Everything went like clockwork. Last minute dinner and show ticket purchase, we felt lucky to get in. We got great seats with superb view of the stage. Full house but the dinner line flowed smoothly and we were served quickly. Delicious food!!!! Mouthwatering rolls, delicious Cole slaw, the chicken and pulled pork were delicious. Like other attendees, we agree that the steak wasn't too tasty. Aside from the steak, everything else was wonderful- the mashed potatoes, the bread pudding. Large portions. There's not a lot to do in tiny Bryce Canyon City, Utah. But I think its safe to say that the town's most popular attraction is the dinner show and combo at Ebenezer's. Our experience started off some live pre-dinner entertainment before the dining room was called row-by-row to hit the chow line. Dinners included steak, chicken, salmon, or BBQ (Pulled pork and chicken). After your entrée was plated, you go down the buffet line for beans, mashed potatoes, veggies, cole slaw, and a dessert. I had the BBQ plate of chicken and pulled pork and enjoyed it a lot. Live music was provided by the Bryce Canyon Wranglers that fielded a rotating lineup of keyboards, guitar, bass, male lead vocals, pedal steel guitar, female vocalist, fiddle, and harmonica. These are some serious songwriters and musicians who have collaborated with the Bellamy Brothers, Kacey Musgraves, Willie Nelson, Brad Paisley, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley, Maddie and Tae. Some have appeared on Broadway and television. They entertained us with songs by country music royalty! Hank Williams Marty Robbins , Waylon Jennings, Patsy Cline, Willie Nelson, Arlo Guthrie , Glen Campbell , Ronnie Milsap, Johnny cash, Dolly Parton, Kenny Roger's, and George Strait were all represented. We have done this a few times in the past and it has been good. This time was no different. The food is chuck wagon style so you walk down the line and the schlepp food on your tray. I don't like that much and wish they had divided trays. But the chicken and pulled pork were great. The roll was the best part. The pre show entertainment was ok but not as good as the main show. Not so sure about the images on the screen but they were on. Would like it more with some comedy thrown in. The place is large and spacious. All the seating is great to see as well. read more

Super fun experience! I was a bit hesitant about going - I wasn't sure how the music or food would be - but we all ended up having a great time. We went the second night they opened for the season, so it was not a packed house. We had only 2 other people at our table. The food was pretty good - much better than I expected. I would love to have stayed and watched the show but I had driven 6 hours to get to Bryce Canyon and had to work early in the morning. I had gastric surgery in Feb so I don't eat much but BBQ sounded really good and the pictures on Yelp! Look fabulous. I informed the staff that I don't eat much to see if I could get a kids size dish. She charged me the kids entry fee but when it came to food it was still an over sized plate. You get to enjoy live music while waiting to be served which was great. They also have a spot you can but vintage concert shirts and merch from the singers performing that night. Your table is called and you line up to get served buffet style like a wagon camp. You hand over your ticket (colors are assigned for different options). We had a really fun time! They are very prompt, and it's run efficiently and professionally. They do sell alcoholic drinks there, prices seemed reasonable. It is buffet style and the line moves quickly. You can go back for seconds of the side dishes, though they give you enough, I am not sure many do. The food was tasty and meats moist. (ie not dried out.) The show was really fun and well done. Great voices, songs and narration. If you like BBQ style food and a live show for a very reasonable price, go! We did tip on our way out. I was there with a Globus tour group and part of our trip was a dinner show at the Barn and Grill. The food and service were excellent. The show was really good with a variety of songs. This was our third time seeing the Bryce Canyon Wranglers. We were lucky to get front row seats. We are celebrating our 56th Wedding Anniversary in Bryce Canyon. The food is very good, and generous. But, the highlight for us is the performances of Tim, Ward, Justin, Heidi, Josh, and Corbyn. They are all very talented. They engage the audience, and before you know it, you are tapping your feet, clapping, and singing along. The visuals in back are colorful, and fun. After the show, we chatted with Tim and Ward...just nice people. Once again, we had a great time, and we left talking about how much we enjoyed all the performers. When in Bryce Canyon, this is a must see. read more

Food is pretty decent for this type of establishment. Ordered both show and dinner entrees online. (You can just get show tickets, too.) Minus - I couldn't order two different entrees, only one. So we got two flat iron steaks. Con - they are cooked medium. Period. I wouldn't have ordered steaks if I had known this. Service is good. Soft drinks and coffee is included. You can walk up to the bar for beer, wine, shots. They poured the shots in a large glass and you go to the soft drink machines and as you're own ice or soda. They give you a placard with entrée choice when you check in. You take it to the serving line, they plop your entrée on your plate first, then ask the sides. Beans, roll, cole slaw were good. Mashed potatoes were very good. Steak was tasty and not too tough (flat irons are not known for being tender), and just juicy enough. You have a choice of apple cobbler or strawberry short cake for dessert. Apple cobbler was pretty good. Show was good. Singing and instrumentals were good. Background video was good. 5 stars is not for the food. It was pretty meh. But the show was great. Lots of fun and very talented performers. It has a very "family owned" vibe, as does the entire town which is apparently owned by the Syrett family. They had multiple people with disabilities helping out in the kitchen or various parts of the facility. Everybody seemed to enjoy working there. That really gave it a nice feeling. If you're going to be a family owning a town then being decent to your community is a great way to do it. A couple of the performers even very spoke to us after the show and sincerely love the town and performing there. It really shows. Syrett family - it's weird that you own a town in 2025 but good on you for doing it decently. read more

