My son is a senior in high school, class of 2021, and I wanted his Prom to be extra special this year because last years was cancelled as well as the winter formal. From the minute I called Sergio, he was extremely polite and professional and explained the entire process to me. Any concerns I had, he handled it well and always returned my texts or calls within a good time frame. Covid really caused a lot of Limo companys to go out of business or struggle as well as many Uber & Lift companies. Eagle Limo survived the pandemic and Im glad they did. Once Sergio found out I was a nurse, he thanked me for working on the front lines during Covid and even offered me a discount because of that. He really went the extra mile for my son's prom and gave me an unbeatable deal! I know this because I shopped around and Eagle was the best price. Then our driver Brandi was magnificant! She is a mom and understood where I was coming from. She texted me when she dropped the kids off at prom and again during and again on the way home. We had a great experience with Eagle limousine. I decided on very short notice to rent a limo to take my 11 year old daughter and her friends to an escape room for her birthday. I called with only one day notice and they not only accommodated the request but made it a very special birthday! The driver was on time, kind and professional. SOMETHING WENT HORRIBLY WRONG!!!. My mom booked a limo/ride way back in January to get to my son's wedding which was in May. This was 4 months advanced notice. Two weeks prior to the date, my mom called to confirm the limo service and she was on the schedule. Then 4 days prior to the event, she called to confirm again and the guy said "OH, I thought it was next week". Had she not confirmed, she would of 'MISSED HER GRANDSON'S WEDDING'. In this type of a business you have to be able to keep a calendar and not screw up dates. Especially since this guy had confirmed two weeks prior- THIS IS INEXCUSABLE!! My guess is that since it was prom season, this company got a better deal and was able to book the limo for more money. Luckily my mom did confirm (again) and realized that this company was not going to deliver, or she would of been standing on the curb waiting for them and would of never made the wedding....and to make things worse, this company has not refunded the deposit and it has been a week. There is another local limo company that I have used in the past that was able to save the day, literally. The owner of the company actually drove himself to make it happen. read more

Can't say enough about how wonderful this company is! Another bus company cancelled right at pick up with 34 kids stranded for Winter Formal. It was William Hart Transportation by the way. They are on Yelp so stay away from that company :( I called this company ASAP and they were able to provide a bus for us within an hour. The owner was so understanding and went out of his way to get another driver who just happened to finish a wedding. I needed a ride to LAX because I didn't want to tackle the traffic and parking, so I decided to try "Eagle Limousine" because of all the good ratings that they received. Boy, I am sure glad I did!!!!!!!!!! I was traveling to Detroit for my Dad's memorial service, and I needed a ride to LAX and a ride back when I returned. When I called I spoke to Sergio, a very nice, very pleasant guy, gave me his heartwarming condolences and assured me that he would get me to the airport on time, and that they always arrive early. He even stated that he would check on my return flight to make sure it was going to be on time with no delays. The price was very reasonable. His wife, Angie arrived early, as he said, and she called to let me know she was out front and to come out whenever I was ready. Angie took my suitcase and put it in the trunk and we started off. I got the same warm, caring, feeling from her as well. The car was very clean, smelled great, looked brand new. I could tell that the Husband and Wife team really cares about their customers and takes pride in their business. We had great conversation on the way to LAX, we talked like we knew each other for years! We got to LAX, she helped me again with my suitcase and walked right into the terminal. After finding out that my flight had been cancelled, I immediately called Angie to ask if she could wait a few minutes so that I could find out the details of my flight cancellation. Angie said very politely that she didn't mind waiting, she hadn't gotten that far yet. After finding out that my flight was cancelled and there were no more flights available to get me to Detroit, I received my refund and called Angie and she met me and we started the drive back to my home. Angie let Sergio know that my flight had been cancelled and Sergio immediately started searching for alternative flights for me. What a great guy!! They both really tried to help me deal with this horrible situation. I was going to miss my Dad's memorial service. How awful is that! Never fly Spirit!! If though my experience at the airport was awful, I had a wonderful experience with their services and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. They really made me feel like I was part of the family, and went over and beyond what their job entailed. I highly, highly recommend their services!!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!! I booked this limo service back in June of this year (2015) for my daughter's 10th birthday. I had a major issue with them due to the late arrival time and was upset about it but I must say Sergio (owner) contacted me and did everything in his hands to recompense for what had happened. He even reimbursed me some money back. He also offered his limo services again to me with a discount for a future event to give him the opportunity to make up for the previous one.
