This is a really bad nail salon and do not recommend it to anyone at all. The male manager told me that I was going to need to wait 30 minutes for a manicure and I needed up waiting almost an hour. Then when I asked him about the waiting status, he was arguing in Vietnamese with his workers. They looked like they didn't know what they were doing, and were unorganized. The first time I went I had an excellent experience. No pain at all, and I was so impressed with how my nails turned out. The second time I went a different person did my nails. She cut me 3 times and when I pointed out that the acrylic was too thin on the side of my nail she asked me what did I want her to do. As politely as possible, I suggested to treat them like they were her nails. I had to tell her to put more acrylic because she kept doing me what did I want her to do. Why do some nail techs get upset when you try to tell them how you like your nails done? She proceeded to put alcohol on my fingers prior to painting and when I tried to pull away from the burn, she had a firm grip and looked at me like "what?" It's not like she didn't know she cut me because there was blood. My fingers were sore for over a week; taking showers and doing dishes was painful. Needless to say I haven't been back there. So I had an appointment to get my acrylic nails taken off and gel manicure. My nails were pretty long and it's only been about 2.5 weeks so it's still fairly good. I was being helped by the lady with the short orangish hair. Not sure if I'd use the word helped since she wasn't helpful at all. She used a nail clipper and cut my nails short then took the clear long acrylic nails and went under my nails now and tried to take the acrylic off just like that. Ummmmm.... Ouch? I told her that hurt and I'm scared my actual nail is going to bleed if she kept on doing that. I asked if she can use acetone instead. She said it takes too long and nobody does it like that. Then she said you can go to another nail salon after she ALREADY cut my nail off and tried taking off my pinky nail. LOL either she doesn't want business or she doesn't care or both. Their prices are pretty good; $25 for a gel manicure and $30 for gel pedicure. They do charge an extra $5 to take off the current gel. Overall, I would highly recommend. read more

The air-con was broken when I went there, and it was one of those hot summer day. They tried to put out a few fans inside the store to keep the air running. However, it was still hot and stuffy. The lady who did my nails did not bother filing my nails.... she basically clipped my nails, and let it be the shape. Each of my nail had 2 super sharp corners... Don't you just love the feeling when you walk into a nail salon and all eyes on you? Ok, I'm being partially sarcastic, partially serious. My friend and I came to the salon on a Sunday evening, ready to get our toes feeling pretty and dolled up and all the workers were staring at us, ready to service us. This meant that they were all much more attentive to our needs but also meant that there was extra pressure to buy more of their nail services. What do I like about this place? Their pricing. Prices are really reasonable. Manicure and pedicure for $17. But that day, I decided to get only my toes done. Pedicure is $10, and well worth it! They also ask if you want to pay an extra $5 for callus removal, which I got suckered into accepting. So the total for my toe services came out to $15 with a few $$ of tip. My toes are now fresh and clean thanks to Anna Nails. They did a good job at removing all the gunk stuck between the nail beds. :) Come during nights if you hate crowds, but also come during the day if you hate feeling like you are the only customer at the place. read more

I paid $35 for a fill-in and cut which is the general price for any nail salon but haven't had my nails done for 12 hours yet and my gel is already peeling from about 4 nails. Not to mention, while my hand was under the UV, my nail polish started to wrinkle and as a result, my nail polish isn't sticking to my nail. I also didn't understand why a pedicure would be $15 and I'm placing my feet into a bucket of water. In the wax room the towel on the bench is filthy and I never see them change the towels on top of the towel on the bench so it kind of seems like they're always using the same towels for every person, yucky! I went in for a manicure and the girl who was doing my nails said" you get gel nail polish only $1" so here I thought $8.00 manicure $1.00 more it's $ 9.00 " I'll try it. Well it's $21.00 and I must say that is way overpriced! This was my first time to Anna's and I will definitely go back. I walked in with an idea & pics and nail tech Jenny brought it to life. I got acrylic stiletto nails with gel polish in red & black ombre for Halloween! I love them! Doing an ombre look in gel polish is a difficult task but Jenny did a great job figuring it out. They look WICKED! I gave 4 stars because just after I walked in a lady already being serviced had an issue. The lady was upset because she felt a nail was crooked and the tech disagreed. When the manager got involved of course she agreed with her tech and continued to argue with the lady/customer. I believe, to please the lady the manager should have had the tech fix it to the customers liking whether it looked bad or not. Instead the lady/customer became very ugly and loud in front of other customers and walked out without even paying and she was at polish stage on a full set. It just looked really bad and being my first time there it had me wondering if I should've left. THANK GOD I DIDN'T GO BECAUSE JENNY WAS GREAT and I got exactly what I wanted! One more thing, I also had a pedi done which I felt could have been a bit better. A small square tub lined with a plastic bag with luke warm was used to soak my feet instead of an actual pedi chair. It felt kind of cheap for a $20 pedi but the lady who did my pedi was very sweet, kind and gentle and she did a great job on my toes.
