Tech showed up on time and gave us a reasonable estimate. Then tech went right to work, diagnosed the issue with our microwave and made repair. Two days later another problem popped up with same microwave and we were going to just replace it. Contacted EHP again and asked for their opinion and they said all repairs are covered by their service warranty. They came out next day and repaired new problem at no extra charge and our microwave works great again. Also asked tech to replace our ice maker in Samsung fridge and he knocked that out too. I appreciated their prompt response and the diagnostic fee of $45 was reasonable. However I can't quite give more than 3 stars because our dishwasher was never even pulled out before they diagnosed the problem as our drain pump needing to be replaced. They wanted to charge us almost $400 to replace a part that is a 30 min job, and a brand new replacement part is only $150ish online - meaning the labor is roughly $500/hr ($250 for 30 mins of work). I understand that they need to make some money but that was way more than what I'm comfortable with paying. I appreciate their promptness and reasonable diagnostic fee, but for $400 I can just get a new dishwasher. read more

They came back now they said is the suspension and I said how that happens suspension is new they said is broken because was overloads washed, K told them not even put a lot o clothes on the washer not even put my covers or heavy loads for no to breaking again. I had an oven that would not heat to the proper temperature. I replace the thermometer probes but no joy. I messaged Easy Home Repair and they sent a tech came to the house right away and said it was the temperature probe. When I said I just replaced the probes he then said it was the control panel......he was guessing.....he said it would be approximately $500. No thanks bye.
