I ordered my food for delivery. It got here quickly. It was hot. I gets some points for that. It was marked as "mild", I didn't see an option to mark it hotter than that when I ordered, I would have spiced it up... and oh man, did it need spiced up. It lacked in flavor. I was disappointed in my food. But I added some sauces I had a home and it was ok after that. Maybe if I order it spicier next time it will be really good. I love this place for quick, delicious Thai food. The menu is fairly large for a counter service restaurant. Everything I've ordered here has been delicious. We've been several times, both when it's busy and even it's not, and the food has always been hot and delicious. Good sized portions too. The insure is a bit small, but it is a counter service restaurant which I think does far more carry out business than dine in, but it's near an AMC theater so we often go for dinner before the show. Best orange chicken I've had in a long while. The first few times that is. Recent visits I feel like the quality has started to dip. One time they didn't spice it all after asking for "medium" spice. Their soda fountain is often low on carbonation. I keep going back though because the food was great my first few visits. I would give this a solid 4 star for Tahi. I had the pad thai as my go to and had a lot of flavor, not too much eat. What I really enjoyed was the lemon grass soup...OMG I want to go back just for that. I want to try some other dishes since it's close to my work. I've been here a couple of times for lunch and had great food here both times. I know it's overdone on most people's Thai food hit list, but their Pad Thai was my favorite dish here. The salad rolls were super fresh, healthy, and refreshing - and they were stuffed with high quality veggies. I loved how springy and chewy the flat noodles were in the Pad Kee Mow. Last but not least, the mango sticky rice dessert hit all the right spots and was an excellent rendition of one of my favorite foods on earth. I was in the mood for some Thai for dinner and had to stop by my favorite spot. I made the order of Pad See-Eiw, Pad Kee-Mao (which is drunken noodles), deep fried wontons, and veggie spring rolls. I love how the spicy levels are easily adjusted to my liking. I stuck with medium for both main entrees. I was able to do contactless payment over the phone, and they also will do the reward system over the phone too - just provide you reward account info upon creating the order. Upon entry, there are signs, asking to wear a mask for entry and social distancing if dining in. With getting a a carryout order, there is a designated waiting section, which is a bench next to the drink station. It also provides a socially distanced waiting spot away from dine-in guests. The food was spicy to my liking, but the wontons were a little cold and I needed to nuke them in the microwave to heat them up. It was still an enjoyable meal and fed my Thai craving for the night. This may be my new go to spot here in the city... for now. I've been here several times now for some delicious Pad Thai & spring rolls and it's been delicious every time. I went for the medium spice level 4 of 6 and it was perfect. Per usual I kind of have an issue with the price, but I have to keep telling myself to stop thinking I'm back in Thailand where it's only $1-$3. The Pad Thai comes in a regular or large size, but only get the large if you plan to share or have leftovers for a couple days. I always get the regular but I still end up taking some of it home because it's a decent size portion. The staff is super friendly and when dinning in, they will bring the food out to you. It doesn't get too crowded but there is always a steady flow of customers whether it's for to-go orders or eat in. What would make this place even better was if there was outdoor seating for the warm days, but it situated in between other shops in a little strip. One can only hope. EatThai is my go-to for Thai food. They are always very polite and it's almost always quick too! The food is consistently delicious and tastes really fresh. My favorite are the curries and either the pad kee mao or pad see eiw. They also have a 1-6 system for spice level which feels pretty consistent as well. I like some heat to my Thai food but not so much that you're needing to chug water or can't taste the rest of the dish and I find that a 4 is usually a good level. Definitely give EatThai a try if you haven't already! read more

My family and I love Eat Thai. We probably eat here once a week and it is our go to takeout, eat in, and get delivered restaurant. The food here is super fresh, great portion sizes, and very well priced. All the kids love eating their orange chicken, mild spice. We get 3 larges which feeds all. My wife and daughters all love the pad see eiw, with chicken. Again mild spice and no black pepper for my wife. My go to is the massaman curry, beef, medium spice. Oh it is so good! This Thai restaurant is fairly new, so the workers behind the counter (you order first then sit down) have been new and rather slow, but very friendly and will only get better with time! The restaurant itself is very clean, modern, cozy, and feels very inviting. I've ordered the pad Thai twice and the Tom Yum soup twice as well. Their spring rolls are good, but I wouldn't recommend ordering them as they aren't super special. I'd highly recommend the pad thai with tofu, but ask for it to be lighter on the oil. The first time I had it it was perfect, the second time I felt sick from too much oil, but it still tasted great. The soup (Tom Yum) is filling and surprisingly flavorful and aesthetically pleasing. This is a nice little spot for quick and easy Thai food. I enjoy the orange chicken w/white rice and vegetable spring rolls (it can be a bit of a fried carb overload so I can't do that combo very often). The curry I've had there before is decent. My friend visiting from Ohio got pad thai with tofu and the kitchen was easily able to accommodate her request for soft tofu instead of the fried. So if you know exactly how you like your curry you can probably get your order tweaked to fit your palate. One new thing I tried this time was the Thai Iced Tea. It's an unsweetened black tea with really cool spices. It has a red tint to it on your cup. The host/cashier/server/expediter/possible manager was very knowledgeable and helpful with menu selection although he did ask us about 8 times if we were enjoying our meal. read more

