    Loco moco

So so ono! Located on Buffalo & Smoke Ranch on the NE corner, BabyStacks has been here for years! Specialty pancakes and Aloha flavors - great combo! We went on a Thursday morning & they were busy the whole time! We ordered loco moco & huevos rancheros. Yummmmmmmy! Loco moco had a pancake option, and I did a chocolate chip pancake to bring back the kiddo in me. Service was good, restaurant is quaint, no outdoor seating, and gender neutral bathrooms. Hit 'em up, Vegas! Support local!

If I was doing this review solely on my pancakes and their friendliness than it would be a 5. However, I was given silverware that was sticky, which was kinda gross. Their bananas foster pancakes are fluffy but somehow coated in the most delicious syrup that you'd want to lick the plate and soak it all up. The portions are also kinda insane for the prices making it a great local alternative to IHOP or Dennys.

Fajitas omelette with hash browns and buttermilk pancakes

Don't get here often, but every time I go I think, man I need to come here more often! Ordered the fajita omelette with a side of buttermilk pancakes. You get a choice of potato or rice, so I went with the hash browns. Omelette was delicious and stuffed with meat and peppers. I smeared sour cream over each bite and ate the entire thing. Hash browns were crisp and delicious. Only thing left was about a quarter of the pancakes. Service was good, friendly and efficient. Coffee was good too Real small inside, you essentially sit on top of each other, not a fan of that but it's a small complaint Loved it and can't wait to go back

Love a local breakfast spot. They have several locations in town but this is my favorite. This restaurant is small so time your visit to avoid the lines. The food is always delicious. My go to is the spam scramble with German chocolate pancakes. Portion sizes are big and it will fill you up. I always have to get a box. My little one loves the Tiegan's Plate with Red Velvet pancakes. Wide variety of pancake flavors and many of the breakfast items have an Island flare. They serve lunch too but I always stick with breakfast because it's my fave. I come here often as the service is good and the food never disappoints!!

I went searching for other places that have Hawaii island type food and this location came up so I went to try it out. The place is small but clean. I had great service there and my food came out pretty quick. I ate the Hawaiian chili skillet with steamed rice, but I ended up getting a Hawaiian chili omelet instead I think. Either way the portions were good and the chili wasn't that bad at all. It's not Zippy's chili but it's ok. Next time I go there it will be Loco Moco time!!!

My second time here in this place in LV. I really love this Hawaiian Filipino restaurant. The place is not overly decorated and has some cute sayings on wall. It is also clean and airy even if it's full in capacity. It's beautiful to see their offerings. The food came fast and well presented beautifully. They offer all these delicious ube crepes and pancakes. They also have tres leches and let's not forget the Hawaiian pork kalua. Each delicious pack full flavor of every ingredients they put in each meal. The French fries are crunchy and flavorful. The staff are special nice too and patient with our group. Even after we ordered they will come back and check on you. Thank you Baby stack. We will certainly come back.

It was a good breakfast to start off our trip in Vegas. Good food but pretty small place with Limited seating throughout restaurant but they do have an outside patio. Pancakes were nothing special to me though.

I had the Huntington omelette and a short stack. It was a lot of food. The short stack was light and fluffy. It's a solid place to go have a decent breakfast especially if you have a sweet tooth.

Order the guava strawberry pancakes they are a must ! Service has varied. This is my 4th time coming here and I should have written a review before. It's a little crowded in here and a bit dirty! It's a small location so it's to be expected. The bathrooms are disgusting! I only use them when I absolutely have to!

Always go super early or late to beat the rush. Our wait was about 30 mins and your whole party has to be there if not they won't seat you. I love there banana foster pancakes so decided to try there banana foster French toast. Let me say life changing. Such a balance of sweet and salty. Inside this location it's very small and compact and seats aren't comfortable at all. I also tried the island skillet. Was very dry wish had more gravy. For sure coming back for the banana foster French toast.

Family friendly breakfast place where the owner seems to know everybody's name - lots of locals! The food is reasonably priced with huge portions and delicious. The service was Prompt super friendly and thoughtful with a cozy family vibe. if we lived nearby, we would come here as regulars. The menu is unique with lots of interesting breakfast options. The crêpes tasted like homemade whipped cream - so yummy. Our whole family approved! We will be back the next time we're in Vegas. It is worth it to go off strip for this amazing breakfast/ brunch.

Service was friendly and fast for having the restaurant full. Ambiance was great. People did not stop coming and it was a Sunday morning. All of this food was remarkable. Every savory and sweet bite was heaven. Worst thing I can say is that the Chairs are garbage. Not for those with hips, hard metal cold and uncomfortable to sit up straight in. So many more food items I want to try here. I'll be back!!

Overall, the food is good here. They have a good variety of sweet and savory breakfast and brunch items. I love all their pancake options! However, know that you'll almost always have a wait. We came on a Monday late morning and it was busy. We ended up waiting longer than we were originally told. The service was also not great. It seemed like no one wanted to be working there and it showed. So good food but not sure if I'd rush back due to the wait and service.

    Do they do reservations?

No. They did during the pandemic when it was required to do so, but now they do not. It is first come first serve basis.

    Do they serve mimosas?

Nope. No liquor permit. But there is a Sierra Gold about 20 yards away.

I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict with arugula and roasted tomato salad, and I'd give it an 8/10. The Benedict was a little salty for my taste, but thankfully, it didn't overpower the other flavors. The seasoning and hollandaise sauce complemented the dish really well. My father ordered the exact same thing and absolutely loved it. My mother went with the Mexican Avocado Toast, which she rated a 7.8/10. She also found it slightly salty, and the dish was a little cheesier and oilier than she preferred. Since she isn't a big fan of cheese, that affected her overall rating. However, she still enjoyed it enough to finish her meal. My wife ordered the Chicken & Waffle Mac, which was definitely an interesting and creative take on the classic chicken and waffles. Having macaroni incorporated into the waffle made the dish unique. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and she gave it an 8/10. Thinking there wasn't any macaroni with her entrée, my wife also ordered a side of Cheesy Macaroni. She was pleasantly surprised by it and gave it a 9/10. It ended up being one of her favorite parts of the meal. Overall, Parlour Brunch and Late Night Burger Bar was a solid family dining experience with a comfortable atmosphere, creative dishes, and plenty of flavor.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.
