I continued to ask questions out of curiosity (as I did not want my child's eyes dilated) and Efrain condescendingly asked, "Are we really talking about $39?" (trying to shame me for questioning his optional fee) I respond... Efrain gets louder and makes comments about my kid not being able to hold still. At this point, I decide to not continue the appointment in which Efrain storms out and slams my kids file on the receptionist's desk and stares us down as we leave the office. 100% do not recommend. It was a degrading experience to say the least.

She gave me her honest opinion on my new glasses and advised me on various options I could add before I made my final purchase. I ordered replacement on both of my glasses (1x meta glasses and a regular eye glasses) I purchased an insurance for both, My meta got deeply scratches on one of the lens and my regular glasses broke and need replacement. I got a text message that one of the glasses is ready for pickup. To save time on pick up, thought I call to check if both are in if not I will wait for the second pair to pick them up at the same time. I was out on hold (She says I will check it for you. 18 minutes later on hold, as in no one came back. I hanged up! Bad service for a paid glasses!!! This is not the first time that I called to check on status of my glasses. It seems that every year this has happen after they got paid for us buying glasses with prescription. We will have to look for a different location for our next prescription which happens to be this year. You gave them a chance and still do the same thing. We are a family of 5 that all get prescribed glasses here. It is not our loss... It's yours!

I needed dual focal contacts last year and she worked with me several times to find the right combination. Their optician, Alejandro, super friendly and knows what he's doing. Great customer service. He was willing to price out several pairs of frames for me so I could decide on how best to use my insurance benefits. No hard upsell like at other places. I called to schedule a pickup, but the receptionist placed me on hold for 15 minutes, only to tell me that there were no available appointments and that I would need to wait another two days just to pick up my glasses. To make matters worse, the receptionist was very rude and ended the call abruptly without any courtesy. After being a long-time customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope the management addresses both the service quality and customer care moving forward.

AND NEVER ONCE did she say I was not covered. I called my insurance after and they said. "They lied to you ... they are not in network. I'm sorry they mislead you." Either way folks,... Nothing screams "Bad Faith Business" than that... there has been a change in this place. It's not the same,...
