I had a spot removal on my face at this clinic. Ms. Michelle Kim, CEO of this clinic, conducted some kind of heat-related procedure and the result was permanent scars all over my face. After 2 months of waiting to see if my face recovers it's natural color on these burnt scars without avail, I visited the clinic again to ask a corrective measure in hope that she could do something about it in consideration of her customer's concern. However, she accused me of not applying sun cream every 2 hours after the procedure and refused to do any corrective measure. I consider complaining to consumer protection agencies or suing one of these days as time allows me to do so. I suspect Ms. Michelle violates laws because it seems she does not hold any license or certificate. It is a very dangerous clinic. Please avoid it like a plague. read more

I haven't tried any laser treatment yet but Michelle saves my life to take care of acnes due to hormones changing after I had my baby. My breakouts are scary and very painful. I was really hopeless until I randomly walked in the skin care clinic. I went there every week for acne treatment. I can feel Michelle try to help me from her heart. She is really nice and sweet. But she is not God, I won't be have baby skin just by one treatment in a week! It takes time! After 2months of treatment, my skin condition gets much better and it's still healing. This place is very unprofessional, horrible, rude and dishonest. I tried one time face laser. One assistant washed my face with using sharp tool and cause two scars on my face below my mouth two side. The owner lady who performed the laser procedure said the scars were melasma and sprayed laser on them without getting my permission. It made the scars much more worse. She sprayed laser on nice skin and didn't touch the brown spots that I wanted to remove them. She intentionally tried to make more money from me and let me continue to come back to her place for ten times treatment. This is not moral. The laser healing is painful and takes about a month. But she wants to do laser treatment once a week on unhealed skin. These people are incompetent, ill-trained scam artists. Avoid this place like the plague, there are far more reputable businesses who will treat you right and give you great results! My mother came here after seeing an advert in a Korean magazine. Her first treatment here was Ultherapy ($1400) and then came back the following Saturday to get Juvederm fillers ($800). To keep it short, her results were nothing short of horrifying. Due to the incompetent skills of the entire staff here, her face was left bruised, sagging, disproportioned, swollen, and they completely disregarded the requested problem areas. Since getting her "treatments" here, she's had to pay double to get her face fixed at a more reputable place. What an awful anniversary gift. **More detailed info below** Ultherapy: She was promised lifted and toned skin, basically a one and done treatment. What she got was increased hyper-pigmentation and facial sagging. In addition, they didn't notify my mom that it may take several treatments to have great results. That it could possibly take months to see results, that her face would be puffy, red, bruised, inflamed, and swollen post treatment. What's upsetting is that they did not give her a proper consultation prior to this treatment where her medical and surgical history was reviewed, explaining appropriate expectation based on medical history, age, degree of laxity and her treatment goal. I'm not knocking this treatment, but it's important that you select an expert because not all providers are equal. Which is why we requested her money back due to their incompetence and lack of skill when performing this treatment. You don't want this treatment to be performed by an assistant (I don't even think this woman was an esthetician), but by a skilled clinician. Juvederm: This was my mother's first time getting fillers, and it was done by a doctor that apparently only comes on Saturdays (RED FLAG). They did not give her any lidocaine numbing cream to ease the pain despite expressing her fear of needles and it being her first time, instead one of the staff members held my mother's hand instead. She clearly stated that she wanted to decrease her smile lines (nasolabial folds). Using 1 syringe of Juvederm, the doctor injected under her eyes and into her jowls, completely avoiding her smile lines, stating that it would lift. He pushed so hard into her that she stated she could feel it "pressing into her bone" (her eyes are still bruised 3-4 weeks post fillers). The fillers were injected so poorly there were "worm-like" puffy nodes under her eyes and jowls. Thankfully we were able to get those dissolved elsewhere. My mother came back to this place expressing her disappointment and concern over the "treatments". Fortunately, she was given back her money for the Juvederm (THEY WERE THAT BAD), but nothing for Ultherapy. The lady that works there that did her Ultherapy offered to dissolve the Juvederm, but obviously