We enjoyed the dinner show. The musicians were talented. I also liked the background videos that played behind the performers, making the show more fun to watch. Audience all stood up to sing the last song together "Take Me Home, Country Roads". The dinning hall was big, 8 people per table, 4 tables per row, total 9 rows. It took a while to wait for our turn at row 8 to get dinner. The steak was good. For the vegetable plate, we got raw broccoli which would be better if grilled/steamed. Soda/coffee/tea was included. Went to the dinner show having ordered tickets online the previous evening. We had to sit staggered as there weren't that many seats left (order early) You have choices of steak, chicken, salmon, and bbq beef. They give you a meal ticket when you first check in and then you stand up to get your own food buffet style. For mass cooked food I thought it was excellent as the bbq beef and chicken were properly seasoned. The steak and salmon that my neighbors had looked over cooked and dry but I can't comment as I didn't have it. The side mash potatoes, cole slaw and raspberry cake were all very good. Entertainment was by a permanently stationed band called the Bryce Canyon Wranglers. They have a lead singer named Tim Gates that was pretty darn amazing... just sings flawlessly... The rest of the band was equally as good but the female lead did have some pitchy moments but at 15 years old is to be admired. read more

My wife & I went here while visiting Bryce Canyon. We ordered the tickets online. It was easy. We picked our table and specific seats. When we arrived at 7pm we were immediately seated. Soft drinks & coffee were available. We were eating at 7:30 and by 8pm the music show had started. Local musicians playing with a video show in the background that gave history of the area. Food was delicious. She had the salmon, I had the steak. Both came with mashed potatoes, slaw, cowboy beans and a roll. Also had a choice of dessert. We will go back if we ever get back in the area. Yeeee haw! This place embodies all that Utah is and is rumored to be. Located in the company town of Ruby's (renamed Bryce Canyon City) this entire town is owned and operated by one big ol' Mormon family. Sure, there's a few restaurants serving a variety of food, covering most regular "American food fare" and a few alcoholic beverages - as long as it's all before 10pm. We thought....what the *heck let's go to a country music show while we eat BBQ at a shared table of other folks visiting Bryce. Too bad the veggie option dinner was sold out, but, I was able to manage my diet sufficiently while enjoying pulled pork, chicken thighs, cole slaw, mashed potatoes and....wait, can you guess?!? Yes, a biscuit. It was pretty tasty, I'm not gonna lie. The real treat was watching the country music show and trying to determine if the images displayed in the back screen were real scenes relating to the band or simply weird clip art someone downloaded from google images. I'm not normally a country music fan, but this was really fun. We met people there that have been coming to this show for years. (Yes, more than once). I don't know if I'm ready to join that club, but, for a company town in the middle of nowhere, there was more excitement in that little show than in anywhere within a hundred mile radius. I promise. Food was 6/10 just okay, go for the flat iron steak it is the best of the choices, pork is basic shredded pork, chicken looked unappetizing no one in our party chose chicken, cole slaw was good, baked beans are not like any I have ever had more like vinegar bean salad mixed with canned pork and beans and liquid smoke. Country music fans I think This was very entertaining and sounded better than some big time concerts I think the value for the dollar is worth it. I would pay another $15 a person for better food. The very first song the band played was anti-vaccine and the crowd cheered. Fortunately, the staff was incredibly kind and gave us a full refund when we decided we were not comfortable eating there. Tim Gates should be on the radio ...in Nashville ..have a mansion in Tennessee...Heidi was adorable (she does Dollie songs and others ). My steak was awesome. The dinner show was so much fun, lots of different music, country, Americana, alt-country, the Bakersfield sound and much more. Picked our seats a week in advance. Got to the restaurant at 7:04. The staff walked us to our table at the front where it was completely filled. Staff member asked who was in the wrong seat and they said none of them and that he had seated them there and said that they could all move to that table. So we were walked back to the front and the hostess asked us to sit in another seat at the very back facing away from the stage. We said we would like the mess up fixed instead. Come to find out that group came in and staff said it's cool for them to take all of the seats. They had kicked out 4 parties at the table to accommodate this one. Management then had to step in to fix their staff's mess up. Entire waiting process took half an hour to fix, which was frustrating because we had a baby who we thought we would be able to settle in but instead had to sit by the host until they figured out how to fix their mess up... Made the experience very memorable, in a bad way. So just be sure to realize even if you pick seats, staff may switch you without warning. read more

While visiting Bryce Canyon over the Memorial Weekend, we were able to visit Ebenezer's Barn and Grill for a night of fun entertainment and good food. This was our first live concert since COVID and the staff were amazing. They welcomed us as if we were family and made it such a fun and enjoyable experience. First, the food is amazing and the best BBQ we had in the city. All you can eat and great options depending on what you are feeling. They have a full bar so you can enjoy a beverage while watching the show. The band was amazing and take you through a journey of country music. They have dance floors which is fun for the adults and kids. The band is so welcoming and come around to greet the guest. There are some big name musicians and all are very talented. The staff, hands down, are some of the most friendly/caring people I have ever met. I highly recommend this for anyone visiting the area as it will be an enjoyable for any couple or family looking for amazing food with an awesome show. This will be a tradition for any time we visit Bryce and thank you to the staff for taking care of our family. read more

Such a fun place!!! We were so excited to hear about the bbq and show! We picked the chicken dinner and it was a yummy buffet. Soft drinks were included and there was a cash bar. The entertainment was awesome by the Bryce Canyon wranglers. They really put their heart and soul into the show. We also loved the theme of the night where they played songs starting from the 50s up to the modern era. I came on a Tuesday and it was so fun. I went to the dinner and show with 20 other crazy ladies on October 1st. Such a fun place. We all dressed up with our western gear and had a fun time. Dinner was really good, my bar was low because of the amount of people they were serving in a short amount of time but they surprised me. It was really good and gave huge servings of salmon and steak. Th show was good. They have really good talent singing, fiddling and my favorite steel guitar.
