I used to be a loyal dyson customer many years, now I dealing with very poor inconvenient exchange process with dyson central customer service, my last vacuum V15 was coast close to 1000 stopped working less than year, I was ok to get a part, but they was without that part in stock,now I am waiting up to 15 business days when they will ship to me exchange vacuum. They emailed me what my exchange product on my way, but they still not shipped out yet,I contact with wear house manager Monica,who promised me to expedite a process, they just brushed off customers to provide ver poor customer service and fullish customers to sale a bad quality product coast that much. This place is really busy. I shipped my hair dryer there and show up a few days hoping that it was ready. It wasn't and they didn't even open my package yet. Now, I am still waiting for to know if they start it or not. I guess I am still going to wait endlessly. Now here is what I got when I arrive on a Saturday, they are so busy that they usually have line. There was 1 person that greet people and gave his initial thoughts on each problem. It could take a bit before it gets to you. When you come here, I'll say good luck because you will not know what response you will get. Until I get a response on if my hair dryer could be fix, I am not giving any more starts. Apparently Dyson service centers, as I was told, no longer clean your Dyson vacuum. I guess they want you to become a handyman, take the smelly vacuum apart yourself, break it, so you have to buy a new one. I don't think so. This is my last Dyson. The man in the Southborough Ma. store couldn't have been chillier, non compliant, unaccommodating, or unfriendly. Can't give enough praise for Adrian at this Dyson Service Center. He responded the day of my call and was able to send me a replacement dust bin for my V11 Dyson vacuum cleaner, which I was unable to get after calling the UK customer service. Originally, I ordered this part from the main customer service office in the UK, who told me the part was on back order. After I waited one month, I called back to find out how much longer I'd have to wait ... they couldn't answer me & told me to contact a local Dyson Service Center. That turned out to be the most aggravating experience I've ever gone through for a customer service request. I spent over 2 hours trying to get through to 3 different Dyson Service Centers here in the USA. Each time I called any of them, my call was automatically re-directed back to the UK and no one there could tell me why I couldn't connect directly with any of them. They then told me to purchase the part on Amazon or Walmart. None of the replacement parts sold at these two places was an actual Dyson manufactured product. That was the worst customer service advice I've ever experienced in my 80 years of life. Today I called the Southborough, MA Service Center & was able to connect to them directly; left a voicemail message and by the day's end I received a call back from Adrian, who was very quickly able to fulfill my request. It was a seamless transaction! At the end of our call, I was told my replacement part will be in tonight's mail. I have nothing positive to say about the UK Dyson customer service office. However, I have high praise for Adrian and his kind and professional demeanor. What a pleasure it was to deal with him. Dyson UK should model it's customer service after the Southborough Service Center! They're what I call the "gold standard" for customer service! read more

So far I don't have my vacuum back. I called the customer service number and after 21 minutes (yes I timed it!) of asking the same questions repeatedly, Ahmet told me that they did not have my vacuum. WHAT????! He said the Repair ID didn't exist in their system. Again I say WTF! I read it right off the Dyson Repair Work Order that they gave me. Covid Experience- These guys are top notch! Called for repair the day before. Clear direction and process explained. Arrived for repair. We thought it was a drop off repair situation. Not the case. Having made a significant investment in a V10 Dyson Vacuum about 18 mths ago, we have been very, very pleased with it's performance, ease of use, handling and convenience for storage and charging. Check! But the true value of a company and its products shows in their after-market service policies and capabilities. Several days ago, after cleaning the filter (this time washing it vs just shaking it out), the vacuum stopped working. Today's visit to Southboro's Dyson Service Center and meeting Adrian taught me that putting a damp filter back in impacts the motor (critical lesson for the future). Regardless, Adrian courteously offered to replace the motor and filter (along with a few other parts he thought he could help with) and our Dyson V10 is like brand new!!! THIS is Customer Service! I'm fully satisfied and even more pleased with making the investment in my Dyson vacuum. Check! Check! For the COVID concerned, all interaction took place outside the service center's front door and I was on my way in less than 30 mins. Dyson has the worst customer service, their escalation process and management team is just as bad.. I dropped off a vacume at the Dyson Svc Ctr, on Nov 16, 2021 ( it was still under warranty). I was told to give the svc ctr 1week and it would be ready, after 10 days And no communication, I reached out and was told due to part not being available, they would send a replacement. On 12/3- I contacted the support Ctr at the Advice of the Service Center, however they could not find any record of anything. . I had tried to communicate locally, as well as national help desk( they could not locate any information) I also tried and left messages at corp HQ as well as reached out to support on Twitter. I had had no response from anyone, for over 10 days. I did however in between experiences have a very rude communication with the service center and got hung up on. I had been forced to look at other options as I have been without a vacume for almost a month, I purchased another brand as I was without a vacume going on 1 month. I spoke with someone from the Dyson resolution/escalation team who promised to have it resolved, still waiting to hear.. I had explained everything to him, the fact I was now also out an additional +100 dollars because I was forced to purchase another vacume.. because of their terrible customer service, communication and documentation..he offered me a filter or tool kit for free!! ( slap in the face joke offer.) I still have the claim check issued to me for my warranty work, but no vacume.. the poor communication the fact that I have not had a vacuum and may not have a replacement until well after both the Tgiving and Xmas holidays is totally unacceptable. I have purchased plenty of Dyson products and this by far is the worst experience...EVER. I love their products but advise anyone be prepared for a long wait, poor support after product purchase and no empathy from the top down. I will never purchase a vacuum from Dyson again and will stay with SHARK... Who by the way has great customer service, and great product for a fraction of the Dyson cost!! read more

