I found this company after being disappointed with the appliance repair shop my home owners warranty referred me to. The good reviews, geographical location, and the "early bird"service were very attractive. They lived up to and perhaps even exceeded my expectations. I needed repair of my washing machine which had malfunctioned and flooded the laundry room. Trying to get someone out at a time that worked with my schedule was difficult. I contacted early bird and arranged for an early morning, 6:30 AM, appointment. Chip arrived right on time, after texting me that he was on his way, and was neat, clean, and friendly. He explained everything to me and didn't talk down to me. Unfortunately he didn't have the part on his truck but they were able to order it for me, text me the price, and return within a matter of a few days, again doing it at a time that was conducive to my schedule.
