wouldn't trust these guys for anything other than basic maintenance. Had an electrical issue with my bafang bbshd motor e bike, so I decided to give them a call since they were local. They were quick to gain my business and seemed trustworthy, however I was mistaken. After about a week and without any updates I decided to text and give them a call. They were unresponsive which seemed odd since I waited a few days to see if I'd get any response but didn't hear back. Finally I decided to drive to the store front to check on the bike. Chase, the owner informed me that he had fixed the issue I was having with my bike so I loaded onto my car and took it home. The next when I tried to ride my bike, I still have the same error code so I'm back to square one. I was lied to and I don't believe any work was actually done on this bike. To be fair he only charged me the diagnostic fee of $50, but it's like I just wasted my time and $50 down the drain. read more
