I did have an issue with my most recent installation, a defective adhesive backing on a rubber seal; no fault of Leonard's work. They installed new material within 30 minutes of my stopping by unannounced to show them the faulty tailgate seal on my tonneau cover installation. I left shortly afterwards with the replacement seal in place, and the new seal is working great.
