I've tried both locations in the Baltimore area and was pleased each time. DEFINITELY MAKE RESERVATIONS as the place fills up and brunch tables turnover slower than lunch/dinner service at most spots so the wait can be tough especially since they don't have a waiting area for guests. A considerable amount of thought went into selecting our brunch spot prior to the stage play we were traveling to Baltimore to see. I was given a list & had to make the final choice. Research including Yelp & Instagram helped with my selection. Pleased to support Easy Like Sunday! We arrived about 11:00. There was a 1pm Ravens game & the line to get inside was moderate. The outdoor seating area was already full. There was a 40 min wait so we opted to sit at the bar. This brunch spot has a relaxed feel and although it's a nice size, it still managed to give cozy. The decor didn't follow the typical new restaurant formula, instead various styles were used & details like lighting, plates, chairs, etc. worked together to give Easy Like Sunday more character. Now for the most important part....the food & drinks. Unfortunately or fortunately...we were hungry!!! We ordered a Spanish latte, dirty chai latte, roasted Brussels sprouts, fluffy pancakes, shrimp & grits (no sausage), & braised short rib hash all at one time to ensure we remained on schedule. This Easy Like Sunday location can be found at Locus Point at McHenry Row. Parking is free in the parking structure but if you decide to park right out front of the restaurant, you will have to pay for it. This location is also dog friendly with outdoor seating that have umbrellas to help provide covering from the sun. My husband, our little girl dog and I came to this restaurant on Sunday, around 10 am. My friend recommended this restaurant because it is dog friendly and also she has dined at Easy Like Sunday a handful of times. We were greeted by a friendly server and handed menus. What was very nice was that the employee had asked if we would like a bowl of water for our little girl (I love when our servers acknowledge our little girl when we dine out with her). After we said yes, she brought out a bowl of water in a small plastic bowl right away. After we looked over the menu, we ended up purchasing: Short Rib Chilaquiles, $19.99 prior to tax- My husband ordered this brunch special. The portion size for this meal is a good size for one person. I personally didn't like it and felt like this was a hipster/ fancy chilaquiles but my husband liked his choice. I didn't like the way the meat was seasoned, although it was tender. I have had chilaquiles back home at hole in the wall places but just didn't like the one here. Side of Home Fries, $5 prior to tax- I opted for a side of potato, which I thought was okay. But some of the potato tasted cold and a little flavorful less. But the potato that didn't have that taste, tasted fine but I probably would not order this again. Seasonal Bread Pudding, $8.95 prior to tax- I thought this bread pudding was good, the portion was a good size for one person. I liked that the bread pudding was topped with pecan pieces. A Bit of Everything, $17.95 prior to tax- My friend ordered this, which came with 2 eggs, meat, and a pancake or french toast. She opted for a pumpkin pancake, which was really good (as she let me have some). I loved the flavor of it and the pancake itself was quite fluffy. ----------------------------------- (Total= $51.89 prior to tax) My friend did the sneaky thing and paid for the check right before going to the restroom, after going inside (which is funny because when she left, I tried to pay for our check while she was gone, but she beat me to it). Although I didn't love part of the food I had here, I do like that the service was friendly, prompt and outstanding. My water glass was refilled many times and my husband's coffee cup was refilled a few times during our visit. If I lived in this area, I would come back but would order something else. read more

My favorite items is the shrimp and grits which I have ordered a few times. The service is always friendly and this is a popular location. They flip tables quickly, but I'd recommend a reservation if you don't like to wait. The crowd is always casual, balanced between families, friends, birthday celebrations, dates, etc. Additionally, the decor is modern and balanced. Let me tell you, my boyfriend and Easy Like Sunday go together like coffee and cream. For his birthday, this was the only place on his list, but life happened, and by the time he finished his homework and we planned to drive, the GPS hit us with the "Sorry, by the time you arrive it will be closed" message. So, I made up for it last Sunday (10/13/2024), and we finally got our brunch fix! We arrived an hour before closing, which meant no wait time (win!). I dropped bae off at the door to check the wait, and by the time I parked, he was already seated, calling to offer his gentlemanly assistance. I asked if there was space for our son's stroller, but he woke up when I got him out of the car, so stroller crisis averted. Turns out, where we were seated wouldn't have had room for it anyway, so dodged a bullet there! We were