I appreciated their prompt response and the diagnostic fee of $45 was reasonable. However I can't quite give more than 3 stars because our dishwasher was never even pulled out before they diagnosed the problem as our drain pump needing to be replaced. They wanted to charge us almost $400 to replace a part that is a 30 min job, and a brand new replacement part is only $150ish online - meaning the labor is roughly $500/hr ($250 for 30 mins of work). I understand that they need to make some money but that was way more than what I'm comfortable with paying. I appreciate their promptness and reasonable diagnostic fee, but for $400 I can just get a new dishwasher. read more

They came for to fixed my washer on 2/25 told me that this is a family business and give them a chance to help their business, I told him if the washer is going to work and last for at least 2-3 years with new suspension go for it if not I rather by a new one he told me yes of course don't worry, have six months warranty with us.I said to him let's do this 4 months later same issue he came back now he told me oh! My apologies now is the transmission but We're going to fix it for free I said wow ok thank you, so he replaced the transmission I told my husband that good we have a washer for another 3 years! He changed the transmission and June my washer start doing the same issue 3 months later. They came back now they said is the suspension and I said how that happens suspension is new they said is broken because was overloads washed, K told them not even put a lot o clothes on the washer not even put my covers or heavy loads for no to breaking again. And they said they can't do nothing no more for the same issue at first. People becarefull you rather pay a good insurance and they replace your electrodomésticos instead pay this people and take your money read more

I had an oven that would not heat to the proper temperature. I replace the thermometer probes but no joy. I messaged Easy Home Repair and they sent a tech came to the house right away and said it was the temperature probe. When I said I just replaced the probes he then said it was the control panel......he was guessing.....he said it would be approximately $500. No thanks bye. Victor came out today to diagnose a problem we were having with our refrigerator. Our refrigerator had been making noise over the last two months and then the icemaker stopped working and there were temperature problems within the refrigerator. Victor diagnosed the issue pretty quickly, dismantled the area that needed to be accessed and replaced the fan in the refrigerator. He also topped off the refrigerant and cleaned the condenser coils in the back. After reviewing the icemaker, he concluded that the issue was related to the fan and the overall temperature within the freezer and refrigerator and indicated that he thought that within 24 hours the issue should be resolved now that the fan was replaced. Victor cleaned up after his work area and everything worked out very well! We would recommend Victor and his company for similar repairs. read more
