Chris and Joe were my techs and gave me excellent service, great feedback and advice to make my lines better for the future and were just good guys. We had to sump dump the fluids first, then the line opening showed up and we snaked from the line to the street and the line to house. They did it twice in both directions to give me that peace of mind. I don't know plumbing and they did show me a picture of what how my connection was configured. I wish I would of asked for that picture. Please send if you see this. I want to make that correction in the future and extend my cleanout about 6 inches in height. I have been using Dylans Plumbing Group for my plumbing needs for quite some time and he has always done great work for me. I called Dylan due to my water bill doubling in one month and was pretty sure I had a slab leak. Within 20 minutes of Dylan doing a thorough review of my house, he was able to pinpoint not one but two leaks. He had advised me that this was going to continue to happen due to the age of the plumbing in our house. He provided me a quote and went over everything that would be included in the repipe process. He left me with the quote and was not at all pushy about me having to do it right away. I checked with a few neighbors, and he was correct this was a common thing in my neighborhood. I called Dylan in couple days and we set a time to start the repipe process. He was very clear about the cost, how long his guys would be at my home and when the process would be completed. The first day they showed up, they spent two hours putting up plastic sheeting to protect my furniture from drywall dust. After the first day they had all my old plumbing removed and the new pex line installed throughout my house. I am not going to lie all the holes that had to be cut was intimidating, but Dylan advised me not to worry his patch guys would fix it where you could barely see it. At the end of the day Dylan did a full walk through of my house and showed me everything that they did and all valves that they replaced. I was very impressed with this because he took the time to show me all that was done and explain it to me in terms I would understand. The next day the drywall guys showed up and spent the whole day patching and carefully texturing my ceilings and walls. After they finished, I was amazed at the work they had done. As Dylan had assured me, I could barely see any marks where the holes were. After everything was completed, Dylan did a second walk through and making sure I was happy with their work. He had assured me they had the water running for over an hour and did a walk through to make sure there were no leaks. Sorry to make this so long winded, but it is rare to find a person so professional and takes the time to make sure I was satisfied with the work completed. I am sure the pictures that I post will prove the professional job Dylan and his team did. My wife and I were very satisfied with the work done and will continue to use Dylans Plumbing Group for all of our plumbing needs. read more

He explained the issue clearly, and completing the work quickly and efficiently. He also time to look at another plumbing issue and also completed that project as well. At this point we might have to ask this guy to move into our home because Dylan has worked on virtually every part of our home in the last couple of months haha! We've had everything go bad recently, from broken bathroom faucets getting replaced, to our water softener needing attention, to Dylan installing a brand new dishwasher. He told us it doesn't make sense to spend another $10k when he could make the right repairs for a few hundred dollars, and he delivered. Cannot recommend this man enough. Hire him asap. read more

We had an issue with our water heater so we reached out to Dylan to set up an appointment. When Dylan got here and he located the issue right away, it was the gas control valve. He quickly located the replacement part went and got it. Dylan was able to get the replacement part and installed before I had to leave for work. A true professional.
