Popeye omelette, potato spuds & sourdough toast!
    Larry P.

Six egg omelettes that are huge and incredibly tasty. One of them with the potato spuds and toast is plenty to split for two people. I usually grab a to go order. it's always ready in about 10 minutes and served by a super friendly staff. I have thoroughly enjoyed every meal from the Summerlin Omelette House - highly recommended!

Omelette house in Summerlin isn't just for super huge and delicious egg dishes and amazing banana bread. Went there for lunch and had a great ultimate chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato and a great dill pickle. Brother had a yummy tuna melt on sourdough toasted bread and fries. Had to try ham and bean soup ( yes I know it's 100 outside!!!) thick and creamy and delicious. They're only open until 2 pm so don't delay. Great service as well.

This is an old school dinner... the restaurant was empty for a Saturday; which at 1st was alarming; however once we got a bite of this banana bread it was soo good. Our waitress was so sweet ( I wish I remembered her name) she was so attentive. We ordered the pumpkin walnut harvest pancakes and wow you can taste the fresh pumpkin puree they use. My bf had the shrimp and lobster omelette which I thought was not going to be good. Well once again I was wrong it was pretty delicious. I do see myself coming back for sure. (Sorry forgot to take pics of the rest of the food)

    Omelet, NO SAUSAGE????
    Avner M.

I got some food to go for my mom and I on Sunday. I ordered a Greek Omelet and asked to add Jalapeños and sausage. Jalapeños was added but NO sausage even though I was charged for it, $3.70 to add sausage but got none!! My mom's bacon was very under cooked as well. Everything else tasted amazing and Jeri was awesome. So my point is beware as other reviews have said the same thing, things were ordered, charged for but not included. Very sad and I don't believe management reads these as they get amazing business at both locations because the places are good, the food is Amazing, you just need to check if you are getting food to go.

    17. The Californian Omelet Come hungry--their omelets are made with 8 eggs!!

We hadn't been here in years and years until yesterday--our mistake staying away so long. It's clean and has a great, casual, down-to-earth vibe. The food is plentiful and delicious! Servers were friendly, efficient, and kept that hot coffee comin'! We'll be back.

Lots of parking and quick walk in. The servers were very friendly and attentive. They periodically checked on us and had very welcoming attitudes. They were also very observant, I never had to call them to ask for extra napkins, check, extra plate or any other stuff. Almost telepathic. The place is very clean and comfy. The omelette comes with a choice of banana bread or pumpkin bread. Banana bread came super quickly, it was warm and huge! Not too sweet and was perfect! Came with extra butter, but personally felt it tasted amazing as is. Ordered the cowboy omelette and biscuit and gravy. Got a glass of orange juice as well. Biscuit and gravy were amazingggg and the sausage was on point. Omelette is huge!!!! And had a generous amount of chili and cheese. I have to really rave about the hash browns that come as a side for both dishes. I'm pretty particular about my hash browns and their hash brown is phenomenal. Perfectly crispy and golden on the outside with soft fluffy potatoes in the inside. Not soggy and well seasoned. Not over poweringly seasoned either. Just remembering about the hash browns makes me crave omelette house I'm definitely coming back for everything!!

Yes! Home of the 8-egg omelet! I opted for the Chile Verde one because it was brunch time and this is my favorite one so far at Omelet House! The pork was so tender and the sauce so good! The omelet was super fluffy and it came out piping hot. I asked for easy cheese which it was perfect. The spuds were on point today - nice and crisp! I love their pumpkin spice bread here, it comes with your omelet! Friendly and great service as usual!

Pumpkin bread slathered in butter. Nice warm bread that melted the butter.

I thought I had placed a review on this spot. Wow. Anyways if you are looking for a good breakfast in the area, stop in. Beware all omelets are 8 eggs apiece. Plus the side taters of your choice. And pumpkin or banana nut bread. We always walk out with leftovers. It was early Saturday morning so I expected it to be busy. Not to bad. We got seated in a comfortable booth with a nice warm sunny window with a a shade pulled down to block the brightness. The food was amazing, service was very good. This along with the spot being close to home will always bring us back.

Local favorite that has delicious food, quick service and huge portions. They advertise their omelets as being made with 8 ?!!@ eggs. That's a huge amount. Not sure my hubby had 8 but he took home half of it. These have to be meant for sharing. But how do you choose?? I shared a egg, bacon, waffle combo. Light fluffy crispy waffle! Others in our group had a variety of things they all enjoyed. The pumpkin or banana bread that come as a side to the omelets are also delicious

Seated right away and coffee within 3 minutes of arriving. Lucky as always. Busy restaurant with a great staff. 8 egg omelet just amazed me. Only four stars because the chili sauce in the omelet overtook the taste of the shrimp and eggs. Just my taste. Didn't finish it all it was so big. Tasted better at home that evening. The menu was full of great selections. Will be back again to try another 8 egg dish.

I absolutely love this place! It is a quaint breakfast establishment in Summerlin. The Ambiance reminds me of a cute restaurant that we would've seen back in the day. The staff always has a smile on their faces. There are several options to chose from on the menu. Now on to the good part, the taste of the food. EVERYTHING, I've had here and I mean everything is delicious from the entrees down to the sides. They serve mimosas as well! One thing that I might recommend is upgrading the champagne. It is a bit too bubbly which kind of sits on your chest, but all in all, you can't go wrong here. I workout at a gym down the street and love stopping by here afterwards to gain my protein!

I have never been treated as bad as I was today at the omelet house. We are frequently customers and never had an issue with the staff as we had today . Although our food was good and served very timely we had a real struggle with our waitress Callie. We met family members at the restaurant and they brought one of the store coupons for a 2 for one meal . Although our family ordered two drinks as required for the use of the coupon the waitress stated we can't use the coupon because my wife and I wanted to order the breakfast specials. So the waitress explained we can't use the coupon if anyone at the table orders the specials, then we could not split the ticket nor could our family members sit at another table to use the coupon which is not required . The manager Jeri was asked to intervene at my request. She said no problem so said we can split the check on what we ordered and let my guests use the coupon with their separate check and life was good . But when it came time to pay the waitress said no we can only split the check down the middle and she could not breakout the separate check as what the manager had told us . anyway Jeri got back involved split the food on two checks our guest used their coupon everyone was happy except our waitress. When she handed the two checks to us she said this is never going to happen again we will not be allowed to order special and use a coupon at the same time again . Which is not posted anywhere in the restaurant nor were we ever allowed to split the check again. She was very hostile and certainly offended that the manager accommodated what we wanted. She was right this will never happen again as we will not return to this store or ever recommend this restaurant again.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.