The old- papaya completely wilted (no crunch). It smells off. The taste was off. The lime juice was bitter. I stopped at one bite and am questioning if I should have gone that far. Eat Thai take the fast casual approach to Thai food and I love it here. I typically go for chicken Pad Thai, which I know is pretty generic but it's so good. They have several different spice levels which I have not gotten past 5. I want to taste the food, not just the heat. I have gone with others who have gotten their curries and loved them. Sometimes, the ice machine acts up and they don't have ice for the Coke products, but I typically just take it back to work or home so this doesn't interfere with the experience. I appreciated that someone asked us if we had it before. When we said no, he told us there's no wrong way to eat it. It was informative without feeling judged. They have rewards, so every 10 dishes you get one free. To top it all off, everything is fresh. We decided to check out this spot after a curry craving & it did not disappoint! We ordered a mild yellow curry with tofu, very spicy green curry with chicken, and spicy fried rice with pork. Everything was delicious! I went for the mild curry, but could appreciate a small bite of my husband's spicy dishes. The mild curry was still flavorful without the extra heat. Online ordering & carryout was super easy. The order was ready within the estimated window and was still hot when we arrived home. I can't wait to try more of their menu! read more

Really glad I finally got a chance to stop in here! It's near my office and had a few coworkers say it was good, and Thai food is my absolute favorite. I got the Massaman curry, my usual at most Thai places, and chose a level 3 spice. It was just the right amount of heat, and the curry was delicious. I will say the price seemed a little high for lunch just in comparison to other Thai places I've been where I can get a curry w/ rice, and a choice of a side (soup, salad, egg roll, etc.) for around $7-8 as the lunch special. Here it was just the curry/rice for $8. It was extremely busy right around 12pm when I went, which isn't surprising, and it's a good sign that it's great food. If you would like to try it out when it is less busy I would just recommend going earlier or later than the lunch rush timeframe. Overall a really cool concept with the walk up and order style service, and delicious food! I'll be back to try it again. read more

I've never had Massaman Curry anywhere else so I cant compare but I know chicken and the thinly sliced chicken was tender and tasty. The overall flavor is coconut sweet. The addition of peanuts brings a nice texture and flavor into the mix. The carrots are thinly cut into cute flowers and were also cooked perfectly. There were a lot of potato chunks, maybe a little more than I wouldve liked in comparison to the other ingredients but I have no complaints. Well, outside of the fact I ordered Thai hot and it wasn't even mildly spicy. Still, very delicious and came with a side of nicely cooked white rice. read more

A friend, with a mutual love for Thai food, invited me to eat Thai at EatThai (lol) after work. I wasn't sure if I want to take a chance on a new-to-me place, but after a long day- the last thing I wanted to do was think to hard about what I'd have for dinner, so I went. I am so happy I tried it. When you walk in the restaurant there's a photo menu on the right wall, which is very helpful if you're visual like me. (They have an accurate menu online as well). Everything I had here has been good, from the pad thai to chicken and rice- you can't go wrong. The curries are my fave. Green Curry with tofu is my favorite, with those juicy green peppers! Yellow Curry with perfectly cooked potatoes! For dessert, I always finish it off with perfectly sweet mango sticky rice. The reviews were good so I gave it a try. I ordered soup, spring rolls, and yellow curry. Everything was delicious. The yellow curry was just spicy enough and so flavorful. I was a little upset at first because I felt the portion was small but after I was done eating it, I was satisfied and full. The Tom Yum soup was good. It was still warm even after delivery. The spring rolls were great. I could have used two sauces though since I had 4 rolls and one sauce. Nonetheless, it was all really good and I will try this place again when I am back in Indianapolis.
