When we walked in, the shop was completely empty, and there wasn't an employee in sight for about 30 seconds until someone eventually came out from the back. The store itself looked dirty and disorganized, and the donuts didn't appear as fresh as what we've come to expect from Sidecar. The staff also seemed uninterested, which didn't make for a very welcoming experience. We're hoping this was just an off day because we've always enjoyed the brand, but based on this visit, we're hesitant to come back.
