I called a bunch of towing companies around the area. Either they can come to my aid at a relatively short time for a ridiculous amount or come and a ridiculous amount of time for a relatively sane amount of fee. AutoFox Towing straddles in between, with an ETA of about an hour and a half form Pittsburg to Brentwood. They came much earlier at 45 minuities which was great. What's really even better was that me and the driver had a great time chit chatting as we drive towards my place. Food was in the discussion and we hit it off; talking about where are the great spots for good food the the Tri-Delta. Great service, very friendly, and absolutely professional, AutoFox Towing is there for you at the time you need towing the most.

He left the Pittsburg /Antioch area to assist me. He was quick, efficient and effective. I had expected to be on the side of the road waiting for an Uber as AAA would not allow me to ride in the tow truck. AutoFox is reasonable price, and very professionally and took me to my mechanic then drove me home. Both were a reasonable distance. I will definitely call them again when I need a tow. Unfortunately, I was guided into the car wash incorrectly, and both my front and rear driver-side tires went flat almost immediately after the TPM sensors caught on the outer rail. Thankfully, I was able to get out safely and called Cupertino Towing. Even though it was a last-minute request and a bit pricey (as expected for an emergency), the service was excellent. I was stranded due to my new vehicle misfiring needing a tune up while I was on a small getaway 6hrs from home. It was a Sunday and many places were closed and no shops open. Thankfully I found a shop who could store my vehicle... all I had to do was find a tow. My insurance failed me, and even booked with a 3rd party tow company who I paid just to wait almost 1 1/2hr with no show. Cupertino was the chosen tow company who the 3rd party hired but decided to never send my payment to them (I will be leaving a review for them shortly on how disappointed I was) I only had a few hours to make it to the shop before they closed... it was an urgent matter! Thankfully, I just asked Cupertino if I can just pay them directly... they said yes with no hesitation and with a 20 min wait time... Oscar shows up with our tow! Oscar's customer service was hands down a gentleman and he knew his stuff! He was able to get us to our final destination and was so positive minded that I felt hey, we're taken care of now and can finally breathe. I've never felt my anxiety spike so badly with failure after failure. Their prices are reasonable and it's totally worth their amazing service. As a woman driver, who could be stranded due to lack of any instructions at all due to their lack of knowledge on the high end electric car and extreme unprofessionalism! My car didn't work after I made one stop after picking it up from them two days later snd after a hefty bill. I paid approx $500 in Lyfts for the two days. When I was stranded around 830pm alone, I called Intoxalock first and they stated the error on the screen was from the installer error with wiring and not them. It stated "Transmission failure".
