I had Pad Thai with shrimp , which I order a lot. It was the worst version of this I've ever had. It was greasy and the noodles were mushy. The sauce has too much of a weird lime after taste. My son has orange chicken which was average . He also had fried rice which literally just involved rice that had oil and maybe a little soy sauce in it- no veggies. Gross. read more

Really good Thai food!!! I've tried both the pad Thai and the drunken noodles. Both were really good, but I came back specifically for the drunken noodles because the dish has great flavor, is packed with fresh veggies and you get a good amount of food for the money. After hiking half the day at Eagle Creek Park my friend and I were starving and were looking for a place to eat that was close by and would be a little faster than your typical sit down restaurant and we found this place! We walked in and ordered at the counter. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and answered all of our questions and gave suggestions along the way if we were undecided about a dish. We got the spring rolls for an appetizer, my friend got the Pad Thai with pork for his main entree and I got the Green Curry with chicken. The spring rolls were fried to perfection and were super crunchy and tasty. Our main entrees came out hot and were flavorful with the right amount of spiciness (we both ordered medium). The staff was very attentive and checked on us several times during our meal to see if we liked the food and if we needed anything else. The restaurant was clean and had a nice setup with simple, yet pleasant decor. Can't say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be back!! read more

The food is indeed fresh and the menu has everything I'm used to. Except there's no chicken satay. Weird. But the Tom Kha Gai is silky sweet and just hot enough (I got it at a 2). The Pad See Ewe is my wife's favorite. Sister loved the Orange Chicken and Brother-in-law thought the Pad Thai was yummy. Love the laid back atmosphere and the servers are very nice. It wasn't terribly busy when we went there on a Wednesday night but they had a steady carryout crowd. read more

I firmly believe that this is some of the best, most authentic Thai food on this side of Indy! I live next to a Thai place in Whitestown and I prefer to drive to Traders Point to get Thai food because this place is so good! I worked for a Thai family at their restaurant in Lafayette, IN and this is the first place I've been to since that matches quality and authenticity. They bring the heat and use real chilis and spices to add flavor instead of adding spice with just pepper or hot sauce. My favorite dish so far is the Massaman curry, it absolutely cannot be beat in flavor and comfort on a cold day. I also love their Pad Thai, it's such a staple and they have perfected it at this place. I also like that it's a counter service place and casual, I always get my food quick and it's hot and fresh. Even though it's quick counter service, employees still come by to check on you, clear plates, and ask if you need anything. I eat here at least once a week if not more and can't wait to continue visiting. read more

Best food EVER, but awful customer service. The food truly is so good and I'm so happy to have this in the Trader's Point location. That said, at one point I was on hold to order for 15 minutes while I listened to the lady take other customer's orders as they came in. When I hung up and called back multiple times later, the phone was still off the hook and I eventually gave up. On a separate order, they gave me a regular stir fry when I ordered a large, and mixed tofu in my chicken pad thai. The food is so good I'll deal with the little mistakes, but I hope they level up their staffing sometime soon! read more

Unfortunately, this restaurant is proving itself inconsistent. I've ordered the exact same dish 3 times so far, and each time it has been vastly different. The first pad thai was bland like plain noodles, the second was decent, and the same dish today is hot to the point of having to throw it out. Each time I had ordered "medium". I hope that they improve but I'm not sure how many chances a place should get. read more

I noticed this place while out with a co-worker that was picking up food in the area. While she was picking up food at a different restaurant, I checked out the menu and placed an order for pick up. It is a small restaurant on the inside. The person working the register was very pleasant. I ordered the veggie drunken noodles (extra spicy) and veggie spring rolls. I quite honestly did not expect the food to be really good. This food was DELICIOUS! The noodles were seasoned very well and I'm not sure what type of dipping sauce I receive for the rolls but it was tasty. I will be in Indy for the week and will probably eat there every evening for dinner. read more

I have tried the Tom Kha soup, Pad Thai, Orange Chicken, Massaman Curry, Mango and Sticky rice, spring rolls, and drunken noodles and all of it is AMAZING. This is my second review for Eat Thai. I went there one of the first days it was open and posted a review. It was good food and reasonable. My only complaint then was you had to wait for a table since it was so crowded. Not so today. About 1/4th full. The food was not good, the tofu seemed several days old and the same meal I usually get cost about twice as much. Plus you are forced to tip at least 15% for a restaurant where you order at the counter, get your own drink and napkins and silverware. Since there are 3 other great Thai restaurants in driving distance, I won't be going back most likely. On another note, I went to a meeting nearby and mentioned my disappointment. 4!!! people said they no longer eat there because of inconsistent quality of food and having to pay a higher price each time they go. I would say it will go the way of Tom and Chee (which previously occupied the space) if they don't start respecting their clientele. read more
