And besides Alberto, only one out of the remaining 3 businesses returned my call! My decision was already made-Alberto had excellent reviews, was professional, friendly and courteous (not to mention willing to come over the very same day to take a look at our door.) He said that he would replace it with a new, higher quality (insulated) door and fix the door to our smaller garage for half the price we were given a few years ago.
