Ordered a full kitchen appliance package from Miele. Several months after install, the Miele logo on the cooktop began peeling off. Contacted Miele and they said because over a year had passed since purchase, it was out of warranty and they would not send someone to fix this. Warranty or not, it's quite surprising and disappointing (to say the least) that Miele is not standing by its product. We spent tens of thousands of dollars on Miele appliances just for one house. We've never seen something like this even on much lower end brands. And when there have been issues, other companies have been much more honorable in standing by their product. Miele needs to do better.

Inside of fridge dripping with condensation and won't cool below 60' (this is a 1 year old fridge)

$11,000 is a lot to spend on a refrigerator that stops working after 1 year. The lights stopped working, then the cooling system. We had to throw out hundreds of dollars worth of food and are without refrigeration until customer service can get the part for the repair. We are told this could take several months and have already been waiting 6 weeks. Miele's claims of quality are simply slick marketing--they offer neither quality products nor quality service.

Working with Steve at Absolute Appliance was a fantastic experience from start to finish. After…read morecalling around to several places, Steve provided me with the most competitive pricing by far. He got me exactly what I wanted without trying to upsell me or push me toward different appliances just to clear out existing inventory like some other stores. Beyond beating everyone else on price, Absolute Appliance had a refreshingly reasonable payment structure. They took a deposit upfront and didn't require full payment until we scheduled delivery. Other stores wanted the entire balance paid months in advance, which felt pretty crazy given that ordering and delivery timelines had a five month spread. That kind of policy ties up your money for no good reason. Every appliance was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Installation went smoothly, and the entire process was better than I could have hoped for. If you're in the market for premium appliances, I highly recommend Absolute Appliance. Thanks Steve, we're loving all of our Wolf and Bosch appliances. They've been awesome.

Steve R. was a delight to work with. A recent remodel project of ours had some scheduling challenges, he was especially accommodating and attentive with our situation. Thanks again guys.

This place has the best plants and wide array to choose from. My home looks like an oasis thanks to…read morethis nursery and huge shout out to Chris for being super sweet and helpful. Chris was extremely kind, was welcoming in his approach and also very helpful in getting everything to my car. Thank you Chris! This nursery hands down has become my favorite one in LA -- this is how you do a plant experience. Buy your plants here, you and your wallet will be glad you did!

"Oh, Mickey…read more.. You're so fine! You're so fine, you blow my mind! Hey Mickey! Hey Mickey!" Mickey Hargitay Plants is the coolest little big plant store, plant nursery, garden center and serene landscaping places I've ever seen. From the pure vibrant vibes to the incredible staff that make this gem thrive. Tucked away in Hollywood on the cusp of West Hollywood off of Sycamore Ave and Fountain Avenue, just a small skip east from La Brea Avenue. They're open from 9 AM until 5:30 PM all 7 days of the week. And carry plants, planters, gardening essentials and wonderoud things of all shapes and sizes. I've been passing by frequently for nearly two months on my way to work usually before they're open or after they're closed on as I make my way home and finally got to stop in and explore. That wave of calm, relaxation and vibrance that being around nature and all it's planty goodness lives here in abundance. Explore in person, place orders for pick up or even delivery. Mickey Hargitay has a rich history to match it's ambiance since it's birth in 1980, starting off with succulents, cacti and their own macrame designs Voted one of the best places to buy plants in 2015. Featured in the L.A. Times in 2016. Featured in Voyage LA in 2021. Not to mention a great spotlight in 2025. Founded and owned by Mickey Hartigay Jr. a fellow Sag and plant lover like myself. He and every single person here is a gem, I picked up on nothing but good energy even after the end of a long day and rainy weekend everyone here does their best to bring a slice of joy to each person. Ringing up my assortment right as they were closing they still didn't miss a beat. Hoping to stop in a lot more (scheduling pending) and get to know everyone, find more plants for the house as well as a new plant for my boyfriends place of even bring him in to explore. Pup friendly. Family friendly And very much open to all. Recently started following their Insta and I'm "obsessulated!" Easy parking in the neighborhood, street parking primarily or an easy stroll in closeby, riding the metro or parked off La Brea. Four new very healthy plants in various sizes for under $20... Insert all the heart eyes and plant emojis here!!