greeted by Matthew, who had already charmed bae while I was parking. I took my time with the menu (because indecisiveness is my thing), and Matthew was patient as I finally settled on a chai tea latte (a classic for me), while bae got the white chocolate mocha. Spoiler alert: anything with white mocha is always a hit, but that coffee was strong. I don't do coffee, so I was happy with my chai tea latte--totally crushed it. Now, the food. Bae ordered a bit of everything (typical), and I went for the fried chicken with buttermilk pancakes. Our son got the solo vegan pancake, allergy-friendly, of course. Food came out quickly, which was great because I was starving. Unfortunately, the chicken was a little dry, but the fluffy pancakes made up for it--no syrup needed, though I still added some because why not? My son must've loved his pancake because he asked for a second one, and you know it's serious when a toddler requests seconds. He ate half of it, so yeah, Easy Like Sunday, please drop the recipe! As for bae? He took two bites of his chicken sausage and a bit of his eggs before declaring himself full. Sir, we drove an hour for this--please eat up! Shoutout to Matthew, though. He was super welcoming, personable, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. When we requested boxes, he kindly dropped off the check and mentioned it needed to be settled by 3 PM, but we could take our time. I am from California and was visiting Baltimore on a trip I had for Maryland for a totally different reason. My partner and I stopped at Easy like Sunday morning for Brunch on a random decision on Monday November 10th 2025 . Right from the beginning, as soon as we walked in we were warmly welcomed, our server Tasha was amazing. She greeted us warmly, explained the menu. Made our delicious lattes. Checked on us frequently and ensured we had a pleasant experience. I don't know if she sensed that we were from out of town, but she definitely made us very comfortable . The food was delicious! Omg the presentation of everything was so good! I would definitely go back, and I would recommend this place to everyone. I want to say our waitress Ariti was very sweet and gave us recommendations on the menu as well as checking on us throughout our brunch. Let's get to the menu, it definitely has an array of options from sandwiches, pancakes, french toast, hash's and the drink menu is also perfect with a mix of specialty drinks. We opted to try the short rib hash with a side of sourdough toast and a half order of french toast. Let me just say the food was exceptionally tasty and the french toast was divine ! The perfect amount of sweetness. The hash was also perfectly cooked with the short rib being very flavorful and the aromas the dish was giving was mouth watering to say the least. I tried the lavender peach mimosa. I think it was nice drink. Could have been a little cooler. Portion is small for the cost. The service was friendly (I sat at the bar). Very cute inside. Music plays in the background but not overwhelmingly so. Parking is available in the garage for free (there are 2 hour visitor signs - but not sure that it's heavily monitored). This place has one job: breakfast/brunch. Open 7 days a week, 8am-3pm. That's literally all they do. I sat at the counter with a menu and water for 10 minutes while three different employees sat glued to laptops or phones. Not one of them acknowledged me, took an order, or seemed remotely interested in the fact that I was a paying customer sitting right in front of them. Eventually, I just got up and left -- and not a single person noticed. If a restaurant can't manage the bare minimum of service, it doesn't matter how good the food might be. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty busy. We were gonna wait for a table but, decided to dine at the bar. We were welcomed and given menus right away. I hate to leave this review, but it's warranted. The quality control for takeout needs serious attention. I've ordered takeout from here three times and dined in twice. I've had no issues dining in, mainly because I've gone during the week when they're less busy. However, I've run into several problems with missing items and inconsistent quality when ordering takeout. For example, today I ordered two fish sandwiches, one with fries and the other with home fries topped with onions and cheese, plus one adult chicken tenders meal, a side of two chicken tenders, peach cobbler French toast, and a side Caesar salad. The home fries were missing the cheese, which cost an extra $1. The adult tenders meal came with only two chicken tenders for $15, even though I've received three or four in the past. And the Caesar salad had a chocolate chip in it. Seriously, a chocolate chip in a salad?! While cross-contamination can happen, finding a chocolate chip in a salad is pretty freaking wild. The last time I ordered home fries with onions and cheese, which cost an extra $2, both toppings were missing. Another time, I ordered a muffin that was missing entirely. I don't live close enough to drive back, so I've taken it on the chin. But no more. I won't be back. The food is good, but not that great. read more
