We had a Yelp event here last year, and the food was phenomenal! I can't always make the hours during the week, as my work schedule doesn't align, but when I have time on the weekends, I try to make it out. This past weekend was their 1 year anniversary. It was fun seeing Byron, one of the owners. The place was hopping! They had a huge line, a dj, a vegan place cooking up vegan tacos and nachos. I got there early on Sunday (prior to their anniversary event) to get some post workout breakfast. I went for the breakfast biscuit, Ube donut, and Jamaica Aguas Frescas (aguas frescas was this weekend only). The breakfast sandwich definitely hit the spot and I loved the flavor profile (herbs in the biscuit, and maple to sweeten it up)! Omg yummmmm!! They have bottled/canned coffee they bottle there too (which I've had in the past), and their grilled cheese is phenomenal!!!! The service is always on point. The staff is patient and has great recommendations. Congrats on the 1 year anniversary! I'll be in again, and have already spread the word to other friends, outside of Yelp!

In a city full of coffee shops, Eats brings a fresh take to the market. Their seasonal drink menu is by far the most creative we have seen so far this summer. We opted for the "mango thai basil matcha" and found it to be a refreshing treat on a 95 degree day in the city. The mango puree was lighter than most syrups you get from coffee shops which was a welcomed surprise as we find most matcha lattes to be quite heavy. We also tried their Maple pecan donut which was also quite good. It was a light, airy texture, good maple flavor without being overly sweet and a natural pecan flavor from the pecan crumble on top. Overall we were very happy with our trip to Eats and look forward to trying more from them in the future.

Pros place was big and spacious! Service was decent i asked and they answered but oh man I ended up throwing away my drink blueberry matcha it was pricy too but it tasted watered down with a hint of blueberry. My friend did not care for her coffee either it was way too sweet

Must visit vegan spot! There are so many interesting options in pastries. The seating area is adorable, looks like a great spot to either hang out or do some work. Service is quick and friendly. They do not accept cash. There is metered street parking in front.

This is such a cute coffee stop! I loved that they had to go options and to stay in options! We came on a Sunday afternoon and it was perfect! The staff was so nice and gave us samples of their juices! We ended up getting a cinnamon roll and a chai latte. I this the cinnamon roll was good and the chai was delicious just on the small side because of all the ice. I don't know if they do light ice but next time I would make sure to do that.

Very good! I got the tres leches cinnamon roll and the strawberry doughnut and would say both were good. If I went back I think i'd skip on the doughnut and just go for the cinnamon roll as that was the favorite out of the two. The space is big and great for meeting with friends or getting some work done. The service was also very fast! Would recommend!

I went back today and got a donut and a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was fine, but the biscuit completely fell apart and tasted super sweet despite the savory seasoning. It was clear they used a lot of some sort of sugar in the dough. The donut was fantastic, though. I just wish they did filled donuts. I won't get the breakfast sandwich again unless they fix the biscuits.

Man, these cinnamon rolls are soooo goood. And my wife said her coffee was the best she's had in Utah! The vibes were great and the people working there were very nice. The only feedback I'd give is their physical menu board needs to be bigger. It's currently a pretty small menu behind a pillar if you're already queued up in the line. Other than that, the dining area is nice and spacious and the food/drinks are fantastic

d="62485"} I saw a lot of great reviews, so I was excited to try both the drinks and donuts. When I arrived, I ordered a donut and a matcha. Unfortunately, the donut was undercooked in the center and still had raw dough inside. As someone who bakes regularly, it was very obvious when I cut it open. I politely asked for a replacement and explained the issue. The staff member looked a little confused, as if they believed it was fully cooked. I also asked for a smaller donut because I thought the larger ones might not be cooking through properly. The replacement donut was brought out, but when I broke it open, it was still undercooked in the center. At that point, I chose not to eat it and didn't say anything further. As for the matcha, it was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. For people who drink matcha regularly, the matcha flavor wasn't very pronounced. The milk overpowered most of the matcha's aroma and taste. My boyfriend ordered an iced black tea, but it was served hot instead. Overall, the staff seemed relaxed and friendly, but there wasn't much attention to detail when it came to the orders. I wanted to love this place because I had heard so many positive things, but unfortunately my experience didn't match.

Love this new bakery! The donuts are HUGE and so fluffy and soft. One donut goes a long way. I love the plants and open floor plan. A great place to have meetings, catch ups and meet ups for bigger groups. The matcha wasnt my favorite, tasted more like juice then matcha, but still really good and will definitely be back!

How I wish I lived in salt lake just to visit Eats on the reg. My dearest friend took me on a visit and I'm obsessed. Cookie butter latte, say no more!! Salted caramel warmed to ooey gooey perfection?! You have my heart. Loved the bright, old building, filled with plants and charm. Also she didn't tell me ahead of time but if you order to go your drink come in the cutes to-go container!!! Can't wait to visit again!

Small space with art for sale on the walls, paintings named after Cake lyrics. The donuts were really nice and fluffy with great flavors like ube and lavender. One of these days I gotta go back and try earl grey as well. The seasonal menu lattes are pricey but definitely a fun drink. The butter pecan is just right if you don't like too sweet and the salted caramel coconut is just right if you're looking for something sweet to go with your sweets! The staff were so smiley and cheerful it made the place feel even brighter. It was a good place to grab a little time out of the house in the morning. No pets allowed for now, but I could see this being a cute space to hang with a dog outside on a patio eventually.

Eats is AMAZING!! I've been a fan of Eats for a long time now and always make sure to grab a treat when I see them at the Wheeler Farmer's Market. I am so happy they now have a storefront and I don't have to wait till Sunday anymore!! While you probably know them for their donuts and cinnamon rolls (which are fabulous) I'd argue the true start of their show is the brownie. A perfectly fudgy chocolate brownie PACKED with chocolate chips. They also make a walnut version for the nut lovers amongst us. I wish I had taken pictures of the storefront but pastries don't lie. The space is so incredibly inviting and feels like the perfect place to relax and enjoy some sweet "Eats".

Two biscuit sammies (one unwrapped to show the goodness), a cinnamon roll and a cream-filled donut.

This place has quickly become a staple every time I am in SLC and with a seasonal rotating menu, plus all the normal coffee shop classics, there's something for everyone. Matcha is great, chai is solid, coffee is great and they even have a decent selection of other teas. Don't even get me started on the assortment of breakfast foods and pastries (wonderful)! Their sourdough toast is a must and boasts an array of fresh toppings to choose from that anyone can find something they'll like. Price is average. Service is quick and friendly. Presentation is nice-enough (nothing to gawk at). There are minimal outlets but lots of seating indoor and outdoor, but there is seemingly always a line so that must mean the locals love it too. I'd come early! Oh! They also have a board full of community events and a local artist sticker machine which makes me excited every time I'm in town. For this visit, I got an iced oat banana matcha and a sourdough slice w ricotta and seasonal berries. The matcha was buttery and smooth, well mixed, and lightly sweet. You can definitely taste the banana but it is minimal, which I like. The toast came warm and soft and crispy in all the right places. Blackberries and blueberries were juicy and complimented the cheese/bread nicely. The honey added the softest sweetness, tying it all together.

We ordered a few drinks to go on a Sunday before hitting up the NHM. I ordered an ube latte and their juice drink special (sparkling water, local orange juice and mango syrup) for our daughter while my husband ordered a cortado. I wasn't too impressed by the ube latte. I must have misread what was in the drink because I was drinking crumbled ube cookies and the drink was just a little too sweet for me. My husband thought his cortado was more of cappuccino because of how much milk was in it. I thought the juice special was good and my daughter enjoyed it.
