The team members working here are always friendly and I think it helps that our dog is pretty cute, so it's a bonus to come by with him and have their team give him some love. This Dutch Bros Coffee location is off the I-80 on W. El Camino in Sacramento. It is a drive-thru, but they also have a pickup window. The drinks at this location have always been really good and the service has been friendly. During the summer, the blended annihilator, which has espresso and chocolate macadamia nut, is great. Order it "picture perfect" and they'll add whipped cream plus chocolate and caramel drizzle. It's pretty sweet and delicious. During the winter, their candy cane mocha is super good. It's even better when you add a soft top to it, which is a sweet, fluffy, foamy whipped cream. The workers have always provided good customer service. It's fun when they give out stickers with their drinks, which occur the first Wednesday of each month, plus other random bonus days. They recently gave out friendship bracelets with an order as well. The service was super great, all the girls I interacted with were very friendly and helpful! She suggested I get a mudslide mocha for a sweet iced coffee. It was delicious! It was like a hybrid of a shake and an iced coffee, and the sweetness was perfect with the cookies and cream froth on top. They were also able to make it decaf. Horrible service I asked to use someone's phone since I was locked out of my house I had nothing on me no keys no wallet no phone . This dude says he just has to finish making a drink then he has me standing out there for 15 minutes coming back saying no one could cover me when all I need was to make a phone call not his help at all. People now a days are horrible. The "Dutch bros experience" is supposed to be unmatched kindness and willingness to help. That is in no way what I got at this shop. If he couldn't help someone in the heat make a phone call I don't think he can make any sort of drinks or have the attitude needed to work at Dutch bros. Dutch bros is popping up everywhere! This new location is right off the freeway. They have a double lane drive thru for when it's super busy. I def recommend downloading their app to look at the drinks and abundance of flavor combos, plus you can get rewards points. Glad that all the workers were very friendly. We came at night so we opted for hot chocolate. A small hot chocolate was only about $2.95! Super cheap compared to Starbucks. I tried the banana split(vanilla, banana, & dark chocolate) hot chocolate with soft top! I loved it! I've tried their coffee at other locations and find them to be pretty sweet. Out of all Dutch Bros in Sacramento, this one is the best. Every morning before I go to work, I stop by. The drinks are made with love! But the best thing about this Dutch Bros is the service. This shops energy is great! They are always on top of it no matter how busy or slow it gets. The baristas make me feel like family. Especially this guy who works every morning with a chain tattoo and mullet, he is very welcoming and makes me feel prioritized. It seems like he is close to every customer because sometimes I would see him hugging or fist bumping customers before approaching me. This is the only Dutch Bros shop for me. read more

This is where we get our afternoon caffeine fix. They are located in a brand new development, which is right off the freeway. In terms of service, they are super efficient. They have 2 drive thru lanes and have 1-2 staff that walk up to your car and take your order. If your order is ready before you get to the pick up window, someone will bring it to your car. Their unique drive-thru lanes allow you to pull out of the lanes and take off, so you don't have to wait for other cars to get their orders - genius! This Dutch Bros has consistently been the best one I've been to (which is fortunate for me since it's basically down the street from me). Dutch Bros in general is consistent across each location but the interactions with employees can obviously vary from one location to the next pretty heavily. The employees at this location are all fantastic. Fun to chat with, genuine and friendly. However, one employee in particular really impressed me the last few times I've gone. I didn't catch their name but they remember me every time I show up, they remember my order (I've only ordered this particular order a handful of times, so it isn't like I've been getting it every day for months on end - yet). They even remembered which drink was for me as they put a drink stopper on the other drink but not on mine since I'd be drinking it on my way home. I know plenty of people experience someone remembering their order but this is definitely the most impressive example of that I've seen. To the employee - I'm sorry I didn't get your name so I could mention you in this review directly. I'm the one who gets the two hot chocolates (hazelnut truffle and tuxedo).
