Didn't try any food but poor customer service and really watered down coffee, so bad... I was really expecting more ambiance is cool.

You order first and then find a seat, so it's a little bit of a shuffle, but the woman behind the counter was genuinely helpful with recommendations and what's popular. And once we ordered, the food came out pretty fast. We kicked things off with the Big Dill appetizer, and when they say "giant," they're not kidding. It's a comically large pickle, seasoned up and cut into four spears. The seasoning was actually really good, nice flavor, the right amount of spice. I'll be honest: I'm not a huge pickle person, so I didn't fall in love... but if you are a pickle person, this is absolutely your moment. I tried the brunch burrito and it was a solid portion, filling, well-built, and the avocado salsa helped a lot (I was using it like a cheat code). The only reason I wouldn't come back specifically for that burrito is the flavors didn't really pop for me, and I wished the potatoes had more crisp and there was more seasoning on the eggs. It wasn't bad at all just not a "I'm still thinking about this tomorrow" type of burrito. The drinks though? Really unique, I had the French toast latte and the banana hazelnut latte, and they serve them in this super cool commercial can sealer setup. It's such a clever touch as if your coffee came with packaging confidence. Better yet, the lattes were actually delicious and you could taste the quality of the beans underneath the flavors. We also tried the Philly cheesesteak, and it's a BIG sandwich on what tastes like a homemade sesame hoagie. The "shaved ribeye" looked more like finely chopped/ground ribeye, but honestly... it worked. It tasted great with the cheese sauce and hit the spot. The fries that came with it were steak fries, cooked to perfection, with a few extra-crispy pieces mixed in (which is basically the fry jackpot). And then there was the avocado + burrata bagel... which might be the best bagel I've ever had and I don't say that lightly. The everything bagel was fresh, toasted perfectly, and the toppings blended together so well that every bite somehow got better than the last. I also tried the lox and it was worth the money, generous smoked salmon, capers, tomato, the whole deal. Bottom line: there's a lot to love here, and it's going to take me a few more visits to work through all the menu items that look worth trying. Come hungry, expect a line at peak brunch, and don't leave without that avocado burrata bagel (and maybe one of those sealed lattes, because it's just fun).

For our bagel, we ordered an everything bagel with charcuterie cream cheese, which I can best describe as everything but the kitchen sink - capicola, mortadella, salami, provolone, artichokes, tomoatoes, roasted peppers, pepperocini, olives and red onion - all chopped up and mixed into the cream cheese. Somehow it all seems to work in terms of flavor, but as for the bagel itself I wish it were a bit bigger and had more chew, although it was decent. The biggest disappointment was with our cinnamon roll and coffees. They were out of the regular cinnamon roll so we ordered the salted caramel one. The sad part was it was cold. I mean who wants a cold cinnamon roll, even the one at Cinnabon is warm. As for the coffees, we ordered the banana hazelnut and strawberry matcha. We assumed the coffees would be hot but were given iced coffees. Only later we noticed they can be ordered either hot or iced, and wished the server had asked for our preference. As for the iced coffees, I'm not quite sure I understand the whole concept of putting them in soda cans, as the foam got stuck to the top of the can and all the flavor sank down to the bottom.

This was one of the first places I found that people had suggested for me, and so I thought it might be a good place to get some work done and a morning joe to sip on. I came in without any pretense, and perused the menu. After having talked to a barista, my eyes wandered to the pourover menu, and I ended up getting their Reserve pourover, iced. It was a nice combination of berry fruit, lemon rind, and bright flavors that felt very refreshing! I enjoyed the drink a lot, and I would easily go back and grab some espresso-based beverages or another pourover! The space itself is grand. It's an industrial building with 3 massive roasters and plenty of seating both on the bottom floor and on the loft section. I sat in the loft and got a good vibe from it! Come by and enjoy some of Phoenix's best coffee!

The service is outstanding and the location is mind blowing! Quite a number of people working, conversing, and just overall enjoying life over the best coffee in Arizona! This may be a flagship location withe the actual coffee roasters in the store reminiscent of a wonderful place I visited in Milan Italy, right here in the Phoenix Metro area! The outdoor patio seating has a fantastic ambience, and there's an upstairs area for larger groups of private events. Now to my 16 ounce hot oat milk, honey latte... True perfection, made with care and love and spot on. Happy to have moved to town, but even happier to have given up that other coffee chain for good!

Not necessarily a bad thing. I digress. 32 Shea is the kind of place you keep coming back to because it never tries too hard. It's dependable, consistent, and just plain good. From the breakfast burrito to the BLT, they don't overthink it, they just get it right. The coffee drinks can go toe-to-toe with any joint in town, and the full bar won't leave your wallet on life support. Mostly, though, it's the staff. Young, attentive, full of life and energy. They actually seem to enjoy being there, and these days that feels almost subversive, lol. Kudos.

Two of the appetizers were so delicious we had to order them twice lol The ambience was casual and cute. It wasn't too loud so we were able to converse. The bathroom had amazing lighting (like disco or club lighting)
