This was never disclosed at the time of sale and feels extremely misleading. Overall, this dealership lacks transparency and accountability. Is this too good to be true, I thought to myself? They had it listed for a price that was cheaper than anywhere else in the COUNTRY! This isn't the cheap 6-cylinder Quattroporte, this was the turbocharged V-8! Wow! I called and was very demanding right off the bat because I wanted to see if this was real. It's a dealership in Antioch and they probably don't even have this car, I thought. After I called them, I went in to see it. I drove 1 Hour in traffic and was prepared to be disappointed. I was not! In fact, I was blown away by the car (was in almost perfect shape) and by the professionalism of the dealership. After the test drive, I asked them to take the car to Walnut Creek to have it inspected prior to me negotiating with them. They did so without complaining. Mind you, this is at least a 30 minute drive from where they are and could have easily said no to me. After the inspection, I told them what my mechanic found, and they negotiated for me. I barely had to say anything. They gave me more than I expected including two new front tires, a set of OEM rear brakes and even some money off! These guys are legit. I cannot day enough about my experience there and would recommend this dealership. If I bought a Maserati from here, you can trust that all of their other cars are just as good! We found a car online that we absolutely loved, so we went to see it and take it for a spin. We…read morewere so impressed that we decided to buy it! After our mechanic gave us the green light, we purchased the car from Gordon and Gordon Auto Sales. Unfortunately, we didn't get any warranty, and we declined the 2-day "cool off" insurance that would have allowed us to return the car for any reason. We bought the car "as is." That very day, our clutch gave out. Technically, this was our mistake. Our mechanic checked the car and didn't notice the issue, and we thought the clutch seemed fine on our test drive. I immediately called the dealership and told them what happened. They said they were not liable as we decline all warranty's and the Insurance that they had offered us. I told them we were reasonable and wanted to keep the car, but we asked if they'd cover half the repair. They quickly agreed. I used AAA to tow the car back to the lot, and within 24 hours, the dealership called to let me know the clutch was replaced and I could pick it up. Instead of spending $1600, it only cost $770. Now, I have a cool little Hyundai, with only 78,000 miles on it, and a new clutch. Even though the clutch failure was disappointing, the treatment we received was amazing, and we couldn't be happier with the dealership. They're stand-up people, very caring, and considerate. ***A big thanks to their whole team!***
