Customer service can improve. For having 3 people working there they aren't efficient on order taking. It appears that a single person takes the drink orders and makes the drinks and the other 2 work as a team and sell the pastries. They aren't universal. In addition I asked if they would suggest the chocolate twist or the chocolate crossiant and they mumbled something and called out the third coworker who then took a drink order and I never got an answer, they just looked at me dumfounded. With an answer like that I opted not to get either. Maybe they were trying to tell me neither were good. Either way I didn't want to take the chance of a bad pastry order. I settled on the apple Danish. It was ok. The filling was squishy. Not very appley. I was hoping for more pieces of apple to really bite into it was more of a jelly inside. And it wasn't as flakey as I had anticipated. I wouldn't order it again or recommend it. On the other hand my husband got the Turkish bread. I thought he was going to get the sesame Turkish bagel, but he ordered what looked like a hoagie roll. To my surprise it was really good. It had a good crust and ultra soft on the inside and just the right flavor. Not to sweet, but not to plain either. I recommend the Turkish bread. I'd order it again. They also sell Turkish delights, They are displayed in the window. I haven't tried them as I'm afraid they are dried out as they have been sitting there awhile. One day I'll give them a try, but for the price it's a huge investment to be disappointed. I go to a Turkish Delight store in Santa Barbara and they have one in San Luis Obispo and they specialize in Turkish delights, That is there main source of income so I know they are fresh in addition they give you free samples before you buy them, If this place gave you a tiny free sample I'd be first in line to try them and stock up. They are pricy, but if they are good they are worth it. And I'm not talking See's candy pricy, I'm talking specialty chocolate shop pricy.

Cute lil coffee shop inside Arden mall. They have a ton of Turkish sweets, gelato, coffee and teas. We've never tried Turkish sweets so we grabbed some and coffee. The coffee was strong but really good, treats were ok just not something I'm use to, I'll definitely try other things. Service was ok she was nice once we reached out to her and asked questions about some of the iteams

Happen to stop by Arden this morning and I noticed this coffee shop tucked away along one of main entrances (next to BJ's). I intended on grabbing a quick cup and leaving it at that but they also fresh pastry and Turkish candies!! Awesome. I order Carmel latte, a raisin roll (yummy) and I tried a piece of Pomegranate pistachio candy, also yummy. The young lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. Great service! It's very nicely decorated. There are a couple of bistro tables located just outside the front door.

Cute Cafe inside Arden Mall. I stopped by Eli Cafe while shopping at Arden Mall and loved the cozy, aesthetic vibe. They have a cute little cart for gelato and beautifully displayed desserts that almost look too pretty to eat. I was curious about the Turkish coffee, so I asked the barista about it, she mentioned it was really strong, and since it was already late in the evening, I decided to go with an iced vanilla latte instead. That ended up being the perfect choice, it was so creamy, smooth, and just right. The only downside was the chocolate chip cookie, it wasn't sweet at all and tasted like something was missing. But overall, I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back to try more drinks next time!

I love the Turkish delights. They're beautiful & tasty. This time though I got the Dubai latte. It is $11.95?!?!?! Holy expensive coffee. It was good but very sweet & rich as you would expect but more than I could handle. I wanted it in a small drink but only comes in a medium. Could not finish it even though I shared with a friend. It is a pretty drink though.

I think I've been here maybe twice. The first time I bought Lavender syrup. This time I bought a con panna. This is one of my quick pick me ups to get. If you know you know. FYI not every coffee shop sells this or even knows what it is so I always get excited when it's on the menu. Warning! The ones here are very strong, I had a double shot and it kept me up all night next time I will ask for a single shot because my body was not prepared for the night ahead why did I take a double shot at night, I'm not sure but never again.

My wife was late for her Apple appointment so gotta kill 1 hour. I always notice places with caffeine. Ambiance Bright colors. Vendor cart with I think gelato. Nice beverage display. Very welcoming. Rating 5 Customer Service Very friendly. Served me Turkish coffee in porcelain cup. Rating 5 Baklava Big display of these delicious treats. Guy told me the baklava came from Turkey and he assured me that is good. My baklava was so good, it was fresh. Rating 5 Turkish Coffee It was ok. Not an expert but I have had better. Rating 3.

Was looking to get coffee and saw this spot in the Arden mall. Typically I don't get coffee from shops in the mall but I decided to take a chance. The inside looked clean and organized and the front staff was nice. I ordered a spinach and Parmesan pastry and it was decent until I went to pull the last half out of the sleeve and found a long hair sticking on the pastry. The hair was at least 6 inches long and stuck. I tried to pick it out because perhaps it fell and maybe it was mine- but this was for sure baked into the pastry and it was stuck. Spent $14 for this and a small 12 oz coffee and the coffee was nothing to speak upon. Hopefully their staff will notice whether or not long hairs are on the food.

