location next to I5 provides easy off and easy on access. But on a hot day traffic gets crazy as everyone has the same idea to cool off with a Dutch Bros. read more

I just went through the drive thru (around 4:15pm today) and the girl who took my order was so nice (usually are) then as I was driving to the window 2 of the boys (one with curly hair with cross earring, and a blonde taller boy) were staring at me and said "awkward" (due to my daughter no longer working there) and just kept staring at me made me feel very unwelcome. That has never happened as I come by every day after work, I usually always get a warm welcome. But today was just WOW. read more
