The patty melt came with two little packets of mayonnaise, which gave me a bit of a fast-food flashback. I'm used to seeing mayo packets at a drive-thru, not necessarily arriving with my lunch at a sit-down restaurant. Dinners included steak, chicken, salmon, or BBQ (Pulled pork and chicken). After your entrée was plated, you go down the buffet line for beans, mashed potatoes, veggies, cole slaw, and a dessert. I had the BBQ plate of chicken and pulled pork and enjoyed it a lot. Live music was provided by the Bryce Canyon Wranglers that fielded a rotating lineup of keyboards, guitar, bass, male lead vocals, pedal steel guitar, female vocalist, fiddle, and harmonica.
