Event was nice! The girls greeting you in were so sweet and kind! I met the creator of Credo and she was very nice! I love that there is skincare within the makeup so you're getting two jobs done at once! I had a color match done and I can't feel it on my skin there's no heavy feeling it's like it melted into my skin and looks natural! So of course I made a purchase to try it out in my busy day to day life hope it works out well!

    Thanks Maria!

Sadly the people who work here don't know how to match shades for tinted sunscreens or foundation. Their inventory is low and when the item arrives it's clearly the wrong shade. They also have a prohibitive return policy. For those reasons I will not be returning.

If you're trying to go clean with your skincare/bodycare I highly suggest you check out Credo. I've had Credo bookmarked for quite sometime and finally got a chance to check them out the other month. We got luckily and found parking on the first try a door down. Yes, the parking gods were on our side that day! I've been wanting to go clean with my beauty care products for quite sometime and have taken small baby steps. At Credo I was on a mission to find a natural deoderant for hubby & I. They have a decent selection of natural deodorants. The employee was friendly but let us have our space but was still approachable. She answered a few questions I had as well. I like how Credo has a wide range of price points, from items you may find at Whole Foods such as Acure to higher price items such as Tata Harper to fit everyone's wallet. Though, to be frank, most of the items are in the mid to higher price point. Our deodorants by Kaia were in the $20ish range. It's about 4x the amount I paid for my Dove deodorant but is much more ingredient friendly. Credo takes all the thinking out for you to research products with safe ingredients. You can also purchase items on their site. I eventually want to also explore clean foundation and powder. I'll be back to Credo for another clean shopping run.

You'll find currently trendy products like snail secretion skin care, hair curlers, bb cream, cc cream, etc. Most of the beauty products (skin care, cosmetics) are from Korea, from brands like Etude House, Toly Moly, and Skinfood. They can also pre-order items from those lines. The Milk Talk body lotion smells like milkshakes. Expect to find really cute packaging but not a lot of English on the packaging. There are testers of most of the beauty products. The shop is tiny but crammed full of clothes, lingerie, stockings, shoes, scarves, purses, jewelry, iPhone accessories and makeup. Not everything has a price but the things that had prices were very reasonably priced. The clothes and accessories are in the $20-$30 range. Some of it was cute - especially if you are a girly girl who likes bows, ribbons, ruffles, lace and faux fur (e.g., faux fur bras). However the material is predominantly synthetic. I couldn't figure out the sizes of some items. The shoes all look small, size 6 small. The skirts are super short. They have iPhone bumpers with Hello Kitty bows, iPhone cases that look like Dior nailpolish bottles I received a free sample and very courteous service. My picks: * Baby Milo iPhone screen protectors for iPhone 5 ($10) * Hello Kitty bow style iPhone bumpers for iPhone 4 * Etude House strawberry lip cream ($6, smells wonderful) * Pocket bunny moist mist - love the bunny packaging

She was polite and friendly over the phone, which immediately made me feel welcome. When I arrived about 10 minutes early, Vivian was waiting for me. The shop is small and cozy, and she had everything set up and ready to go in her treatment room. She shaped my brows beautifully, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient the appointment was without ever feeling rushed. She checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the shape and symmetry. It was painless and relaxing. I loved the results. After my brows were finished, she took the time to look at my skin and asked about my current skincare routine. She made a few recommendations based on my skin, but there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything or book additional services. Overall, Vivian was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I left very happy with my brows, and I'm looking forward to coming back to try one of her microdermabrasion facials. I would definitely recommend Fujiya Cosmetics to anyone looking for eyebrow services or skincare treatments.

What stood out unfortunately was the lack of professionalism from someone I believe to have been the store manager. Despite wearing a name tag there was no greeting acknowledgment or basic courtesy. This was disappointing especially as it reflects a pattern I've noticed at multiple Sephora locations throughout the Bay Area. Interestingly this level of unfriendliness has not been my experience at Sephora stores elsewhere. Sephora's products are premium priced particularly in today's economy. When customers are choosing to spend their money here the expectation of basic warmth and respect is not unreasonable. It is difficult to justify supporting a business when paying feels like an inconvenience rather than a valued exchange. Customer experience matters and this visit fell short.
