Discovered Dutch Bros. not that long ago. I am definitely a fan! There needs to be a Dutch Bros. at every major intersection in Phoenix. My signature hot coffee is - white chocolate red raspberry mocha with whipped cream! Tastes like heaven and it's 100x better than the Starbucks version. Reasonably priced. Staff is super energetic, you can't not help but smile once you have left the place. If you buy there re-usable coffee cups, you get 50 cents off of each drink. read more

Dutch Bros knows how to treat their employees! Anyone who lives here knows that being outside in the heat for more than 5 mins is absolutely awful. Dutch keeps their employees from going out in the heat and taking orders between certain hours. Love the coffee and love the vibes all around. And of course Dutch bros employees are notoriously known for being outgoing and talkative and just all around nice people. But god I wish they could just read the mood of their customers. I'm in the service industry too so I talk and I talk A LOT. I can tell when my table doesn't want to have conversation and when they do. And sometimes I just wanna get my coffee and gtfo. I'm fine with a "hello how is your day going?" "Wonderful, how is yours?" "Great, here is your coffee!" And done. Not "So what are you up to today? Did you have a nice poop this morning?! What is your cats name?! Omg do you want to be best friends?!?!??" Okay I'm exaggerating but you get it. Read the energy! Some people want to shoot the breeze and others don't. Staff is always super crazy nice. Love this place. Lines are always long but busy is a good sign. Even though the place is nuts it never takes too long. Only thing that can be sticky is the parking lot, it's size and how cars can get in line from both directions. Makes it a battle sometimes but again well worth it. read more

They are always contagiously happy, sometimes I think I go there to get a boost of happiness before work and not just a delicious cup of coffee. I typically don't branch out after I find something that I like, but recently I have and I can honestly say no drink is bad! Hey guys its me! I just wanted to let yall know that the ice to water ratio is 21/10. The closest you could get to dutch bros water, would mean u have to go to a glacier in the netherlands and melt off 20 ounces into a cup and you put some chunks of glacier ice mixed with the glacier water it is extravagant it if you cant tell already i was so thirsty before drinking this water and it seriously changed my life and i will now be getting glacier water at my local Dutch Bros read more

If you order one drink you should be fine. In my experience, ordering two or more drinks is too complicated for them, and I've never left this location without having them mix up drinks. Last time I was there, I ordered a green tea and my friend ordered a rebel, and they mixed them up, then laughed about it while they thought we couldn't hear them and offered the wrong drink to people standing outside. It took them another five minutes to correct it. Plus, in my experience the wait is far longer here in the drive thru. On the positive side, employees are generally more personable at this particular location, however if you don't want to waste your time, do yourself a favor and just drive up to the location on Bell & 62nd st less than 10 minutes away. read more

I was driving down N Paradise Village Pkwy W and notice there was no one in line so I pulled in. I was not able to get to the drive-thru because the had the plastic cones blocking it. I had to pull out onto the shopping mall loop and make a U-ie to get to the drive-thru. It's ridiculous. Then I had to wait because other cars got in front of me. If I ever go to this place again I'm running over the plastic cones and I encourage others to do so too. read more

I've been patronizing this location since the grand opening night when there was a line wrapped around the mall. I'm proud to drive around with their cool sticker on my car window. I'll never go to Starbucks again for their icky scorched coffee. Dutch Bros has delicious coffee and a nice staff. When I want to put a smile on my daughter's face before school, we'll go through the drive-in and get her a warm cider or hot cocoa. She loves the whipped cream on the tip of the straw - makes her day. I LOVE the punch card and double stamp Tuesdays. It is nice to get rewarded to be their regular customer. Dutch Bros is very charitable in the community and gives to organizations I can feel comfortable about supporting (unlike the liberal Obama machine Starbucks). You can order any flavor you are craving even if it isn't on the menu. I asked for a Pumpkin Latte and was handed the best one I've ever tasted! The Cocomo is amazing as well as the Kicker. Service here is just unparalleled. The staff is always pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. They ask about your day and actually make an effort to get to know you. As for the coffee, it's great too! I like sweeter drinks and many of their drinks are made with their chocolate milk, which makes them very sweet and delicious. I haven't tried anything here that I didn't like. They often have specials (2 stamp Tuesday, 9 stamp days, gift card promos, etc.) and serve seasonal drinks that are always great. The only con is that it can sometimes be quite busy (especially the drive thru) but I can overlook this for the great service and tasty drinks. read more

All of the employees are friendly, and even when there are seven or so cars in front of me in the drive thru I still don't have to wait too long for my drink. So this was a return visit to Dutch Bros as we migrated back to Phoenix from the cold in Colorado. Our location this time was Paradise Valley and were treated like somebody special from Matt for 2 days and then a cute young red head today. Both were outstanding ambassadors for the business and also just really good conversationalists as well. The coffee is always good and so are the staff. The work culture seems to be very upbeat and postive and a model that many other companies could take a lesson from. Great experience again and again and again.