    Dubai chocolate latte

I went in here thinking the drinks looked. I was sooo disappointed. The Dubai chocolate latte was pretty bad, and I hated the pistachio filling on the bottom. It also didn't mix well in due to being so thick. I rather go to Sana Cafe for that type of drink. I had to throw most of it away. I can't speak to the desserts or anything else in there though. But I won't be back

This is a cool place and very unique. There is a gelato station and ice cream for scoops or an affogato. They have a variety of baklava and Turkish delight pastries. Here is why they are unique. I asked the barista at the counter if they make them at the shop. She said they are imported from Turkey (Türkiye). If you're in a hurry there is a grab and go section as well. The coffee flavor was great. I asked for cream in the coffee and I thought they would have some fresh cream in a fridge. Unfortunately I was offered land o lakes cream that was sitting in the dining room for lord knows how long. This location offers tap to pay.

**Eli Cafe** is a tiny treasure tucked away in Arden Fair Mall. Now, let's talk seating. There isn't any inside the cafe itself, but the mall has graciously provided a few tables outside, just enough for a game of musical chairs if a crowd gathers. Pro tip: snag a seat early, or you'll be left balancing your Turkish delights midair! Speaking of Turkish delights, this place is a *party* of pastries! I ordered a raisin croissant that was *melt-in-your-mouth* dreamy: perfectly flaky outside, soft as a cloud inside. Hubby got the cheese muffin, but I couldn't get close to it because he devoured it faster than I could say, "Let me try!" Based on his silent joy (and crumb-free plate), I'd say he loved it. What we found amusing? Eli Cafe isn't just popular with us; it's apparently the hangout spot for mall staff, who were grabbing goodies left and right. Seems like they're in on the delicious secret! Our ratings (1-5, with 5 being the best) say it all: - **Coffee:** Hubby was a little pickier, giving it a 3.5, while I went with a solid 4. - **Food:** Easy 5s for both of us; it's safe to say Eli Cafe knows their pastries! - **Staff:** Another win, with a 4 from Hubby and a 5 from me. Friendly, quick, and helpful. - **People-watching:** I give it a 5--mall staff, shoppers, and the occasional lost tourist keep it interesting! Hubby says 4.5. - **Ambiance:** Hubby's a fan, giving it a 5 for the mall hustle and bustle vibe. I'm more critical (3.5) but hey, I like a cozier setup. And yes, the rummy game continued! Hubby had 190, but I triumphed with a whopping 295. So if you're in Arden Fair Mall and craving a flaky, buttery slice of heaven, stop by Eli Cafe. Just be ready to fend off the mall staff for your place in line!

Spotted this new coffee place downstairs at the mall when we got off of the elevator. Decided to check it out since I noticed there weren't any Yelp reviews yet. This guy was standing at the doorway and looked like he worked there, kinda like when workers are trying to get people to come in the store. But he awkwardly just stared at us as we walked in and didn't even say hello so it was really strange. We already had a drink so we didn't get coffee but decided to get a scoop of ice cream to share with our son. We saw the cart of flavors and picked vanilla bean but it was actually gelato. We didn't realize the ice cream was in a different cart on the other side of the shop. This small single scoop was $6! It tasted good but still.. I know gelato is a little pricier but that was a little excessive.

I was right next to them sitting at a table with my brother so of course I heard, and I got up and I said what's up with this grandma stuff, and he said that he answered her question and told her that he thought I was her grandmother. Honestly, I felt completely insulted like you're not supposed to say things like that to your customers or even about your customers. I felt myself getting ready to go completely off on him, so I walked away and went to sit back down. He had the audacity to tell my niece some people can't handle the truth. It's so baffling to me that a manager would say something like that. I know employees sometimes say inappropriate things, but he should know better!! This was supposed to be a nice family outing and he ruined my night. Luckily I have confidence in myself and his comment didn't give me a complex or make me like I look old. It was also disappointing because I went in there specifically to get an eclair, which is normally a decent size. For some reason, it was the half of the size and the same price.

The parlor had limited ice cream flavors (nothing traditional that I would usually go for - or settle for s simple as strawberry by itself) and while a couple flavors sounded interesting, they missed the mark for me. I ended up with the Thai tea and vanilla and the Thai tea flavor was extremely light. My son liked his strawberry cheesecake milkshake.
