I walked into the Dyson store with frustration since I lost my remote for my heater + humidifier and the heat isn't able to turn on without the remote only the AC feature. I was able to speak to Ben right away who helped relieve the stress and was so efficient with finding the exact machine I have at home via my Dyson app. Then he graciously went to the back and presented me with the correct remote that has now restored my machine back to use! Went to this location tonight. The staff was absolutely awful, rude, and unhelpful. The store was very chaotic with no organized way to purchase anything. When we asked how to get help, they just told everyone to crowd around with no order or interest in customer needs. Dyson has great products but I would stay away from this location at all costs. I came to visit the Dyson blow dryer three times before I made my decision. Eammon was so friendly and helpful and showed me all the hair products and told me how each item worked. He also told me about the in store demo appointments where I could try out the products with a stylist and helped me schedule an appointment with Tamanna who was great also! Ivan was a fantastic supporting cast member who was helpful when Eammon and Tamanna were busy. Yes, I had that many questions and required the help of 3 people! Called the store to let them know we were going to be running right before store close. They mentioned that they would be happy to wait open till we got there. We ended up getting there earlier than expected, but it was nice to have that peace of mind. The customer service over the phone.... immaculate! I asked about 25 questions and at some point I was thinking that Rae was gonna get a little annoyed, but boy was I wrong. She just kept answering and answering, and even provided me with more than I was asking. Let's talk about when I got to the store. Rae remembered our names from the phone call (about an hour and half before) which was real surprising cuz i never expect employees from a store to remember the customer calls names. Also, not only were we graciously helped by one employee but we were helped by both Liz and Rae, like the perfect tag team combo. Liz answering even more questions that I brought to their plate, and Rae giving an excellent demonstration on how to maintain the product we were buying as well as a product we bought from a while back. Now we're gonna go home and make sure we take better care of our other Dyson products. Found out some new info we never knew.. they have a full on salon (unfortunately not open due to covid) but def interested in coming in to get my hair done when they do open! After all said and done we ended up getting two products rather than 1. Guess they are good at their job :) cuz they def made me a Dyson believer No complaints whatsoever! I had my first experience with the Dyson Demo Store last weekend. Truth be told, I didn't even know there was a brick and mortar Dyson store, so I was excited. I was happily greeted by the sweetest and most knowledgeable rep -- Tiana -- right when I walked in the door. For Mother's Day, I wanted to inquire about getting the Airwrap. Tiana took me took the Airwrap demo station, showed me an awesome demo, and tested out all of the various attachments with me. Upon excitedly agreeing to buy, she even helped me find the best set for me -- the Mother's Day special edition with extra accessories! Finally, I couldn't have been more thrilled to realize that I got awesome Dyson perks and discounts by setting up an account, which Tiana helped me with quickly and easily, too. Ive never written one of these before, but I stopped by the dyson store the other day to see what was different between all the vacuums, not planning on leaving with anything. I was beyond blown away not only by the product but also with the service and employees at the store. Jake was SUPER helpful and not pushy at all, which I thought he was gonna be because I wasn't looking to make a purchase. He asked me about my home, and then demoed the vacuum he said would be best for me and was so patient as I was asking every stupid question you could think of. Once he told me about the extra attachments and discount I got on one of them because I have an air wrap, I was instantly sold. Now I've got a great working vacuum and an amazing shopping experience.
