The food came out cold, and the garlic rice didn't taste like garlic at all. I've ordered the same dish from other BabyStacks locations, and it was significantly better, so this seemed to be an issue specific to this restaurant. The dining experience wasn't much better. This location doesn't seem to have working air conditioning. I've been here before and had the same issue. On a day that was over 100 degrees outside, sitting in a cafe that's mostly windows with little to no AC made it uncomfortable enough that I was sweating while trying to eat. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. Around 9:30 a.m., I used the restroom and the floors were extremely sticky, whether from leftover cleaning solution or simply not being cleaned properly. While I was there, I overheard another table express confusion about the menu because what they received wasn't what they expected. Instead of offering a solution or showing any empathy, the server didn't seem interested in making things right. Overall, this location lacks the friendly, welcoming atmosphere I've experienced at other BabyStacks locations. If I was doing this review solely on my pancakes and their friendliness than it would be a 5. However, I was given silverware that was sticky, which was kinda gross. Their bananas foster pancakes are fluffy but somehow coated in the most delicious syrup that you'd want to lick the plate and soak it all up. You get a choice of potato or rice, so I went with the hash browns. Omelette was delicious and stuffed with meat and peppers. I smeared sour cream over each bite and ate the entire thing. Love a local breakfast spot. They have several locations in town but this is my favorite. This restaurant is small so time your visit to avoid the lines. The food is always delicious. My go to is the spam scramble with German chocolate pancakes. Portion sizes are big and it will fill you up. I always have to get a box. My second time here in this place in LV. I really love this Hawaiian Filipino restaurant. The place is not overly decorated and has some cute sayings on wall. It is also clean and airy even if it's full in capacity. It's beautiful to see their offerings. The food came fast and well presented beautifully. They offer all these delicious ube crepes and pancakes. They also have tres leches and let's not forget the Hawaiian pork kalua. Each delicious pack full flavor of every ingredients they put in each meal. The French fries are crunchy and flavorful. The staff are special nice too and patient with our group. I'm not sure if it was because of the time of day or just an off day, but the service was disappointing. There were only three people working on the floor. After we were seated and received our drinks, we were left unattended for quite a while. When I placed my order, I clearly said, "Instead of bacon, can I substitute it with hash browns?" The waiter then asked how I wanted my eggs, so I assumed my order was understood. However, when my food arrived, it came with bacon and hash browns, but no eggs. I asked the waiter about my missing eggs, and he seemed confused because the dish comes with two sides. I explained again that I had asked to substitute the bacon for hash browns, and he told me it was because of the way I had "worded it." I'm honestly not sure how else I was supposed to say it, because I thought I had been clear. He then told me I would have to pay for a side of eggs and walked away. At first, I agreed because I still wanted them, but by the time I was able to get his attention again--just a few minutes later--my family was already more than halfway finished with their meals. I told him to cancel the eggs since there wasn't much point anymore. He told the kitchen to cancel them, but his response came across as having a bit of an attitude. I understand they were getting busy, but I still felt the situation could have been handled better. He later came back and said he had misunderstood the way I had "worded" my order. In the end, I only ate about half of my meal and left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. I've been to this restaurant many times before and have always had a good experience, so this was the first time I've left feeling this way. Went for lunch and They did not have air-conditioning just two very loud fans so it was uncomfortably warm. The waiter talk to us from behind a counter never came around close to our table so we had to shout to place our order. Then the food was not very good. I ordered a make your own egg white omelette. And the ingredients were OK but the egg didn't taste great and it may be the oil/butter that they used to cook it in because the rye bread was soaked in some sort of liquid butter that did not taste good to me. I've eaten that there are other place near red rock and really enjoyed it. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Solid brunch choice. During my most recent visit to BabyStacks I ordered the adobo fried rice plate. The Filipino style adobo fried rice is beautifully placed inside of a fluffy omelette. The presentation is appealing and the eggs are topped with fresh chives! If you love onions and flavorful chicken for breakfast - this is the option for you. This XL plate can serve up to 4 kids between the ages of 2-6. It's that big! It can also feed up to 2-3 adults. So you'll get a big meal. I had leftovers for the next day. As always I ordered a hot coffee alongside my brunch. It's pretty good. I just wish BabyStacks would serve non dairy milk at their locations. I drink my coffee with oat or almond milk but none of their locations seem to carry it. Make sure you get here early because there's usually a line out the door. read more

This is a small location, so seating is limited. I went in on a weekday before 10 am and was seated right away. The food options are expansive and everything sounded delicious. I chose the Loco Moco with the garlic rice upgrade. The Garlic rice was definitely the star of the meal...so delicious! I was very tempted to order more garlic rice to go but reined myself in with a to go box for my leftovers. Things I enjoyed about my visit: 1) Garlic Rice. Yummy!!! 2) Loco Moco, generally speaking. 3) generous amount of coffee creamers because I like a little coffee with my creamers... Only a couple of notes: 1) the temperature in the restaurant was a little chilly--understandable since the kitchen is not enclosed and I'm sure it is pretty hot back there but I was cold. 2) the hamburger patty of the Loco Moco was too well-done. Came in for breakfast today 4/15. Place is small but quaint. Service was mediocre. Our food didn't come out at the same time so I was halfway done by the time my husband's omelet came out. The table beside us also had omelets and they were huge, so tell me why my husband's was half the size? I was charged Al a carte pricing to make my waffle a meal with eggs, bacon and potatoes. That was an additional 15.70 on top of the 12.50 for 1 waffle. We got the check and noticed there was a higher price to pay with a card and cheaper for cash. What is this a gas station?! The outside patio was not open at this time but I'm assuming once it starts getting nicer outside it will be. Everybody was very kind, and the service was great.