we weren't going to let them touch her face again and went to a more reputable place that dissolved the fillers in her face beautifully (while using a lidocaine topical cream). When I tried to call to get more information about the doctor that performed my mother's injections, the lady said she did not know the doctor's name (RED FLAG). AVOID THIS PLACE because they are friendly con-artists when they're trying to get your money, but the moment you're unhappy with your treatments and out the door, they want nothing to do with you. When my mother tried to get her money back for the Ultherapy, the awful woman who did her treatment refused and told my mom she was making her angry and that she was trying to take advantage of her (LOL). She told her that her face was filled with wrinkles prior and she did her a favor, all libelous statements in order to brush off fault. read more

I am writing this because I still suffer everyday for what the owner of this clinic Michelle has done to me. She has lied that she is a licensed practitioner when she is not. I wasnt sure what the pain level would be so the technician applied a bit of numbing cream. I can say that the procedure was quick and moderately painfree. I got a groupon for laser hair removal at Ebenezer. I have done laser hair removal before about 5 years back with another company and I was happy with them. I just thought it was too expensive to go back for a package of sessions if it wasn't through groupon. But I am very happy with Ebenezer. They are fast, clean and sweet. She really makes sure to go over all the spots. Which I think is important since that's what you're paying for. I always have the same person which is cool because she remembers me. Scheduling is very easy which is nice if you're busy. They always give me a reminder call which is helpful. They are never overly busy or too crowded. Nothing is worse than having a scheduled appointment and having to wait. So I'm grateful that they really plan accordingly and don't over schedule. I really can't complain. I have been here for laser hair removal and acne facials. I had the Laser hair removal on my underarms. Best investment I have made. Great results. Quick, clean and professional. Affordable. The facials are the best at this place. I don't know what they do/use exactly, but IT WORKS. If I let the lady know I will be going out that day, she makes sure I'm not red after extractions. I would not recommend any laser done by this facility. I had mole removal on my face and they burned my skin so badly. 6 months after it healed I have a concaved indented scar. I have a large red circle above my eye and my lip with the mole still there. They just made my problem worst. I had a little brown dot the size of a pen dot, now it's a dot the size of a straw. Please look at my picture and don't make the same mistake of coming here to do any producer. I waited 6 months after mole removal to write my review because I bought 6 laser hair removal sessions too. I did my last session today. ITS EXTREMELY PAINFUL. They don't numb you or give you any kind of treatment. Feels like strong volts of electricity jolting you, like a burning pain. And at the end of my 6 sessions I still have a little stubble. Only giving one star because i cant leave no star. This place is scam. Once you go in they will do consultation which means they are going to sell you their services. Ive never heard anyone asking me to do three sessions of skin laser .. but they offered me that which im sure will cost me few grands . Then she commented on my eye brows saying it looks fake and that they offer tattoos but.. tattoos are a little outdated in this field.. new thing is called microblading and they didnt know what that was.. THEN as i was just being nice.. she even asked how much i make .. so she can offer me more services depending on how much i make... didnt answer that.. ANYWAYS i bought six sessions of laser hair removal on groupon and i always check the areas before i purchase and they clearly stated full bikini for medium area. I went in for the laser, she wasnt even dressed right some fancy fashion outfit with fur scarf?! (usually the nurses at other places wear nurse gowns) then she only shot 6-7 times just on the outside..which is like half bikini line..when i was treated at other professional laser places , they shot at least 50 times (if youve done laser on bikini area you know what i mean) after 6-7 shots she was done.. i told her i bought full bikini session which includes inside and the back.. she said thats brazilian .. and said they charge extra for that.. which is some bs.. they clearly didnt even know what full bikini meant... and i dont even think the person was certified to do this. I have done 12 sessions of lasers at two other locations before and both times were done by certified nurses which were very knowledgeable about laser. I was in a dire need to alleviate my current acne and acne scars that have been bothering me since my youth. I've always looked at my face and dreamt of these scars to disappear.
