I had a very bad experience . They tried to overcharge me nearly $400 for a repair, even though the suspension part costs around $35 on Amazon. The technician even showed up with the box, so it was obvious they were trying to scam me on the price. When I asked if they were licensed, they responded rudely and admitted they do not have a license. This business is dishonest, unprofessional, and not properly licensed. I would never recommend them on Yelp or anywhere else. read more

Update on my previous review: My dryer was not working again. At this point I was very reluctant to call. However, Alex contacted me and apologized about the inconvenience. I appreciate the way they handled my messages and didn't act rude in their response. They sent Nick (same technician) and he said that they need to order a part and it should do the trick. They did charge me another fee (minimal). Which I understand because we all have to get paid. Overall, my dryer is working normal. Nick was very informative and I felt they are being honest. All appliances have wear and tear and I felt it was fair. It's hard to find reliable and honest businesses that strive to gain long term customers. Victor came out and was incredibly polite and helpful. He spent time going over each detail of what he discovered and took his time diagnosing my dryer. Even after spending 30 minutes working and discovering the issue was the main control board so I decided I would likely just get a new dryer as the cost is not hugely different than fixing my old dryer, Victor stated that I did not need to pay a diagnostic fee as they are currently running that special. Great company ethics! Sean was very up front and honest regarding the repair of our LG washer. LG no longer makes the part. I appreciated Sean not wanting to purchase used parts that will most likely stop working sooner than later, just to make a sale. We will have to purchase a new machine though. Called because my LG washer was not functioning normally & the technician showed up & ran a diagnostic test on the washer, turned a few screws here & there & left. Well the problem persisted so I took a video of the issue & the technician returned to actually replace a part a 2nd time so now the washer is running properly so far. Since my last review I've had more issues with my kitchen appliances, and again I was very pleased with their excellent customer service. They installed a new cooktop for me and Viktor (owner) was kind enough to check how my fridge was doing on his own accord. I knew it was a matter of time until I'd have to buy a new one but he made a couple of repairs to it and it's working beautifully now. The owner said they wouldn't replace the part they fixed since it was just outside the 6 months warranty period. What a terrible business person.
