I was there for a closed club event. We bought the place out for a party. It was supposed to be 6-10 with apps, food, and drinks. A DJ was playing some nice ambience music. The staff was super friendly during the party. After the food, we were all hanging out. The place let two women come in, who quickly made themselves at home. The girl from us that was in charge is the more the merry type of person. I really feel the place should have told them to come back. Once it actually opened, crowds of older people came in to enjoy the place. We were moved to the VIP area, which was just the roped off seats on the side, but everyone was having a nice time. The bartenders became a lot less attentive at the bar. Some people ordered a few bottles to the tables. The staff that worked the party and brought us service was very nice. The party was pretty expensive for what it was. The place seems to have an older clientele. Half the place was in their 50s or over at least. Everyone had a nice time, excluding some of our interactions with a few of the clientele. I wouldn't go again or put a party there if it opened to the public afterwards. read more

I hate to leave such a poor review, especially during difficult times like these. But I have no complaints about the service or wait times.. it's just the food itself is absolutely horrible. We put in a take-out order for captain crunch chicken, a burger with fries and truffle artichoke dip. It was ridiculously expensive for what we received. The chicken consisted of 3 measly pieces of dry and overcooked tenders, not even the tiniest hint of captain crunch. The fries were white and looked like they were barely cooked. The artichoke dip was unlike anything I've ever seen! It was a pile of unappetizing bright yellow goop, that came with 4 tiny triangles of pita. It looked like canned artichoke pieces mixed with kraft mac and cheese powder mix. We were looking forward to adding a new place to our rotation of take-out dinners. Holy Mackeral. This was absolutely phenomenal. As a Nightclub lover, it was lovely to see some kind faces. it was admittedly a little odd that many of the patrons were pirate themed, but this one guy who was being Jack Sparrow had a surprisingly spot on Peter Griffin impression, which got a little chuckle out of my wife. Jack Sparrow was particularly kind to my wife, even ordering her a few drinks! What a nice guy. He even gave my wife a ride home. He's a good guy. Ever since that day at EAT's, i sometimes see him at my house when i get back from work. He seems to be in a rush, but i get it, A Pirates Life for me, am i right? He even paid for my wife's personal vacation to the Bahamas and was kind enough to go with her to make sure she was safe. The club is phenomenal. Good energy, Nice staff, food was alright but i sort of felt like they were giving me kids meals except the kid was on their deathbed and also had no tastebuds so they were just giving me slop. If I could give a negative rating I would. They had the nerve to charge me $20 to get into an empty club. I stayed for three hours not to mention they had the nerve to tell me no hats but when I get in there, I see people with hats. I get inside the bartenders are very simple Simon. This place has good curb appeal despite being in a strip mall. They did a nice job setting up outdoor dining so need to give credit where due. Unfortunately that's the best I can say about this place other than compliment the staff. Waitresses are super nice and have a really tough job defending the poor food coming from the kitchen. The Caesar salad app was decent. Standard dressing and no better nor worse than you'd expect. Everything else was terrible. Quesadilla was salty and had almost no chicken. You'd think a gastropub would serve a great quesadilla, but then again this place isn't a gastro as advertised. Skirt steak was small as expected since it's listed as 5oz. Burnt and charred outside, cooked medium inside. However the quality was poor making the steak inedible. Chicken Milanese was simply 3 tiny cutlets in store bought breading fried way too long. while you'd expect Milanese be served under a heavy garnish or arugula, this Chicken was tough, soaked with oil and served UNDER a full blown salad. And to top it off, this experience was a Father's Day dinner. End to end it took almost 90 minutes for dinner to arrive and the entire terrible experience was over two hours long for just 3 people. Bartender on Friday night September 3 was horrible. Very mean and was pleasant. Bar tenders are usually nice because they want to make money. I've been many of places and never charged 10 dollars for a cup of coco cola out the fountain. We're not at a concert. The pricing is off 13 dollar shots for Tito's and 15 for a mix drink. The 15 is fine for a drink but at least have good customer service but 10 for soda no. Totally wrong. Businesses need to be nicer to people that spend money. read more

