I called Corporate Fleet Sales on 11/20/25 at 10:25 a.m. The call was answered by a woman who asked what I needed. I asked who I was speaking with, and she said her name was Arlene. I asked Arlene if I could speak with her manager. She then asked if this had to do with me wanting to return a vehicle. Mind you, this was the first time I had ever called this place, and I thought that was a red flag. I responded that no, it did not, and that I simply wanted to speak with the manager in charge. She then changed her tone with me and said he was not available at the moment. I said okay, no worries, and asked if I could get his email. She then asked what this was about. I told her the issue had nothing to do with her, which was why I was asking for a manager. At that point she became aggressive with me and said that if I didn't give her my name and number, she wasn't going to help me. Before I could get a word in, she transferred me to a line that rang twice and then asked if I wanted to leave a voicemail. I decided to call back. This time, the phone was answered by a man named Dennis. He seemed polite at first, but his tone gave off a bad demeanor. I asked if I could speak to the manager in charge, and he asked what the call was regarding. I told him the same thing I told Arlene, but unlike Arlene, Dennis was beyond rude. He said that if I didn't give him my name and number, he was just going to hang up on me, and that no matter how many times I called, he would continue to hang up. When I asked if he was a salesman there and why he cared so much about why I needed to speak to his supervisor, he simply hung up on me. After calling a third time, Dennis was treating the entire situation like a game. At one point, he kept cutting me off and repeating, like a lunatic, "No name, no number, I'm not going to help you." After saying that about seven times, he hung up again. I called back a fourth time, and now they just hang up every time. Based on the way both Arlene and Dennis handled my calls, it's clear this dealership has serious customer-service issues and an unprofessional internal culture. Their hostility, refusal to provide basic information, and repeated hang-ups weren't just rude--they signaled a place that has no respect for customers and no interest in resolving concerns. If this is how they treat someone simply trying to speak with a manager, I can only imagine how they behave once they've already taken a customer's money. This interaction alone was enough to make me completely lose trust in this dealership. read more

Corporate Fleet Sales employees are nice enough - but they are just like every other used car salesperson...full of a lot of bs. I told them what I wanted to spend and of course they wrote up the paperwork on a vehicle I was interested in with all this added crap (I call it fluff). It was $3000 more than what I told them my bottom line was! We actually saved over $40k by shopping Corporate Fleet Sales for a replacement vehicle. The experience was so bad we not only did not buy from CFS, but we decided not to buy from anyone and just to fix up our old vehicle we were looking to replace. I made an offer on a vehicle of a price they had listed it at 2 months ago. the vehicle has been on their lot for almost a year. The sales manager actually told us that he would rather send the car to auction then to sell it to us at the reduced price it was previously listed at. A few month's ago I saw a car listed on their Facebook page. It caught my attention. A 2018 Cadillac XTS with 18k miles. It was priced below low blue book according to KBB. I reached out and the car was at their Manteca location. They had the car brought to Pittsburg. After a test drive I was sold. This was an Enterprise Executive rental, however it was in great shape. I purchased a 2017 VW Golf from Corporate Fleet Sales. My experience from initial contact to final sale was amazingly pleasant. They are everything I want from a used car dealership. Daniel was our salesperson and Alex helped Daniel with the financing details (not much since I paid cash). Daniel facilitated the test drive and borrowing the car for a day to be inspected by my mechanic. There was no pressure to buy the car or other add-ons like an extended warranty or return policy, but they were offered and explained. And there were no surprises during the contract signing. The car was fairly priced and there weren't large dealer fees like at some other dealerships. The car came with a 30-day warranty from the dealership for major mechanical issues. We purchased work van at this location, it all went smooth until there wasn't the right tool given for the racks on top of van which makes it useless. The jack to the van is Incomplete, how do I use the jack when it's missing parts? Of course every sales person is nice and courteous when you are going to buy from them but after the sale... they ignore messages and or don't reply or making excuses about the person in charge being on vacation. I have asked for months with multiple calls and texts. Bought car from them which had major transmission issues come to find out a month later.. still under their warranty they wouldn't let me get it fixed by a trusted repair shop but instead had me give it to them for TWO WEEKS to send to Manteca for repairs. Got back no paper work no nothing, said it was fixed. Then surprise again, car is still having issues. Had to bring it back to them again and wait all over again. Car came withOUT all 4 floor mats, missing piece in the front, and only 1 key no spare.
