They are light and fluffy while having a unique and delicious range of flavors such as: earl grey and orange blossom or blueberry and lime. This is 100% one of my new obsession spots and I will be back soon! Love this new bakery! The donuts are HUGE and so fluffy and soft. One donut goes a long way. I love the plants and open floor plan. A great place to have meetings, catch ups and meet ups for bigger groups. Small space with art for sale on the walls, paintings named after Cake lyrics. The donuts were really nice and fluffy with great flavors like ube and lavender. One of these days I gotta go back and try earl grey as well. The seasonal menu lattes are pricey but definitely a fun drink. The butter pecan is just right if you don't like too sweet and the salted caramel coconut is just right if you're looking for something sweet to go with your sweets! The staff were so smiley and cheerful it made the place feel even brighter. It was a good place to grab a little time out of the house in the morning. I thought I knew all the vegan restaurants in SLC, but I just discovered Eats this morning. Wow ~ what a find! The place is cozy and inviting, lots of places to sit and relax while you enjoy your coffee and goodies. The service was super friendly and helpful; they make you feel welcome. Now for the food: OMG, it's the best you're ever gonna find, vegan or not. I couldn't decide on what to get so I ordered several things. The donuts are huge, fluffy and delicious. Eats is AMAZING!! I've been a fan of Eats for a long time now and always make sure to grab a treat when I see them at the Wheeler Farmer's Market. I am so happy they now have a storefront and I don't have to wait till Sunday anymore!! While you probably know them for their donuts and cinnamon rolls (which are fabulous) I'd argue the true start of their show is the brownie. A perfectly fudgy chocolate brownie PACKED with chocolate chips. They also make a walnut version for the nut lovers amongst us. I wish I had taken pictures of the storefront but pastries don't lie. The employees were some of the kindest service workers I've ever met, which really says something about this business! I came in specifically for the breakfast burrito, which was great. I just wish they had a bottle of hot sauce laying around somewhere! I bring crushed red pepper with me everywhere, though, so I was still able to add spice. The cinnamon roll was good as well! The coffee shop itself is small and cozy. I attended a breath work shop here and had a great experience. I've actually never had matcha before trying their guava matcha. It was SO GOOD! Ioved the cream and guava mixed together with the matcha! I also tried some donuts and a small grilled cheese Sandwich. I've never had a vegan sandwich and it was super flavorful with a spicy sauce. Just a super cool (and pretty new) spot for donuts, pastries, coffee, and other snacks and drinks. They keep a nice rotation of all offerings going, and it's fun to see things shake up a bit week to week. The donuts are fantastic, and the coffee is very nice. The to-go presentation for the coffee is super fun. Plenty of seating, quiet but also kid friendly. And vendors on site with some cool items to check out. Just amazing staff, too. A new vegan bakery to support? Yes, please! It was about 10:30 am and we went to do our part to support this new place. I wanted a cream filled, but it had actual bourbon in it. No thanks! I ordered the Ube glazed donut and son had the blueberry hibiscus glazed. They were both really good, but we both noticed the last bites were pretty oily. That won't stop us. Wow! Where do I begin with this place. If you like your donuts thickkkk with a wide variety of flavors, this is the spot. I'm also in love with the herb biscuit breakfast sandwiches. It's clear the food here is intentional and made with a lot of love. The atmosphere is open, warm, and inviting. very cute store with lots of yummy options to choose from. i got the cinnamon roll and the passion fruit matcha (or it was a guava matcha? i sadly do not remember). both were very very good. i took a bite of the cinnamon roll and thought i had died and gone to heaven, it was so tasty. as for the matcha, there's lots of different types of matchas imo, and this one is more on the very herbal/earthy side. however, it definitely does not taste like grass and is super good, especially with the other ingredients. the staff was also very sweet despite how awkward i am LOL read more

We came across Eats at the Wheeler Park farmers market last year. My husband couldn't stop talking out their donuts and had been on a one man crusade since to find them whenever possible. So when we found out that they now have a store front in Salt Lake City we had to go. The location is lovely with a simple mellow vibe, the service friendly and welcoming, and oh those donuts...heaven. We had the maple walnut, bourbon vanilla bean and ube donuts which were all delicious. Fluffy, light, perfect amount of chew and not too sweet. We also tried their brown sugar shaken espresso.
