I am most satisfied with my, Superb, Hair Stylist . . . "ALYSSA LEAH", at Dylan Keith Salon (818) 433-7819, in Burbank, California. What can I say? She listens to every single thing and request, I ask. As a woman, my hair must be: fashionable, grey-free (with rich color), workable hair cut, and looks great for 4-6 weeks. She accommodates, all of that and more. I recently went to her for a new hairstyle, I was attending a family wedding, with people I haven't seen in many, many, years. I have been told that my skin and features, are aging well. But the hair, had to be perfect (it's thick with natural curl). The compliments I received, at the wedding, made me feel, like 50, again. My friend's stylist moved to this salon, so when she went to get a haircut I went along with her. I wasn't expecting to get a hair cut, but when I showed up I asked if they had any openings, and they got this nice guy with a mohawk to come off his lunch break for me (I think). I'm not sure what his name was, pretty sure it was Erik (sorry!), but he was fast, fun to talk to and my hair looks great. I payed fifty something for the cut, which for what I got was a good deal! Stefanie Salinas is a fantastic barber. She listens to what you want and does it, and is happy to make any adjustments as you see fit. In the end I always walk out with a great haircut, a rejuvenating scalp massage and some great conversation. She's also super helpful with booking and reminding you of your next appointments as the date grows near and offers touch-ups between visits... the bathroom's at the back, it's nice. read more

I have been able to find a good nail place, favorite coffee spot, favorite places for good eats but struggled when it came to my hair... I wouldn't say i'm picky but I like to get what I ask for (being realistic with my requests of course). This is a really cute and clean salon in the heart of Burbank and its down the street from Portos, so location is great! Parking can be tricky but I always find a spot. Ashley is my hairdresser and she is GREAT, she is nice and personable, takes her appointments on time and not only cut well but does what you ask. I like change: have been many, many hair colors from black to fuchsia to red to blonde - through it all, James has made my hair look great. Strangers give me compliments on my hair daily, if they only knew how difficult it can be, but with his color and cut technique expertise, James tames my hair. He also has amazing product knowledge. I stopped using drugstore shampoos and hair products and it really does make a HUGE difference, (my color even lasts a lot longer now). Speaking of shampoos, James gives a scalp massage at the bowl that will melt your stress away. read more

Went in and saw Olga again today, she never seems to fail, her work is so precise and careful. Olga will literally take all the time that's needed to make sure you're satisfied. She does every single step with such care. I came home and my kids and husband can't stop complimenting me, I feel so fresh and beautiful. OMG!!! I love this salon, this is my first time going to a salon and was afraid of the pricing and how they would treat me since it looks really nice and usually those type of places are uptight and rude and overly priced for something that looks horrible. The front desk greeted me right away with a smile and had the stylist Tricia do my hair. I showed her a few ideas of what I was wanting and she talked to me about the process and how long it would take and let me know how it could damage my hair if I bleached it to many times, so we moved forward one step at a time and OMG did it come out more beautiful than I expect it!! I had the Beverly Hills Spa treatment without paying with my life and blood for it LOL. The stylist there are so friendly and welcoming and are true stylist that even if you come with an idea and it may not fit your face structure or "go with you" they give you advice and walk you through what can work for you, to be very honest I so appreciated that more than anything because she could have just damaged my hair giving me the look I wanted and it not coming out how I wanted it so THANK YOU!!! The salon is clean and usually places have beautiful walls and color when you walk in but the bathroom looks like a gas station bathroom LOL but when I went to the bathroom to my surprise it looked and smelled great and there was a quote on the wall I kept reading over and over again thinking that a strong but sad story must come from it. I asked my stylist and she told me how the salon got it's name. I cried and my fiancé felt so touched as well she told them that we would come back because if we would spend our money it would only be to good people and this place won me over from beginning to end. Kristen is amazing! I've been trying to get a nice blonde without burning my hair for a while unsuccessfully until I met her. I'm allergic to bleach so it's been an issue for me getting a nice blonde but whatever she did worked and not only did I not get blisters on my scalp but the blonde turned out very light which is how I like it. I have pretty dark roots so I'm very impressed with her work. Last time I had such great results was back home in Greece where they specialize with blonde on dark roots. I absolutely love love love this salon. I moved there following my hairdresser Liana Olson (she's the best!) and was totally delighted with it. It is super clean, very upscale, the atmosphere is relaxing and it has everything one would need from hair, nails, make-up, waxes, facials, spray on tan and teeth whitening. The rates are very good. I met the owner while I was in there, she made a point of coming to meet all of the clients that came in which I thought ever so nice. Liana has been streaking and cutting my hair for a number of years now, and she has been the only hairdresser I have ever had that has actually made my hair healthier with time, not sure how she does it :) I am excited that she's moved here. I am a first time client, and was very impressed with this salon. The decor is very nice and expensive looking. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the the receptionist, who by the way was very pleasant. I was offered a drink, and then met my stylist Kaylie Gipson. She was very nice and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She took time to understand what I wanted in my haircut, and delivered a cut better than expected. I have never had a haircut quite as nice as what I got. This is high style at a good affordable price. The owner and the entire staff were very welcoming, warm and personable. I will definitely be back for my next cut! I'm a guy and usually go to Supercuts for a quick easy cut. I received much more than a "Supercut"...I received a "Superb off the charts cut"! Joni does the best acrylic nails. She always has a great selection of colors, glitters, etc. I've had her do everything from a plain pink and white to a fancy glitter nails with 3d sculpture. I went to Dylan Keith in a panic because I had an event coming yet. Ruzanna stayed late and kept toning my hair until it was perfect and now I won't go to anyone but her. Kristin also does amazing color/cuts. Mimi also does amazing mani/pedis! The negative reviews on here are totally baffling to me because I've only had amazing experiences here and I am verrrry picky about my hair! I followed my color specialist Brooklyn from another salon and I absolutely loved my experience at Dylan Keith! The energy of the salon is so positive and you feel it as soon as you walk in! I was immediately offered something to drink by another stylist which was very much needed after my long drive and made me feel so welcomed. I come from South Orange County (which ends up being about 4 hours of travel round trip) where there are ALOT of color specialists and MANY salons just to have Brooklyn work her magic!
