The pizza here is hand tossed and delicious. We got two pies for dinner: The Lasagna Pizza and a standard pepperoni & mushroom. In addition, I got the antipasto salad. First up the salad: the size was great and the toppings of salami, pepperoni, cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and roasted tomatoes were delicious. I wish they would have used other lettuce other than just ice berg, but otherwise I can highly recommend it. Next up the pizzas: They were delicious. The Lasagna Pizza was unique and very tasty. I've never had ricotta on pizza and discovered a new topping I really enjoy. The pepperoni and mushroom had a generous amount of toppings. Both pies were baked perfectly. They both deserves a strong four out of five stars. The ambiance is a bit like a food court even though they serve beer and wine. Staff is young and enjoyable, the pizza however is inconsistant on the bake. Sometimes the pizza is burnt and dry, other times they get it right. I also think the garlic knots changed for the worse. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Try the salads they seem to always get that right! In the end.... Papa John's Pizza is my favorite! read more

East coast is great classic New York style pie. The crust is crispy and cooked out of brick ovens. The toppings are fresh and they give you a good amount. The sausage has a nice flavor not bland at all like a chain pizza joint. The chees is nice and is hot like lava when the pie is first out of the oven but after a few minutes it is stringy and has good fresh flavor. The sitting area is plain and simple but it is perfect for a local pizza place. They even have a few tables outside for when the weather is nice. Overall this is a great place to grab a slice or a whole pie you won't be disappointed. read more

Definitely tasty pizza most the time, however the other dishes on the menu I haven't been overly impressed with. Good but not great. One thing I dislike about the pizza is it falls apart as you eat it. I'm not a eat pizza with my fork kind of guy, but this place it is a necessity. I guess the consolation here is the reason it usually falls apart is because of overloaded toppings, however the paper thin crust and loaded sauce would make it impossible to hold any toppings on it. They have some pretty good lunch specials so there is a definite plus, but it also gets very very busy at lunch and sometimes your pizza slice is ready before you have somewhere to sit. read more

True NY style pizza. You order and pay at the counter, they bring it to your table and when you're done you can just leave. It's a great option anytime but especially if you are looking for somewhere quick and good for lunch (no waiting for the server to drop off the check and waiting for your change). Great pizza. The girls that work here are all very cordial. They are very fast and I like the setting. It's a very pizza like place but feels very family oriented. My girlfriend and I split an xL cheese pizza with half sausage and half mushrooms. The pizza crust came out wet and the cheese just slid off each piece when you tried to pick it up. The crust was undercooked. The server asked how it was and both of us shook our heads and I said not great, but the server didn't say anything and just walked away. Normally I eat an entire half, but struggled to eat 3 of my 4 pieces. They have all you can drink dispencer with Coke products. The place was crowded, so maybe we just got a bad pie, but we won't try this place again. read more

Decided to try his place since it's across from our apt complex. pizza and wigs for movie night is usually a staple in our house so we decided to give it a go. First off , they don't have any pizza wing combo deals ... No bueno. Second, we ordered a white pizza ... Which to us means oil and garlic blend with motz onion tomatoes and sometimes olive ... This white pizza was ricotta with cheese ... That's its . I forgot to mention we are from Ny ... So the last bone to pick makes senese. Their wings suck... So far the worst iv had since coming to Florida . It maybe me being a picky buffalo girl but if you are trying to pawn off "buffalo style" wings at least have th proper sauce. Also, we asked for the extra crispy ... We got them tightly sealed in a Togo container so if they were once crispy that all was steamed out. A few good points, they were on time with the order... Didn't have to wait when we got their, price was good and ny style was consistent despite the idea of white pizza being not what we expected. Would I order from here again? Pizza sure ... EPIC FAIL! The only reason we come here is for the cheese steak pizza. Even though we called ahead, they failed to mention that their grill was broken so, unlike any other business on a Friday night, they took the path of disappointing customers and having money walk out the door. I admit, I already was not in the best of moods as I just got screwed out of 5 pizzas I ordered from Pizza Hut (you will have to read my Yelp review over there if you want details) but, accepting defeat by a simple broken grill is not how you run a profitable business. I would have walked over to Sam's Club across the street and bought one of their big propane powered griddles for under $200 bucks then took it home to enjoy once the other one was fixed. read more

Stopped by there to see if they had New York style pizza. I should have left because they didn't have pepperoni pizza by the slice, but I still gave it a try. The young girl was very nice so we made an order to go. We ordered a medium pepperoni. It came out to $16.00 plus we left a tip in advance. It took over 20 minutes. It was overloaded with pepperoni and the crust was soggy. And it was way too salty. Not worth my money. I will continue to search for a better place that has good New York style pizza. Used to love this place but service has gone downhill last 6 months. Twice I've gone in and the chairs are on the table and everyone is in full clean up mode. Screams GO AWAY. This place used to be the best in town. Now it's not even ok. The quality of the food has significantly decreased over the years until now, when I just won't go back. I have been frequenting this establishment since the week it opened. On the most recent visit of 9/4 the pizza was just bad. Little to no cheese on the pizza. When I informed them there needs to be some more cheese to even make this a pizza, I was told I would need to pay extra--They wouldn't even fix their mistake. The manager on duty did not have the decency to show his face after a complaint. This place has been left to kids to run and they are terrible. The service gets worse every time I have been in the last few years. One can only hope the owner will fix the issues. read more

Been here many times now since moving to Apollo Beach. The pizza is very solid and consistent.
