They feel lightweight with no uncomfortable tension, and they're positioned in a way that lets me wear my hair however I want, including half-up styles and high ponytails, which was really important to me. Since the installation, I've curled, straightened, and washed my hair multiple times without any issues. There has been almost no shedding, and the extensions still look just as beautiful as they did on day one. I wanted to wait until I had styled and washed them several times before leaving a review so I could give an honest assessment of the quality. She later texted an apology and offered a $50 discount, so I decided to give her another chance and returned a few more times. Fast forward to today (04/11/2026), and I had another disappointing experience. I live in Tracy and woke up very early to make it to my 8:00 AM appointment on time. I respect people's time, and I expect the same in return. I even texted her at 6:58 AM to let her know I was on my way. Right at 8:00 AM, she called to tell me she wouldn't arrive until 8:45 AM. I was honestly in disbelief. I had driven all the way from Tracy, used my gas, and made the effort to be on time only for my time to be wasted. She offered a 10% discount, which didn't make up for the inconvenience. She also suggested she could call someone else to do my hair, but I would have to wait. I had booked specifically with her at 8:00 AM. If 8:45 AM was the real availability, that's what should have been offered. As a business owner, respecting clients' time is essential, and that hasn't been my experience here. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt after the first incident, but this confirmed the pattern. I regret not stopping after the first situation. I wanted a deep scalp cleanse and treatment. I had major product buildup and used heavy oils and wanted to finally invest in scalp health. I did not know how much it would be going into it. I spent $100 deposit online and understood because of my long hair it would be extra. While June did a great job on my scalp, I do not think the scalp treatment was worth $450. However, afterwards she roughly brushed my hair and blow dried it after, which I didn't want. I only finger detangle due to how fragile my hair can be and I left with so much breakage. I wanted to leave with my 2c/3a curls but when she was diffusing it was clear my curls would be a frizzy mess, so June switched to blowing them out. My hair was so frizzy and poofy by the time I got home 20 mins later, I had to totally redo it. I was disappointed with the experience and will have to look elsewhere going forward.

She texted me back to say she received them. She texted to schedule a time to talk. I said I was available. When that time approached . I heard nothing from her. This is were the story ends. After all that back and forth. I haven't heard from this woman. It's been a few days. She didn't call when she scheduled. There has been no communication or an apology for not contacting me back. That's bad business and extremely unprofessional. Of course, this is my opinion and personal experience . I hope she doesn't treat all her potential new clients in this manner.
