We brought it back home and the cutlet was still plenty warm and the romaine was cold and crunchy. My coworker and boyfriend suggest getting some extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping. The place was cutie pie - I liked that they were playing good music and had a silly book of animals I could browse at while I waited for the food to be ready. There was an altercation of two couples yelling at each-other and causing a fuss. Lowkey I wish the manager would have refused service to all 4 of them because why were they being absolutely terrible at 1pm on a Saturday. The size is so much bigger in person vs. shown online, so come hungry or be prepared to pack leftovers. Got to this location and the only parking available was street parking, but I got lucky and found a spot right in front. I came on a weekend, so there was a bit of a line and they only allow about 20 people inside at a time. Even with how busy it was, the staff remained very pleasant and organized. From waiting on line to getting my food, the whole process took about 45 minutes. But the moment I bit into the Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich, it was totally worth the wait. My oh my! This place is absolutely worth the hype. I'm still full as I type this; I only managed to finish half of my sandwich from a few hours ago! After seeing Staci's on TikTok, I thought today would be a great day to visit since it was so beautiful outside. Apparently, everyone else had the same idea, as there was a 20-minute wait to get in. Luckily, the line moved quickly and I was able to order around 2:45 (they close at 3:00). Since it was so close to closing time, some people were unfortunately turned away because they were running low on bread and several items had sold out. Fortunately, I was able to try their famous chicken Caesar salad sandwich, which is definitely large enough for two people to share. The bread was soft, the chicken cutlet was crispy, and the salad tasted fresh and vibrant. I also tried the 'AP,' another chicken cutlet sandwich featuring arugula, balsamic glaze, burrata, and peppers (which my partner had removed). The chicken itself didn't really have the dressing, so that didn't make it soggy, but it wasn't really crispy either. The meat was moist though. I really love that it is a hand breaded fried cutlet, instead of a deep fried frozen chicken patty. The lettuce was overdressed and messy, but probably would've been better consumed right away. I loved the freshness of the bread, and I think it's baked in house like the Caesar dressing is made from scratch. The only thing is it wasn't very flavorful on its own. They ask you if you would like a side of extra dressing and buffalo sauce (which isn't on the sandwich) and it definitely needed the sauce. Without it the sandwich was sort of bland. Definitely a busy place as there was a line inside but The team inside is well oiled and their work flow was on point. They were cranking out sandwiches by the minute.
