Caveat that we did not actually go into this shop but received some of their chocolate bonbons from our hotel. The chocolates were quite beautiful with a thin crispy shell and velvety delicious ganache inside. Personal favorites were the passion fruit, PB&J and the dark chocolate. Stumbled on this place while strolling around downtown Napa. Beautiful chocolates with something for everyone. If you don't like chocolate don't worry because their bon bons come in many fruity flavors as well. And over 40% of their options are vegan. The place is super cute and clean and there's a wine section for tastings with pairings of the chocolates or bon bons available. They are so delicate and smooth and full of delicious flavor. The earl grey had such a festive artsy pattern. This place is perfect for girl's night out or even a date. I wanted to take a box for friends but because it was so hot they wouldn't have lasted the drive home. I'll definitely have to go back so I can bring some home in the winter. Really love that they have a selection of dairy free truffles. I recently talked with the owner at a fundraising event in Napa. Really nice person and she was either vegan or dairy free, so I'm thinking there might be even more dairy free options in the future. I love the peanut butter and jelly truffle. We stumbled upon this place on our way to Annettes Chocolate Shop. This place was closer so we stopped in. I'm not a chocolate coonosier. I rarely eat chocolate, but I felt like doing something differed and enjoy a total splurge. Chocolates are $3.50 each. A total splurge. The chocolates are in a nice glass display case. They have lots of flavors. All have a dark chocolate shell. I'm not a dark chocolate fan, but I thought I'd give it a go. I love mango so I went with the mango chocolate. It was delicious. My husband had the passion fruit chocolate. It was delicious. It was dark chocolate on the outside, with a crunchy top, there wasn't any bitter chocolate on top like they do with truffles. The center was a mango purée, like a mango jam. Surprisingly it was delicious, so much better then expected. I really wanted a second one, but stopped while I was ahead. This is a cute and fancy little chocolate place that reminded me of some of the chocolatiers that I saw in Belgium. They have wines and a variety of chocolates. I wanted to order, but there were so many options and I was a bit overwhelmed. I wish they had some tasting because everything seemed wonderful. The chocolates are absolutely beautiful. But what caught my eye was the fountain or chocolate wall. I remember seeing something like that in Belgium at the Chocolate museum and I wanted to go over and taste, but I understand why that isn't possible. My family and I were exploring Napa & stumbled upon this place because we were craving something sweet. This place is absolutely gorgeous & the service is excellent. Robbi assisted us with the top pics of chocolates. I really enjoyed the hazelnut, which I learned that she made the nutella herself. All the chocolates were really pretty! We left very satisfied with our purchase. An hour or so later, we decided to come back because my aunt wanted more chocolates to bring home. My cousin also decided to do the wine testing. Chocolate art. I had no idea that these chocolates existed. I ordered them to go with my wine I was having at Chateau Buena Vista. They're beautifully painted and pretty to look at. The moment I bit into my first chocolate, I was just floored at how smooth and creamy it was. Each chocolate was just a taste of heaven and whatever flavor it was supposed to be, it was exactly that and better on my tongue. My favorites were all of them but if I had to choose the memorable ones, it would be in no particular order: hazelnut, lemon chiffon, strawberry, habanero pecan, and much more because honestly, any of the choices you pick would be just amazing. What an awesome shop, with the most beautiful chocolates I've seen. It's like art pieces! Came across this store randomly walking down the street. It was just a block (Downtown Napa's size block) away from the Archer Hotel. Walked in because the truffles I saw caught my eyes. Todd was super helpful in explaining the chocolates and mentioning that these would pair well with a Cabernet or Pinot Noir. We also had a nice chat about his visits and love for Hawaii. I was on a mission to pick up some chocolates, good chocolates, to bring to my cousins home for a dinner we're having this weekend. We have a wonderful Cab that we wanted to share, but I feel I couldn't drink this without some chocolates! They were all so unique and the flavors the had were mixed with special flavors and classic ones. Strawberry cream, Bananas Foster, Passion Fruit Ganache, Lemon Chiffon Ganache, just to name a few. I couldn't decide so I went from a 6 piece to a 16 piece box easily. I can't wait to try them. Todd said they'd hold up well as I travel and it was packed into a pretty box. He even showed me that the box comes with a chocolate cheat sheet! Great. I don't have to remember what each one is! One of my good friends gave me a box of their chocolates for Christmas and it was delicious. Their flavors are unique from any chocolates I ever tasted. It is so velvety and smooth. How is it possible that I haven't written a review for Earth and Sky before? I used to travel all the way to Calistoga for these truly beautiful one-of-kind pieces of culinary and visual art! But I HAVEN'T left a review, looks like! Shame on me! It is a pleasure to introduce you to these amazing chocolates. What sets Earth and Sky apart is that Robbie understands FLAVOR. So each of these chocolates has depth and richness that comes from layers of flavor and NOT from excessive sugar. Her chocolates are, of course, sweet - delightfully so - but they are also layered with sophisticated flavors - buttery, earthy, delicate, sassy - with caramel and ganache and other textures enrobed in thin chocolate shell. Truly among the best I've ever tasted. Not only is Robbie a terrific person (she's not a personal friend, but I've come to know her from my many visits to earth and Sky) - her small local business is well worth our attention. I've sampled many chocolates - chocolate tasting is both a hobby of mine and part of my family history (my grandfather invented and engineered early chocolate production techniques) - and I can say without doubt that Earth and Sky chocolates are both beautiful and delicious. Cute chocolate shop in the heart of downtown Napa! My friend and I stumbled upon it randomly a couple weekends ago, and were so excited to see the variety of unique chocolates. This shop also has a wine bar inside if you decide to pair your chocolates with some drinks. We got a 6 piece sampler to share, which was reasonably priced and more than enough for the two of us! The employee helping us was very insightful and knowledgeable of the different flavors, and guided us to pick the ones that we'll enjoy the most. I tried the Cardamom, Sea Salt Caramel, and Hazelnut. They were all so beautifully decorated that I was almost sad to eat it. I definitely did not regret it though, as they were all so delicious. My favorite of the three I tried was the Cardamom. I've never had this in the form of a chocolate, but I was really impressed! Overall, I highly recommend and can't wait to come back. read more

I have tried MANY different bon bons (the hand made round painted Chocolates with different flavors). This review would benefit someone who has experienced the chocolate world. First, the location is in downtown Napa. I would expect the prices here to be a little cheaper. The chocolatier in Yountville was cheaper, although they tasted better in my opinion and the real estate there is much better. The store itself is an interesting design. It looks like it was an old hotel that someone destroyed. It's a historic building and they could have renovated. I purchased the 16 piece. All their flavors are made with dark chocolate, and normally lots of bon bons are but here, you can really taste the shell. None of the flavors were that amazing to me. The service was ok. Not super attentive. I don't think the person really knew anything about the flavors or bonbons. They seemed like they wanted to go home.
