The problem we were…read moreexperiencing is that our furnace would run for a couple of minutes and then would automatically turn off. Aaron thoroughly diagnosed the issue, explained to us that the filtered needed to be replaced in order to allow enough airflow entering the furnace. Our furnace had a heat detector that would automatically turn off when the furnace overheated. Luckily we had an extra filter and he replaced it for us while he was at our house and provided us recommendations on how we can properly maintain our furnace. I was extremely impressed with Aaron's expertise and honesty. Our family been thinking for years on installing an air conditioner in our home. After Aaron gave his honest solution to our furnace problem, I knew in that moment, Aerify Heating & Air was the company I can trust to install our new AC. David methodically tested the system - the compressor outside and the air handler in the "very warm - HOT" attic. Upon diagnosing the system issue, he explained the problems in language understandable to unschooled individuals. He relocated the thermal expansion valve, identified a wrongfully wired connecton and replaced a section of the dran piping that was improperly sloped. David was thorough! Luis arrived on time and he actually waited until I returned from school drop-off. I called him to let him know and he was very understanding and was okay with waiting 7 mins for me to get back. When I got back, he shook my hand when I introduced myself to him. I showed him the problem and described the leak. He immediately knew what the issue was and the cause. He went to his work truck and retrieved the part and tools to replace the failing parts on our water heater. After a short time, he told me that everything was fixed. The leak was stopped, and I could smell the soldering burn smell from his work. I went to retrieve the warranty service fee that my husband left for me to pay him and he accepted it with a smile and I shook his hand. He did tell me about thinking about a water filtration system for the whole house because I believe our city water is pretty filled with deposits of all kinds.
