Love a local breakfast spot. They have several locations in town but this is my favorite. This restaurant is small so time your visit to avoid the lines. The food is always delicious. My go to is the spam scramble with German chocolate pancakes. Portion sizes are big and it will fill you up. I always have to get a box. My little one loves the Tiegan's Plate with Red Velvet pancakes. Wide variety of pancake flavors and many of the breakfast items have an Island flare. I went searching for other places that have Hawaii island type food and this location came up so I went to try it out. The place is small but clean. I had great service there and my food came out pretty quick. I ate the Hawaiian chili skillet with steamed rice, but I ended up getting a Hawaiian chili omelet instead I think. Either way the portions were good and the chili wasn't that bad at all. It's not Zippy's chili but it's ok. Next time I go there it will be Loco Moco time!!! read more

If I was doing this review solely on my pancakes and their friendliness than it would be a 5. However, I was given silverware that was sticky, which was kinda gross. Their bananas foster pancakes are fluffy but somehow coated in the most delicious syrup that you'd want to lick the plate and soak it all up. My second time here in this place in LV. I really love this Hawaiian Filipino restaurant. The place is not overly decorated and has some cute sayings on wall. It is also clean and airy even if it's full in capacity. It's beautiful to see their offerings. The food came fast and well presented beautifully. They offer all these delicious ube crepes and pancakes. They also have tres leches and let's not forget the Hawaiian pork kalua. Each delicious pack full flavor of every ingredients they put in each meal. The French fries are crunchy and flavorful. The staff are special nice too and patient with our group. Don't get here often, but every time I go I think, man I need to come here more often! Ordered the fajita omelette with a side of buttermilk pancakes. You get a choice of potato or rice, so I went with the hash browns. Omelette was delicious and stuffed with meat and peppers. I smeared sour cream over each bite and ate the entire thing. Hash browns were crisp and delicious. Only thing left was about a quarter of the pancakes. Service was good, friendly and efficient. Babystacks is definitely one of my go to spots in Vegas. Since I discovered this place, I never went to Vegas without stopping by here. I love Lolo Rick's Adobo Fried Rice and their pancakes specially the Ube Pancake. They have a couple locations in Vegas that is usually located in a plaza with ample parking and indoor seatings. Solid brunch choice. During my most recent visit to BabyStacks I ordered the adobo fried rice plate. The Filipino style adobo fried rice is beautifully placed inside of a fluffy omelette. The presentation is appealing and the eggs are topped with fresh chives! If you love onions and flavorful chicken for breakfast - this is the option for you. This XL plate can serve up to 4 kids between the ages of 2-6. It's that big! It can also feed up to 2-3 adults. So you'll get a big meal. I had leftovers for the next day. As always I ordered a hot coffee alongside my brunch. It's pretty good. I just wish BabyStacks would serve non dairy milk at their locations. I drink my coffee with oat or almond milk but none of their locations seem to carry it. Make sure you get here early because there's usually a line out the door. read more

This is a small location, so seating is limited. I went in on a weekday before 10 am and was seated right away. The food options are expansive and everything sounded delicious. I chose the Loco Moco with the garlic rice upgrade. The Garlic rice was definitely the star of the meal...so delicious! I was very tempted to order more garlic rice to go but reined myself in with a to go box for my leftovers. Things I enjoyed about my visit: 1) Garlic Rice. Yummy!!! 2) Loco Moco, generally speaking. 3) generous amount of coffee creamers because I like a little coffee with my creamers... Only a couple of notes: 1) the temperature in the restaurant was a little chilly--understandable since the kitchen is not enclosed and I'm sure it is pretty hot back there but I was cold. 2) the hamburger patty of the Loco Moco was too well-done. I think they could easily fix this by making the patty less flat--I would have loved the meat to be a little more tender & juicy by cooking it less well-done. The table beside us also had omelets and they were huge, so tell me why my husband's was half the size? I was charged Al a carte pricing to make my waffle a meal with eggs, bacon and potatoes. That was an additional 15.70 on top of the 12.50 for 1 waffle. We got the check and noticed there was a higher price to pay with a card and cheaper for cash. What is this a gas station?! My hubby and I came from San Diego and the pancakes are sooo delicious from here. I can't believe that we never went here before any of our annual Las Vegas visits with family here in Vegas. My favorite was the strawberry guava pancakes. They remind me of Hawaii and eating guava cheese pastries. I love the drizzle of both the guava and strawberry on it and everything that comes all mg with it. I'm gonna ask to come here for Christmas vacation too lol. Been going to this Babystacks since they first opened when it was called Babycakes. Always had our usual order but today I wanted to try their sisig plate. I placed my take out order along with two other meals. When I got home and opened the sisig plate, it was not what I was expecting sisig would look like. I've had sisig from Filipino restaurants and this was nothing like what I've had. There were more peppers and onions than the pork belly (too much fat than actual meat). Also, I asked for crispy hash browns but got rice instead. As for the pancakes, I upgraded to lemon ricotta. Our other order, Lola Cora's corned beef also came with pancakes. Now for two orders of pancakes, one would expect at least two small containers of syrup but got only one. I even asked the guy if all the condiments were in the bags and he said yes.
