I ordered replacement on both of my glasses (1x meta glasses and a regular eye glasses) I purchased an insurance for both, My meta got deeply scratches on one of the lens and my regular glasses broke and need replacement. I got a text message that one of the glasses is ready for pickup. To save time on pick up, thought I call to check if both are in if not I will wait for the second pair to pick them up at the same time. I was out on hold (She says I will check it for you. 18 minutes later on hold, as in no one came back. I hanged up! Bad service for a paid glasses!!! This is not the first time that I called to check on status of my glasses. It seems that every year this has happen after they got paid for us buying glasses with prescription. We will have to look for a different location for our next prescription which happens to be this year. You gave them a chance and still do the same thing. We are a family of 5 that all get prescribed glasses here. It is not our loss... It's yours!

He was willing to price out several pairs of frames for me so I could decide on how best to use my insurance benefits. No hard upsell like at other places. I called to schedule a pickup, but the receptionist placed me on hold for 15 minutes, only to tell me that there were no available appointments and that I would need to wait another two days just to pick up my glasses. To make matters worse, the receptionist was very rude and ended the call abruptly without any courtesy. After being a long-time customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. Those glasses were purchased from Costco one month prior. Had Nelly properly advised me, I would have simply taken that pair back to Costco. Jeremy, the manager simply said, you only paid $35 per lens. It's Actually $42.50 per lens per my receipt. I'm Very unhappy that Nelly was not upfront about it and Jeremy couldn't care less. My sister and I both had glasses to pick up and they required adjustments. I had two and I brought another pair to be adjusted. My sister had one pair of sunglasses and she brought another to be adjusted for a total of 5. Lee was adjusting my sister's sunglasses. She told Lee to go ahead and assist me because I was in there first. Lee said, he thought Jeremy was assisting me. We both said Jeremy left for lunch, leaving Lee to adjust everything himself. Lee apologized as he assumed Jeremy was assisting me. We asked where Tim, the manager was. Tim assisted my sister when she bought her sunglasses and he was very pleasant and helpful. Lee said Jeremy was a manager. He absolutely didn't seem like it. Why would he leave when both of us needed to have our glasses adjusted. Poor service from Nelly and Jeremy. Tim provided good service, but he wasn't there when we picked up our glasses. Lee provided great service, was very helpful, polite and apologetic. I'm a repeat customer but this is the first time experiencing poor service.
