I had an extremely bad experience with this appliance repair company Easy Home Repair,mainly because of the technician named Sean. Sean came to my home to repair my appliance, but he did not finish the job properly. Despite that, he still charged me a very high price. The appliance was left partially broken, and the issue was not fully resolved. What really upset me is that I was clearly overcharged. Sean tried to convince me that a basic, inexpensive part was very expensive and used that to justify the inflated price. After checking on my own, I found out the part costs much less than what he claimed. This feels dishonest and misleading. His communication was also unprofessional. Instead of clearly explaining the problem, Sean gave confusing information and made statements that were not true. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me rather than provide honest service. In the end, I had to call another technician to fix what Sean failed to do correctly. I wasted time and money because of this company. I do NOT recommend this company or technician Sean. Be careful, ask for price breakdowns, and don't trust their estimates blindly. read more

I had a repair for my Samsung Washer. The suspension rods went out. These guys were good because they came out rather quickly to diagnose the problem. I paid money ahead of time for the job and the parts came. This was right before Thanksgiving 2025. By the time the parts came in, I was already out of town. They tried me a few times over Thanksgiving break. I reached back out on December 3 as soon as I was back in town to setup a repair. They wanted to complete the job, so did I, but then they couldn't find a time that worked for both of us. I work for an automotive manufacturer, so I work weekends and am off on the weekdays. I suggested we complete the repair after the weekend when I'm off. They wanted to schedule it for that weekend and provided no flexibility. In the end they never refunded me the money, and when I reached out to ask if they wanted to refund me, or if I needed to call my card company, purely as a courtesy I owned businesses with merchant accounts before, they started making things up. Easy Home Repair tried to blatantly scam me. They came to fix my dryer and tried to charge $200 for a pulley that costs $20 -- a 10x markup with no explanation at all. When I questioned the price, they had no real answer and just kept making excuses. It was obvious they hoped I wouldn't know the real cost.To make things even worse, the technician could barely speak English and had to communicate with me through a translator the entire time. The whole visit felt unprofessional, confusing, and dishonest. This company is shady, overpriced, and completely untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and avoid Easy Home Repair at all costs. read more
