    Chicken Breakfast Club
    Jordon B.

My friend and I decided to tried East End Grill on March 11th, 2024. When we walked in the server told us to sit anywhere we like. Once we sit down there was a strange smell just for a moment. When we was waiting for our food my friend noticed something in the salt. We saw this yellow maybe worm looking thing, so we didn't use the salt. When our food arrived we kinda forgot about the salt situation. I got the Chicken Breakfast Club and my friend got the Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella with Linguine. She likes the linguine, but there was some burnt part of the chicken. I really like the Chicken Breakfast Club the bacon, fried egg, and cheese with the perfectly seasoned chicken blend so well together. The fries was also okay.

I have eaten here for years, new items on a already classic menu. Service and atmosphere is always inviting. Find myself at this establishment often. Hope to see you there.

I was aggressively attacked at the door by the bartender because my mask wasn't in place yet. I felt like the bartender thought he was in a position of power when in reality he was nothing more than extremely obnoxious. The food was however good enough to earn them another star. Our waitress was spot on as well. At the end of the day you only get one chance to make a first impression and in this instance it was total failure.

Frozen country fried steak. Pretty good though.

I've been here for lunch three times now I think, and they have failed all three times to fill me up. I wanted more food each time. The country fried steak is obviously frozen, but still pretty good. I like the crab dip. The roast beef was my favorite thing here. Nice patio. The special was good. Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, and fried okra. It was hot and served quick. The hamburger steak was a little small. My friend and I each completed our meal and wanted a little more to eat but were too cheap to pay for more food. I'm not complaining too much about the portion size though, because for $7.95 we got our money's worth and it was hot and delicious. This establishment does not support our American rights that so many mothers sacrificed their sons for, in order for us to retain so many freedoms. Firearms are prohibited.

The food is outstanding and the menu has a lot of great selections at decent prices. We always enjoy the meal.

Good food, prompt service, drinks were on point, and a nice atmosphere. I will be returning more often.

My girlfriend and I couldn't be happier with the food, drink, and excellent service here. By far, the best service we have had in Memphis.

Stopped by to p/u wings. They charge an 18% surcharge and a .50 take out fee. Haven't eaten food yet but will never come back.

I definitely enjoyed the convenience of it being in the Cordova area as well as the ambiance. The art and music were definitely a plus. I had the pasta, which was fine. It was nothing to write home about; however, it seemed that the night I went, they were understaffed. The bar area was particularly quite slow. However, the servers and the bartenders were all nice and doing the best that they could. I will be back to try it again. It is a great stop for a no-frills, relaxing time near the house if you life in the suburbs of Memphis and don't want to make a drive to have a good time.

This restaurant is connected to the University of Memphis culinary school. I believe they use it to…read moretrain their students and test out new ideas. The waiter we had was being trained and that made the experience better. We got the attention of two waiters. This place was not busy at all. I think there were only 4 parties there. This place deserves a lot more business. For drinks, I ordered the Peach Martini and Long Island. The Peach Martini was a little too sweet for my taste and I couldn't taste the alcohol. The long island was good. I ordered the Creamy Cajun Pasta. It is not as big as it looks in the pictures but it packs a ton of flavor. They seared the sausage on both sides and thinly sliced it. Everything about the dish was perfection. The apple cobbler was also very good. Be patient with this place because they will be out of certain menu items but the food you get will be wonderful.