They never answer the phone. We left our Dyson there and have never heard back. When we tried calling they don't answer and the national Dyson has no record of the repair. We are stuck with wondering if we drive all the way to Southborough again and hope someone is available. read more

Extraordinary customer service! I have been a big believer in this company from early on, but have never had to have had anything repaired. We had three of the heating fans, and two of the fans had stopped working correctly. Glenn, the store owner, could not have been friendly and more accommodating. He communicated with me the whole time while the diagnosed the problem, and let me know the potential solutions. As I said, potentially the next customer service I have ever received. I will be driving back out here to buy one of the cordless vacuums come Christmas time, simply because of the level of customer service and commitment to Dyson quality. read more

I can't begin to express how impressed I was with my service at this location. Upon entering the store, I was greeted and given the option of waiting while my vacuum was repaired or returning. Due to this being the only certified Dyson Service Center in Massachusetts or Rhode Island (and it being kinda far from my house), I decided to wait. The wait was less than an hour overall and they were able to diagnose and repair my issue (my brush motor wasn't working) promptly. The waiting area had comfortable seating, a water cooler, and a restroom. Furthermore, the business is in a plaza with a few restaurants so I ended-up grabbing lunch. It was nice to be able to check out all the newer Dyson models on display in the store (I will definitely be sticking with this manufacturer following this experience). Surprisingly, all the work was covered under Dyson's warranty (even though the vacuum was already four years old and has been heavily used). All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about my product and were able to answer the many questions I had regarding my product. While waiting, I also witnessed other customers being informed regarding how to conduct proper vacuum maintenance (which to me showed that they cared enough to help customers prevent problems through preventative maintenance before service was needed). I will definitely be returning to this store if I need anything service-related to my Dyson Vacuum Cleaner. read more

I've been using my dad's Dyson for about a year before it just stopped sucking and then outright stopped running. After it spend a few months out in the garage, I finally took the Friday before Memorial Day off and drove out to the Dyson Service Center. My intention was to drop it off and take another day off to pick it up after the repairs were completed. That didn't happen. I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman there took it out back, took it apart and started working on it while we waited. 15 minutes later it was and sucked like new again. Apparently there was a second filter that had to be cleaned in addition to the one I knew about. Oops. Ah the dangers of inheriting the parental units Dyson... I filled out the paperwork and that was it. He didn't charge a dime. No. Really. Nothing. Free of charge. The Dyson went back into the trunk and back to Reading we went. In Memorial Day traffic. This is the only Dyson service center in all of New England Yet, they NEVER answer the phone, have no voicemail ( it beeps with no message, no one returns call) and no email. This is the case even though in 2022 someone wrote this here and someone in Dyson support management said they'd look into it. This is so wrong as people need to drive up to hundreds of miles to them, limited hours. I called the one in Plainview NY ( grew up there) and immediately got voicemail. I was also given an email address. I cant drive to Long Island with my problem but I wanted to see if the lack of accessibility is universal or just this one location. It's great the support is good in person. But Dyson can do much better with these franchises, making sure they are there for people. It's not good enough. I havent been there yet and am trying to deal over phone with Dyson- its not a huge problem and I also email the same address that was left in the earlier Yelp complaint. read more

Update: Now i found out that the PH01 isn't being recalled and is simply out of stock. When I ask when I would get a replacement they said 3-7 weeks with no guarantees. I decided to take my machine back and return it to the third party retailer where i purchased it. I was lucky I read all the reviews online and what i got out of it was "Do Not purchase Dyson Products straight from Dyson." Always purchase your Dyson at a third party like Best Buy or Nordstrom. I was lucky that i bought my machine at Nordstrom. I called Norstrom explained my problem and they simply said come in and we'll exchange it for you same day no questions asked. Nordstrom has the best return policy in the business. How is it that Nordstrom has the Dyson PH01 in stock but Dyson is completely sold out? P.S. The manager at the service center said to me that he would send me filters for the trouble i went through, but its been months and i still haven't received any filters and i'm not holding me breath. read more

Had a great experience with this place. Brought my Dyson in because the brush wasn't working and after examination they determined there was a problem with the motor too. They said it would take 40 mins to fix and it did. No fuss, no waiting extra. Easiest transaction ever. Best part, everything was covered under the warranty and my vacuum works great. I am so happy this place exists! I was very pleasantly surprised by how fast and I dont have to come back, but if I do I wont dread it!!efficient the staff were with my Dyson. I had taken it in due to a clog and was so happy that after they fixed it they also SHOWED me how to fix this problem the next time. Most places wouldnt want you to know "the secrets", but this place was not like that at all. I was also able to purchase an attachment for a good price. I was reluctant to make the trip there from Watertown but I'm so glad I did. Melissa helped me with both a newer model Dyson and an older one as well, both of which we were experiencing difficulties with. The newer one has several blockages which were all thoroughly cleaned for me. Melissa took the time to show me how to take apart and clean all the filters and hoses for future reference. The older model was also cleaned and found to be in good order with the exception of an attachment that needed to be replaced, which I was able to purchase on the spot. The trip was well worth the time it took to get there. I wouldn't hesitate in the future if I experience issues with my Dyson! read more