Went there for dinner... ligh!! You could taste the freezer burn in the food!! I had the meatball panini.. which wasn't even a panini.. it was just a sub with frozen meatballs n my husband had the philly cheese steak which had raw onions, not sautéed! Totally disappointed,  was here on a Thursday for happy hour with coworkers from work, paid $10 cover charge, I contacted them prior to going and they told me the dj would arrive between 6-7pm, we were there till after 7 and no dj and we were the only ones there. coworkers ordered cerviche and skirt steak which was exceptionally good but diffinitlly would not recommend this place just for the food.  You want cerviche.. go to a nice Peruvian restaurant,  you want skirt steak... find yourself a good steak house. UNREAL! my friend got her drink it was clearly NOT DON JULIO, it was some fake a$$ tequila. My friend told the bartender she did not like how it tasted and wanted just a beer, when my friend asked what kind of beers the bartender said, "well what do you want" - like aren't you supposed to tell us what YOU have. i than asked for a beer on tap and she said that they were all warm, so i said great what isn't warm, she said "well what do you want" like you guys are terrible at customer service. your prices are insane, your drinks are watered down and 2 of my friends previously had gotten sick from either the hookah ( that tasted like mothballs ) or the terrible fake watered down beers, liquor your serving. this place needs a new owner or needs to be shut down. Last night was my birthday 11 /5/21 we were outside for over 45 minutes we had VIP tickets yet the guy at the door was yelling $15 to get in when you question him about the VIP tickets he kept announcing $15 so unprofessional I felt like I was in some Hood club there's no need to act thirsty for money when you're dealing with adults I just turned 60 years old I'm outside in the cold like if you're in your 20s waiting to get in they have to do much better they charge me even though I was having a party they let other people jump the line and the people that was online prior almost an hour before the doors are open still had to wait this is unacceptable I'm very upset I am still going to voice my opinion moving forward I can't see myself patronizing there this lounge should treat the people with respect and stop acting like they thirsty for money good business keeps good business how do you expect people to come back there after an experience like this people were talking about leaving this doesn't make any sense start running your business as a professional business so that you can continue getting people to come stop having your workers act like $15 makes a break you guys outside should dress more appropriate sad !!!! Ordered on Uber Eats and kinda told them on there what my issues were: Jalapeño poppers were /not/ spicy at all, like my sister who cannot handle any kind of spice ate them with no issue. They were fine, but not spicy enough for my liking. Spring rolls were A++ will order two next time. Flatbread was advertised with mushroom but did not come with any. If you're Black do not come to this place nor order from this place. I placed an Ubereats order. I arrived to inquire about my order. The owner states that the location is closed. I explained to him again that an order was placed and it was accepted. Then after speaking to someone he confirms that my order was placed. I informed him I was in the parking lot and asked should I come in. He asked me what vehicle I was in and I informed him. He informed me to call in 7 minutes and he would bring it out. This place opened a year ago. If you're ordering a mixed drink, paying top dollar, they serve them in a reusable plastic glasses! They don't have an electric dishwasher, they hand wash at the bar. As you look at them hanging upside down, they are cloudy and have residual lipstick! So don't drink anything but bottled beer! Secondly, since they promote disco, the original generation is there. First time here; it was a small spot compared to what the promoters use to promote at. I don't smoke so the Hooker totally threw me off. If you don't like the Hooker smell, don't come here. Had my sweet sixteen at the living room and was a great choice. It's club vibe really made the party and made decorating not a problem because it required barely any. The Dj provided was great and the food was O.K. They forgot to serve two of the foods I ordered but didn't put an indent on the fun night everyone was still able to have. Their was an issue when it came to my court because there was no room for us to stay before the entrance requiring us to stay hidden outside. I did although enjoy my night and would suggest this place to someone who wants to host an reasonable priced event with a club vibe. read more

Recently attended the sold-out New Years Eve Bash 2011... As a non-member and 1st-timer to this establishment, their advertisement intrigued me... Dress code would be "elegant" for the night with "Butler served hors d'oeuvres", and "Classy buffet dinner, not a shitty spread like some others"... Well, let me tell you something, their "spread", was shitty! Their "butler served hors d'oeuvres" were served by what appeared to be Mexicans dressed in black STAFF t-shirts and jeans... I have nothing against latinos working in this country, but at least hire help that can speak English so when they're asked what they're serving, they don't respond by just pointing and saying in broken English, "This is this, and that is this" No joke, that was their response... ...and the hors d'oeuvres were shitty !!
