    Nice to see a family owned dealership still in business for personal service. I enjoyed viewing a pre owned Cadillac CTS-V and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. If you are looking for an all around good dealership for sales and service I would recommend.

    Warm and inviting, everyone involved in my transaction for purchasing a car here was professional and wonderful to do business with at Dutton. This Family owned car dealership for 92 years yields confidence in knowing they are very established. Third generation owner is in charge now. Shout out to Luis in sales and Theresa for the seem-less buying experience.

    Came in for an oil change for my Cadillac CT5 at Dutton Motor Company. When I arrived, no one came out to greet me at the service bay--maybe that's normal here, but it threw me off a bit. Once I walked inside, though, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They got me in about 30 minutes early, which was a nice surprise. The waiting area is clean, spacious, and has plenty of room to relax while you wait. No food court or snacks--just complimentary water--so if you're the type who likes a little treat while waiting, bring your own (I actually wish I had brought some donuts to share!). Prices for the oil change were totally reasonable--right around what you'd expect. Overall, great customer service inside and a comfortable place to wait. Would definitely come back.

    First vehicle purchased Cadillac ATS

    Updating my original review from about 10 years ago. I originally gave this dealership 5 stars because it had earned them. This was also the second vehicle I purchased through them, so my opinion was based on more than a single positive experience. Unfortunately, the dealership I dealt with this time did not reflect the one I had recommended years ago, and I do not plan to return here for my next vehicle purchase. For this visit, I scheduled service through the dealership's app and specifically selected the option to wait for my vehicle. After I arrived, I was told that would not be possible and that I would likely not get my car back until the middle of next week. Repairs and diagnostics can take time. That is understandable. The problem was not the existence of a delay, but the complete failure to communicate it in a meaningful way before I arrived. I eventually found the email they had sent, but it contained no confirmation option, and when there was no response from me, there was no follow-up phone call, no second email, and no text message. If the dealership was changing the nature of the appointment so significantly, a single unconfirmed email was not adequate communication. The alternatives offered were equally disappointing. I was told shuttle service was limited to a 15-mile radius, even though both Google Maps and Waze showed my address at about 12 miles away. I was then offered a one-way rideshare trip home "for the inconvenience," which simply shifted the rest of the inconvenience onto me by leaving me to arrange transportation back to the dealership later. I was also told they could try to arrange a loaner vehicle in a few months. That is not a practical solution. My warranty coverage runs to 50,000 miles, and I am already at about 46,000. With work, errands, and normal driving, it is not speculative to say I would likely exceed that limit by then. In effect, the proposed remedy would have required me to continue driving with a check engine light while risking the loss of warranty coverage. To be fair, the employee helping me was courteous and seemed to be making an effort, which is the reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1. Beyond that, however, this experience reflected poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and a level of customer care that falls well below what this dealership once provided. I gave this dealership a strong review years ago because the quality of service justified it. I am updating that review now because it no longer does. They were good enough to earn my loyalty once. They were careless enough to lose it. Convenience is clearly part of their marketing, not their actual service.

    Vee & Jesse were absolutely fabulous! I recently purchased a truck from a different dealership that was a super truck but it just didn't suit me. I liked the truck but I wanted to love my truck.... after searching for a couple of weeks I found what I wanted at Dutton. A few emails and phone chats with Vee, I drove over on a Saturday and made a deal. I was treated with respect, honesty, and the entire place had a "how can we help you achieve your dream" atmosphere. 10/10 !

    We had a great buying experience at this dealership. This was probably one of the easiest & fastest car buying experiences me and my husband I ever had. Trust me we have had quite a bit of cars. Fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this place for any tire, pressure sensor, and wheel needs. Thank you so much again! Adding this also, but would definitely recommend them for any teens or young adults also learning about how tires work and all that stuff. Brain was able to provide really good recommendations and explain which tires are really good for my car and the local terrain (because Florida has very different terrain compared to here). Excellent value / price for the tires too. They'll price match, and that helps a lot.

    My daughter had two new tires installed two weeks ago. She was working late in Temecula and came…read moreout at 11 PM to a tire that was flat. She called AAA and had a tech come out to replace her tire with her spare. When the tech located her spare, it was flat. Most tire companies check your spare when you have new tires installed. She went back this morning to have her tires checked. The tech told her she needed an alignment. She explained that she just purchased the back two tires and they performed an alignment. He said he didn't know that even though she had it done in that store and he had reviewed her account on the computer. She asked to speak with a supervisor. A man named Joseph explained to her after she described her experience that America's Tire always offers an alignment when you purchase tires. That sounds horrible to me because they didn't check the car to see if need an alignment. They just offer it for the upsell. Furthermore, they patched the tire. So why would she need an alignment? Bad business. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I have referred a ton of business to American's tires and I will not do that again. I feel bad for the next innocent, trusting individual that goes in and is under the impression they need an alignment when they don't. Because they offer it, regardless if the car needs it or not. They should be ashamed of themselves. And then they reply and say they want to correct it with more information but the link doesn't work.
